Gaining the ??? Fruit

Of course to sneak my way through them. I can't fight all of these monsters, at least not at my current level. Yea so normally I would go with let's fight all the monsters and get what I want before leaving. But this is something too precious to not get no matter what even if I have to let go of my usual way of doing things. So let's go with the safest route available and just sneak around to the fruit.

So I've been sitting here for three or so hours just observing the monsters and how they usually act and getting to know their patterns of movements. It seems like every thirty minutes or so a few monsters leave while a few monsters return from the caves. And every hour all monsters return from the caves and they do a full sweep of the tree to check on something and then they all head back out. So now it's time to get moving on with the plan of sneaking into the tree and getting the fruit. So let's see the last thirty minutes should have just ended so monsters should be returning and leaving right now.

So know the time to start the plan and it'll give me thirty minutes to be in and out of the place. With that I started to sneak my way through the monsters and started to get closer to my goal of the fruit. As I started to get closer the monsters seemed to be getting denser as I got closer before I would see a monster every few hundred feet but now it's every fifty to sixty feet I'm seeing monsters. And I still have probably four hundred yards before I get to the tree and can get what I wanted. So know let's see there is a log that runs over the pond and leads to the area where the tree is, there are a few vines to left of the tree where there are a quite a few crocodilous at which is the most common type of aquatic monster for caves and rivers.

And to the right of the tree I see a cliff that I could climb. It would probably be the slowest route but it looked the safest as there weren't monsters around it besides a few that look to be patrolling that area. Now let's see if I climb the cliff I might not have enough time to get to the tree and get out of here as well? So do I do this then because I only have twenty minutes left before so that's off the table. If I climb the log I might make it in time but there would be the most danger as that's where most of the monsters are gathered. So I guess I'll be climbing vines and hoping I don't let go and fall into the water where the crocodilous are.

So by the time I climbed the vines I only had fifteen minutes left and a hundred or so feet away was the fruit. The good news: there weren't any monsters up here to worry about. The bad news was there was a time dial above the tree. A time dial is a very special item in the game. It can cause the game to go faster than it's supposed to be and can have up to a one to five scale. One minute outside the dial would equal five minutes outside. The really bad news is that you can't go fast in a time dial. You move slower in a time dial by up to seventy five percent and that can cause me to get stuck up here when the monsters do a full sweep of the tree and they could potentially find me in that time frame.

So ya pretty bad news on my part, but let's go full speed ahead and just try if I die, I die if I don't and make it out alive it's not a big deal. And I'll worry about losing the quest if I die later. As of right now this is much more important than the quest as it can give me a power that no one else in the game can have as strong as me. Which would make me the strongest type of fruit user. So say I got the permanent light fruit I would be the strongest light user in the game that uses a fruit.

So yea this is a lot more important than a quest where I'll only get some rewards and a title I don't know a lot about. So yea let's get going through the time dial. I've already wasted two minutes thinking about what to do. As soon as I had come in contact with the time dials zone I immediately slowed down to almost a snail's pace and was moving sixty percent slower than I was before, meaning that this time dial was on a higher scale than I had hoped. But as I got closer to the fruit, all the hair on my body began to float like I touched a plasma ball. That means this fruit or this place has a pretty powerful electric current around it. As I arrived at the fruit I felt like I ran into an electric fence as I got a pretty big shock to my hand when I tried to grab it.

But I was able to pick it after I got shocked and man was I glad I did because I got the elemental or Logia fruit Lightning which has the highest fire power of all fruits besides magma.
