In Pacific Rim with the Ultimate Tech Resources System

In Pacific Rim with the Ultimate Tech Resources System. *** Dr.Emery, a tech genius and a polymath, suddenly finds himself in a dangerous world, a fictional reality, dominated by Kaiju Monsters. Stemming from a world that was constrained by the damnable laws of physics, how will he manage to survive in a world that didn't follow the norm by outrightly giving zero fuck about something like Square cube laws. Watch him bring his ingenuity to play and with the Ultimate Tech Resources System, he will dominate the Kaijus and Jaegers and eventually, the universe beyond. *** Tags - [MonsterVerse] [Pacific Rim] *** If you wish to support me, check out my Patreon for 15 advanced chapters: Patreon.com/MisterMushroom *** I own only the OCs. The Pacific Rim universe was essentially similar to my past life's universe.

It had a similar star system, the Milky Way galaxy, and a G-type Star, the Sun.

The geography said it all.

All in all, as I was thinking about the Stars and its unique energy 'Stardust', my thoughts meandered off to another realm of fantasy and calculations.

I knew I was incomparable to people like Veldanava or Rimuru Tempest or Milim since the kind of infinite energy they harnessed incorporated mechanisms from an unscientific concept called 'magic'.

Well, I knew magic could be used as a result of scientific or unscientific interference.

I had read quite a few light novels that tied magic with mathematical equations, imagination and creativity, while some didn't make sense at all.

How could you explain what magical girls normally did?

Just a little bit of cuteness and magic happens. Haha, that was me joking anyway. I had seen only one anime in my life based on those cute magical girls. I think the name was Madoka Magica.

I was all sorts of messed up with the constant depression and struggles of naive little girls selling their futures to an emotionless and twisted alien that saw no differences between a human and a pig.

Kyubey had been cute and I think that's what had made the girls to easily sign the magical girl contract.

Leaving aside the magical girls and magic, the course of my thoughts returned around the stars.

There were quite a few theories that explained the genesis of the universe and among those theories, most of them were linked to stars.

The age of the universe spanned several billions of years and before its inception, there was only the all-encompassing darkness of oblivion. Nothingness.

The commonly known theory was the Big Bang theory that postulated that the universe began from a singularity of infinite density and mass that then exploded like a big bang and expanded further at speeds faster than light itself.

There was even a one-time occurrence in the DC comics that heralded the events of Wally West witnessing the big bang of creation.

Heck, there was even a certain controversy that said Wally outran the big bang. I call that 'rumors'.

Maybe if the big bang involved Michael Demiurges and his brother, Luci, I would have concurred.

Anyway, another theory was the one that entailed the explosion of a star, the Supernova theory, where when a star gets older and larger enough it explodes into gaseous matter that then later on forms other stars. The cycle then continues like that.

But damn, how I wished that I was lucky enough to witness a supernova happening in space. Those were inarguably so many light years away from earth. And if one happened close enough, I wouldn't be wishing for it. The sheer quantity of radiation and heat from a supernova was capable of wiping out a civilization clean. Theorists called it 'Mass extinction.'

It's truly funny that there were Cosmic Gods out there in the Omniverse that could casually shoot a supernova from the tip of their fingers like the Living Tribunal.

Then, we have the Nebular theory that revolved around the gaseous ball of particles from a star that had gone supernova, blah blah blah.

There were quite a few more theories but I wasn't going to deliberate on them. The universe could have very well been created from a little bit of energy and DNA by Dr. Manhattan, haha, just joking.

"The story around those little stars and the sun that stands at the central part of the solar system makes me think about the Kryptonians." I let my hands fall to the armrest.

Sitting in this all-too-familiar chair, made me look like Clifford DeVoe.

"Superman can absorb the solar energy from the yellow sun due to his Kryptonian physiology. The Kryptonian cells seem to have similar properties as the chloroplasts that are capable of photon absorption." I mused silently.

But then could I make something capable of absorbing both solar and stellar energy?

Something like a Dyson sphere? Or a Solar Gem?

"A Dyson sphere will require a lot of resources and my time. Honestly, I feel no need to create it."

"But the Solar Gem - Kryptonian cells made synthetic - is something that I will really, really enjoy making." I smiled to myself while rubbing my overgrown beard. It had grown long to the point I looked like a Viking.

"The E-Prototype seems to have accelerated my hair follicles activity. My genius mind wasn't even capable of registering this change when I was looking in the mirror." I shook my head while sighing.

"I guess those beautiful new sets of eyes had me disregarding everything."

I remained motionlessly looking at the mesmerizingly, beautiful sky for some moments before closing the automated wall over the glass.

"My vision has become akin to that of superman. I can view matter at both the microscopic and telescopic level." I analyzed while leading the chair down to my laboratory.

"I can see the interaction between particles but that doesn't mean I can affect them in any way." I rose up from the chair while heading inside the lab.

The chair will probably be put in place by a bot.

"Why don't I practice my telekinesis in the meantime?" I cracked my knuckles while smiling.

I motioned my hand toward a random glass beaker that stood a meter away from me.

I could feel it. The fields surrounding my body were like an extra pair of limbs. Something beyond the influence of the five senses.

"These are pure kinetic force fields and they are mine to control as I wish. But to know my current limit, I should practice first." The control of these kinetic forces required extreme concentration of the mind.

I willed the kinetic energy field to act as an additional hand, subtly extending it to the glass beaker.

I wanted to grasp at it.

But when I tried to hold the glass beaker... I brutally murdered it.

Then I tried another one. And I got the same results.

I never knew it was this difficult.

My Telekinetic presence I had on the objects that I had been trying to hold seemed to be under some kind of physical pressure before bursting into pieces.

"I wonder what the problem is?" I asked myself after numerous failures without success.

Did my control co-relate to my physical prowess or something? Or was it entirely based on something else?

Telekinesis was a broad subject and it formed the basis of almost all superpowers.

"My range is short." I noted down after a series of experiments over multiple distances.

"I seem to be only capable of influencing anything from a 10 meter radius."

I then scoffed. "And my control and precision is shit. I don't know if my telekinetic prowess will be limited to what Alice had or will it be something unique after a series of developments?"

Honestly, I didn't know the full effects that the E-Prototype had on my body or what had exactly happened when it had combined with my genetic code.

I had yet to tap into its full potential.

"It's good that I have time. Seven years before the main plot starts."

That would be the time the world will acknowledge my existence.

And it would be the day, my Jaegers see the light of the day.

"I am definitely gonna take on Knifehead." I promised myself. It would be a good battle experience - a good exercise for my mechanical arms.

"And I am going to keep my telekinetic powers under precise control." The force will be mine to control.

With time to spare, I could even finish Project STAR.

How would it feel to have Jaegers capable of harnessing the power of the sun?!

Wow, this really feels Gundam-esque.
