Double Surprise or...

"You guys need to get ready soon to go out with me." Said Ted coming into the house.

"Where? Why and What?" asked Little Moon.

"Oh come on sis.."

"Answer me." She said strictly.

"I wanted to have a dinner out with you guys." He said hugging her.

"Why so much love, all of a sudden?" She asked him looking at me.

I saw Ted making a call.

"Brother D!!!!! Sis won't go.." complained to him like a little kid. And he puts the speaker on phone.

"Little Moon, do you know how to give a surprise," Mr.D asked her.

"Huh!! What!!!"

"If he tells you, will it be a surprise? Just go and enjoy the time with him, dear."

"Ok, I will." She agreed and made a face at Ted.

I am a little surprised as to what Ted has planned. I hope it's not something that will make Little Moon upset. I looked at her when we entered the luxury hotel.

"Please, come this way sir." They escorted us to the beach, where there was a candle lite dinner prepared.

"TED!!!!!" screamed Little Moon.

"Calm down sis. I wanted to give you a surprise, and there is something I know that you don't know" he teased her and she almost hit her. Ted looked at me.

"Please Ted, can you tell us why you prepared this?" I asked him to stop her from being irritated.

"My dear sis, I want to celebrate your game character design being nominated to the final of the world of games design competition."

"What!! I never knew it," she exclaimed.

"Congratulations, Little Moon." I gave her a hug.

"Does Brother D know about this?" she asked.

"He knows already. Will you please go to the award show this time." Ted pleaded with her.

"No I won't, as usual, let the Art director represent the company," she said.

"Hmm.. I even selected you a dress." He said and I looked at his disappointed face.

"Why don't you go this.." I asked her.

"I feel uncomfortable to be around crowds. I get nervous." she looked far away at the horizon.

The event is about three months away. I have to help her overcome this and help Mr.D with his future plan to hand over the company to Little Moon. How am I going to overcome this hurdle?

We had a pleasant evening. Ted is really good at organizing small events. I was having a chat with Ted about his studies but it seems he is much more interested in game development. He seems to have a thorough understanding of the process. Mr.D might already have plans for him.

I looked around and saw her walking on the beach. After excusing Ted I went to her. I walked silently holding her hand, before making her face myself. She looked at me as to know why.

"Little Moon,"

"Hmm"

"Do you really don't want to go to the award ceremony?"

She looked down and nodded saying no. I held both her hands near my heart.

"Do you trust me?"

Still no verbal acknowledgment. But she looked me in the eye. I felt she trusts me.

"If I come with you, will you go to the award ceremony?"

"Maybe..but"

"Hi... " I kissed her forehead. I am still trying to figure out how to build her confidence. Maybe I should try to take her out on small trips so she will feel at ease. I need to discuss with Mr.D about this plan.

"Do you know, I was so afraid and so nervous during my first award show," I told her. "Even getting ready for the event was a different experience."

I showed her some photos of the events. Her eyes were shining brightly while looking at them. At that time I decided I should tell her I am the Dusk of Night she chats with.

"You know, someone helped me to overcome my nervousness. She chatted with me all the time till I went on the red carpet."

"Then?"

"She was someone who helped me through some tough situations during my start as an actor."

"Then she must be holding a special place in your heart." I smiled at her when she told this me.

"Hmm... yes, she has already taken a permanent place in my heart," I told her. "I still keep in touch with her."

"Oh I see.." she said looking at the waves.

"Hi..." I snapped a photo of us and I secretly uploaded it to Instagram. "Check your Instagram."

After checking she looked at me surprised, as she cannot believe me.

"I have been knowing you for almost two years now."

"So you are.." I kissed her and looked into her eyes.

"Yes, I am Dusk of night.. "

"Does Brother D know this as well?"

"He knew about it before you. Me knowing you is also a reason Mr.D let me be with you. Because he knew you trusted me."

"I cannot beli..." While I stopped talking more and making her nervous I held her tight as I sent a message to Mr.D and Lee.

I sent them, "I told her the truth about Dusk of night. And I want to post a public photo so there won't be any future worries about my relationship, but I want to keep her identity secret till the award night so I can tell about it myself to all. As well as to protect her privacy."

"Good Luck George, Lee and I will handle the PR. Anyway, no one will guess the identity of Little Moon, until we tell who she really is. So let's keep her identity under wraps till the drama is aired" sent Mr.D.

"We got your back, Geo.... " sent Lee with a happy emoji.

I also send my mother the photo and told her I am making my relationship public, so she won't worry about the news. My mother has loved her since the day she got to know about her. I have to admit my mother had talked with Little Moon more than she did with me.

I posted the photo of us, me holding her tight with a kiss on the forehead, captioned,

"All that you are is all that I'll ever need."
