Diego took her to the orchard and she was shocked it was filled with different kinds of fruits and flowers "woow Diego so this has been here all this while and you never told me about it"she said looking around.

"how could I tell you,when you wouldn't even talk to me"he replied.

"I doesn't matter woow strawberries my favorites"she said trying to reach of bunch of strawberries but she was too short.

"can i help you"he asked and reached for the strawberries and he gave it to her

"thank you"she said and popped one into her mouth "woow this is so good well my book must certainly be lying when they said vampires were only black and white and they drink blood.

"well vampires drink blood but only he royal family"he replied

"why is that?she asked

"witches blood is very sweet so you see vampires will be killing the witches and I don't want that to happen so I made a law that any one caught drinking blood will be killed"he explained.

"makes Sense I wonder why everyone is so scared of you like what so scray about you"she said looking at him from head to toe.

Diego laughed "don't judge a book by it's cover,one day you will know why well it getting late and we need to attend the party"

"oh I almost forgot let's go I can't wait to see versuvius"she said and walked ahead of him,he looked at her as she ate the strawberries like a child he loved seeing her happy and never wanted to break her heart.

They got back to the palace and the designer had already brought the gown it was neatly placed on the bed and Maria was waiting for her

"oh Maria sorry I kept you waiting woow this gown is fabulous"Ophelia said raising it to have a better look

"I know princess after wearing this gown and applying make-up the prince will be drooling"Maria whispered so that Diego wouldn't hear.

"Maria you're always saying naughty things come I need a bath"she said and dragged Maria to the bathroom. Ophelia got into the bathtub and Maria poured the soap into the water and started scrubbing her neck

"you know princess I have never seen prince Diego smiling before,is either he is angry or moody"Maria said.

"he is nice if you get to know him better,at first I hated him but after seeing the way he saved me well I liked him"Ophelia replied.

"so princess when will versuvius get an heir"Maria smiled mischievously

Ophelia turned to look at her "ask your prince"

"no I don't want my head to be dinner"Maria said and continued scrubbing Ophelia.

Ophelia finished having her bath and came outside,Diego was lying on the bed with his eyes opened he was staring at the ceiling.

"my princess let me help you get dressed it almost time for the party"Maria said.

"yes bring the clothes I'll go into the dressing room and change"Ophelia said and took the dress from Maria and went into the dressing room. when Ophelia had finished dressing she came out and Maria helped with her make-up

"woow princess you look amazing my prince what do you think"she asked diego

he got up and looked at Maria "you are just a maid so stay in your place"he said his eyes were black and his nails were long when Maria saw this she knelt down and apologized.

Ophelia looked at Diego,he was just fine now what was wrong with him "Diego what happened"she got up and was facing him

"nothing"he said and shoved her aside and entered the bathroom

"princess I'll leave now"Maria said

"fine go I'll call you when I am back"Ophelia replied and Maria bowed and hurriedly left, Ophelia sat down wait for Diego.

Diego made sure the water was very hot and he entered inside the water burned his body but he didn't come out,he never wanted to attend this party and he loved seeing Ophelia smile but after attending this party Ophelia would be shattered what was he going to do?
