Chapter 148:- Gifts

After dropping Fuyumi off at her home, Izuku made his way back to the hero tower. As he entered, he was greeted with a burst of excitement and laughter. The girls had prepared a party, decorating the house with colorful streamers and balloons.

"Welcome back, Izuku!" Maki exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with joy, as she hugged Izuku.

"We thought you might not come home till late!" Momo chimed in, a bright smile on her face.

Izuku returned their smiles, feeling grateful for their warm welcome. "Thanks, guys. Where's Kaina."

"Right here," said Kaina as she came out of the kitchen, wearing an apron, cake batter on her face, as she had a big bowl in her hand and was using a whisk to mix the batter.

Izuku was mesmerized seeing Kaina like that, as he just went towards her, kissed her lips as he said, "You look amazing,"

Kaina surprised by Izuku's sudden action blushed as she kissed him back and said, "Welcome back,"

As they gathered around the table, Izuku shared with them how things went with Fuyumi. He told them about their encounter, explaining how they talked and reconciled their feelings.

"Fuyumi was understanding and forgiving," Izuku said, his voice filled with relief. "She said she would always support me, no matter what."

The girls listened intently, nodding in understanding. "That's good news, Izuku," Momo remarked, her eyes shining with happiness.

"Yeah, we're so happy for you," Kaina added, reaching out to squeeze Izuku's hand.

"By the way, where are our gifts for performing so well in the sports festival," asked Momo.

"Yes, even I want a gift," Maki chimed in.

"Of course, I have just the perfect gifts for you," said Izuku as he brought out two gifts from behind him and gave both the girls one.

"What's in it?" asked Maki and Momo excitedly.

"Open it, you'll find out," said Izuku.

Both the girls started tearing the gift wrap to see their gifts.

Maki, who was very enthusiastic, opened up her gift first.

It was a long naginata polearm with a black blade decorated with fur in-between the handle and the spearhead with gold rings on the opposite end.

"This is so cool," said Maki as she hugged the weapon tightly.

"It's a naginata specially crafted for you by the best bladesmiths worldwide. It's designed for both short and long-range attacks, tailored to your agility and athletic build. With this weapon, your fighting abilities will be greatly enhanced." said Izuku.

"This naginata is incredibly versatile. With its long reach, you can keep your opponents at bay, striking from a distance while staying out of their reach. Its curved blade allows for swift and precise movements, making it ideal for quick strikes and fluid combat.

Additionally, the weight distribution of the weapon makes it easy to wield, allowing you to move with agility and speed. Whether you're facing a single opponent or multiple foes, this naginata will give you the advantage you need to prevail in any situation, plus with the small button, in the center," said Izuku as Maki pressed the button and the polearm shrunk to the size of a small locket

"So cool," exclaimed Maki

"When you press that button, the blade will become small to the size of a locket, something you can carry around easily, and always keep around you. That way, you can always protect yourself even in situations where you have overused your quirk, or there are just too many people around you.

And if you feel you are in danger, something you won't be able to solve all by yourself, then long press the same button, the naginata will start glowing, it will start from white and will go red in a matter of seconds when it starts glowing simply throw the naginata in the ground or towards your enemies, and cover your ears.

When the naginata becomes blood red, it will release a voice, both shrill and loud, it will disorient the opponents and give you enough time to escape." explained Izuku.

"But Izuku, I don't want to run away from anyone, do you think I am not strong enough to defeat enemies?" asked Maki as she pouted, as she thought Izuku considered her to be weak.

"Sometimes tactical retreat is better, you guys aren't raging bulls who charge anywhere without thinking, neither are you guys my disposable pawns, who if got caught, it wouldn't matter to me.

You guys are precious to me, and your safety is my priority, I would rather have you run away from a problem you aren;t strong enough to face, then see you in a battered state," explained Izuku.

The girls touched by Izuku's words hugged him tightly as they all planted a kiss on his face.

"Plus, you can't trust heroes and villains, for the heroes will go to any lengths to bring us down, to retain the impression and restore their image in the public's eyes.

