826 Years Later

*Alarm Ringing*

Tozuki woke up in a cold sweat, he looked around and realized it was just a dream, he then stood up and yawned and then began getting ready for the day.

Tozuki stretched for around a minute, then got dressed, brushed his teeth, and finally made steamed rice and Miso soup for breakfast. After he finished eating, he grabbed his backpack and picked up a black briefcase, and walked outside his room.

A/N: Tozuki lives in a college dorm

Tozuki walked toward the elevator, and opened the elevator door, heading down to the ground floor. He exited the building as he walked toward the main building for the beginning of the day.

A Few Hours Later

Tozuki walked into his 4th class, Maho training. He looked around to see his professor, Ryotaka Takeri the 13th strongest Ranker in the Maho Empire. Tozuki sat down, to his left he saw a man with blonde hair and shiny blue eyes, to his right he saw a girl with jet black hair and amber eyes.

Tozuki focused on the front of the class, as professor Ryotaka Takeri started speaking.

Ryotaka: Alright, welcome everyone to your 2nd year of Maho training, last year the school was going easy on you, this year we will start off intensely and continue to train you without stopping. We will split the class into 2 teams, Team Blue and Team Red, the 2 teams will be put in a battle to simulate a battle with enemies from other nations, I will meet you all at training field 5, you have an hour.

The class sighed, some people went to their dorm to rest while others headed over to training field 5 early to practice, Tozuki was walking back to his dorm when he bumped into his classmate that sat to his left.

Kanjiro: Oh, nice to meet you, I saw you sit beside me, my name is Kanjiro Samui, what's your name?

Tozuki had a brain fart, as he usually does when strangers talk to him.

Tozuki: Uh, my name is Uh, Tozuki, nice to meet you, good luck in the simulation battle.

Tozuki quickly walked away while Kanjiro stood there confused, and just sighed. Tozuki reached the dorm room and entered his room, setting down his backpack and briefcase and jumping into his bed.

45 Minutes Later

Tozuki stood up and began to stretch, before walking out the door with his backpack and briefcase. He reached training field 5, it was a giant dome with a fake city inside. He walked inside the dome to see his professor and the rest of his class.

Ryotaka: Alright, everybody get in a line in front of me, I will spin the wheel to see who is on each team.

Team Blue: Gekoto Fumei, Yashi Tokisa, Koda Takoto, Zakami Misasaki, Haradate Irisa and Nozawa Doyoko

Team Red: Tozuki Kozo, Kanjiro Samui, Izugaki Masusu, Ogama Misaki, Baki Takoto

Tozuki opened his briefcase and started putting something together until he pulled out an Nr.1 Barrett M82 Sniper. He looked around to see Kanjiro summon a katana with a golden hilt, Izugaki pulling out 2 daggers, Ogama summoning a magical staff, and Baki with no weapon.

Ryotaka: Team Blue, go toward the top left of the city, Team Red go to the bottom right, you have 20 minutes to talk amongst yourself and plan, then the battle will start. Any questions?

A girl with a bright red ponytail and dark blue eyes named Zakami Misaki raised her hand and began to speak.

Zakami: Professor, is there any medical staff on duty to heal any injured students after the practice match?

Ryotaka: Yes, there are Double Blue healers on duty, they can even recover some people from near death, so you should all be fine.

Zakami Misaki nodded her head, before walking away with Team Blue to their starting point. Tozuki looked around to see the 2 people that sit beside him in class on his team, and the rest of Team Red walking away.

Kanjiro: My name is Kanjiro Samui, nice to meet you guys, I mainly use my Katana and I'm a Double Purple, what about you guys?

Baki: My name is Baki Tokato, I specialize in hand-to-hand combat and I'm an Orange Blue.

Ogama: Hello, I'm Ogama Misaki, I specialize in long-ranged Maho and I'm a Purple Red

Izugaki: Whats up, I'm Izugaki. I specialize in speed and I use daggers, Red Purple.

Tozuki: Hmmm, hello, uh I'm Tozuki Kozo, I use this sniper that I shoot concentrated Maho out of, I'm an Orange Blue

Team Red got into position as they heard the speakers all around the dome.

Ryotaka Announcement: ALRIGHT KIDS! GET READY!
