"Wake up, my lady," said one of Erica's maids.

"what.. what's happening Linda, where are my mother and father, and what about my younger brother? where are they?" Erica asked Linda question after question after question after waking up and seeing herself surrounded by smoke.

" Miss we have to leave, that's your father's order we have to quickly get out of here before things get out of hand!" Linda said while holding onto Erica's hand dragging Erica with her.

Erica could hear the shouts of agony coming from the other people in the mansion yet there was nothing she could do. Linda was running like a mad woman dragging her along.

And just as they made it out. A big explosion followed as the mansion came crashing down along with the other people, her parents, her brother, and almost everything she knew at the age of ten.

She stood there, emotionless looking at the now burnt mansion that had turned to debris.

Erica woke up with a jolt, sweating heavily while panting.

It's been fifteen years, and all this time she has never forgotten what happened to her family years ago. How could she forget when she kept having nightmares of that night, to an extent that it's fully printed in her head?

She stretched her hand from the bed covers to take a glass of water.

After sipping the water in one big gulp, she woke up from the bed and made her way to the big mirror on her wall, and stared at herself.

A man's face looked back at her, but one could tell she was a woman by the two pointy mountains on her chest.

She touched her face, "I am no longer Erica, I am Dracon and I am determined to get my revenge on all those who hurt my family and the reason for my separation from my brother."

Erica took out a thick sweatshirt and boots, walked out of her room, and began running into the forest up to the mountain behind her house.

She walked to the bathroom and freshened up, after coming back from her morning run.

When she dressed, she tied her chest tight. This was so she could hide her two female bumps and wear male clothes.

With her hair cut short, and a black outfit, with a dragon-crafted walking stick, she looked just like the gang lord she was.

" Linda!" she called out in a male voice to her most trusted assistant.

" Yes sir,"

"Report," Dracon said, hopeful for a positive outcome.

" Reporting to your Lordship, our sources have gotten a lead this time and it seems your brother is right here in this country."

" So he's back, mmmh..make sure you find out his exact location and make sure he doesn't find out that someone's been following his tracks," she said in a stern voice.

"Understood," Linda said and made her way out of the door.

"Please protect him as well," Erica said in a low voice.

Linda's lips lifted.

'No matter how much you hide your true emotions and pretend to be emotionless and Dracon a merciless man, I know that deep down you are still my beloved Erica.' Linda let out a soft sigh and then set about what she was asked to do.

Erica made her way out of the mansion. On her way out she came across her four bodyguards, Tanya, Tasha, Tara, and Takka.

They just bowed to her in respect since they knew she was not a person to exchange greetings.

She was to them the ruthless, merciless, but very handsome underworld Lord Dracon.

Many believe that hearing her name can make one pee. Some say those who see his face will never be able to see another being again, for that means their death.

Many call her by the name, 'THE ANGEL OF DEATH'

Since those who see her face will not live another second to tell the story.

Only Linda has gotten to see both of her faces, Dracon's and Erica's.

Her bodyguards and those working in her mansion have only seen her as Dracon and only know her as male.

Besides the other gang leaders that she works with, her gang is entirely female. Since she is the king of the underworld and has a soft spot for women, she is labelled as a woman lover.

She wears her dragon-inspired mask when she is out, but her eyes only reveal how godly the face under the mask is, hence the name "The godly underworld Lord."

Having taken over the title of underworld lord from her late adopted father and sensei, all has been in order since she took over.

In the past few years, citizens have complained less about theft and other atrocities. In addition, underworld people have been making more money and even building stronger relationships with the government.

The underworld was also peaceful, with no cases of backstabbing, betrayal, and deaths of underworld people.

Erica made her way to her black crown.

What she likes more is being low-key and what is a better choice for an underworld lord like herself to drive in a crown when she can afford a fifty times worth car than the crown she was now in?

She was riding with one of her bodyguards, with her driver, while the other three were riding in a Spacio right behind her.

Her car drove to an underground parking lot of a tall building, with a sign of E.L Company.

She took an elevator that took her straight to her office.

Upon reaching her office, she quickly took the documents handed to her by her assistant. She made her way to the meeting room, without even acknowledging her assistant living up to her identity as the cold, godly CEO.

When she entered she found some of the shareholders with their legs on top of the table.

Some had heavy jewellery like they were rappers.

She just asked and cleared her throat to get their attention, which she did.

They immediately got themselves in order.

She was used to their misbehaviour. No matter how many times she tried to remind them this was the office and not the underworld meeting place, they still couldn't change how they behaved.

They were underworld gang leaders. She came up with the company to give the gangs another source of income so they could not be so focused on committing crimes. Through this, they got an opportunity to grow their network with the government as well. It was because of this idea that the gangs stopped committing crimes. Most of their operations were directed by the government or focused on eradicating those who caused disorder in the country.

Occasionally, they were even hired by countries outside of their own.