While the villains are bunch of criminals whom I can't trust, and both of them would someday or another try to harm me, they might use you to harm me as well, that's the reason sometimes tactical retreat is better." explained Izuku.

"I understand, thank you so much for this gift Izuku, I'll cherish it," said Maki as she planted a kiss on Izuku's lips, and hugged the weapon tightly.

Next was momo who continued opening her gift, It was a red exo suit just like Momo's hero costume.

"This is an exo suit, just like your hero costume, but better, this suit is made out of nanotech, and carbon fibres, so its indestrucbile, and since it's made out of nanotech, you can control it through that mental chip thats implanted in your head.

This suit comes with a cape that covers your rear end and is indestructible. It absorbs any attacks from behind and converts them into energy, which you can use instead of your body fat to create things.

Plus, I've solved the problem of showing too much skin. Your skin cells are mixed into the suit, so your body sees it as an extra layer of skin. This means you can create anything you want without having to strip or show skin.

And don't worry about any perverts in your class, you wouldn't have to worry about them sneaking up on you, or trying to do any perverted things, with just one thought, you can turn this into whatever dress you want it to be.

And just like naginata, this also has a safety feature, if it senses that you are in danger, it will teleport you far away from any danger, most probably bring you here" explained Izuku.

Momo upon listening to this, got super excited as she jumped into Izuku's arm, kissed him on the lips and hugged him tightly as she said, "Thank you so much, you have no idea how many issues this suit alone solves, Thank you, thank you so much." Said Momo as she instantly started stripping in front of Izuku and wore her suit.

"Host identified, assimilation process commencing, suit is getting connected to the host's chip, assimilation complete, suit has completely merged with the host's body, and is ready to be used," came a voice from inside the suit

"Now you are good to go," said Izuku.

Momo looked at the suit and spun around and was really satisfied with her gift as she looked at Izuku and asked, "How do I look Izuku kun?"

"You look perfect, it suits you well, this suit will help you break past your limits and help you use your quirk more efficiently, it has an AI that is connected directly to my head.

You can use it to access any information you want from the internet, which I have complete access to, although I would want you to try remembering as much as possible using your mind, cause I don't want you to be more dependent on these gadgets, and let your natural intelligence go stagnant." Complimented Izuku.

"This is the best gift I have got, thank you thank you, thank you so much for this Izuku," said Momo jumping in happiness as she changed her suit to what she was wearing and hugged Izuku once again as she kissed him.

"Hey, that's cheating, why is her gift cooler than mine," pouted Maki.

"Don't worry, Maki, here take this" said Izuku as he handed her one more present.

Maki opened the gift. It was a small box which contained glasses. Maki took the glasses from the box and wore them.

"Now you don't have to wear eye patch around, with this you can roam around anywhere you want without a single bit of worry about your looks, plus with the help of these, your eye will get the necessary rest it needs.

It also has AI, but yours is focused more on combat than knowledge, it will tell you about the approaching danger, how many there are and what quirk they have, and how to counter them, by looking at the quirk database I have created." explained Izuku.

"Thanks Izuku," said Maki as she also hugged him and kissed him.

The playful banter continued as Momo teased Izuku by playful getting angry saying, "Why did she get two gifts whereas I only got 1,"

To which Izuku simply said, "Sad you just want a second gift, here I thought I would surprise you and take you to a date, day after tomorrow, but if you just want to settle for a gift, don't worry I'll cancel the date and bring you a gift as well."

On listening about date, Momo's ear perked up as she nodded like crazy saying, "No I want it, I want a date, I don't want second gift,"

Seeing her reaction, Izuku had a smile on his face.

"Hey are you just going to gift the two of them? I worked so hard to prepare all this for you and decorate this place," said Kaina as she covered her eyes, with fake tears in her eyes.

"Of course love, how can I forget you, your gift is in the bedroom my love, do you want it right now or afterwards," said Izuku with a smirk as Kaina had a blush on her face.
