Chapter 34: Finishing the widows quest.

The elf has been travelling to the world, and picking up widows on a mission. Those girls don't even know what happens before finding themself on the island.

The group on the island has settled nicely. It's been 3 days since. People can be seen on the beach, playing and sunbathing. "Hey, can you put this lotion on me?", lying down on the bench topless, a widow asks her fried. "Sure!"

There's people in the library, the entertainment center, the recovery bath, the salon, the spa, and many more. Everywhere you go, they will be people there.

The girls are totally treating life on the island as a vacation. There's no need to clean up or find food. All of the services are provided. They have never felt this relaxed. "Is this utopia?"

The elf popped a few times, and sent new people to Meowth. The new ones are confused and vigilant. "Hello, you must feel confused by all of this. I will explain it to you. Put down your knife first."

The girls help the new ones to get settled. It is after 3 days enjoying life before they are summoned to the Great Hall. The masked man is standing on the podium, waiting for them.

"I'm sure there's a lot of questions you want answered. But first, I'll say what I'm going to do." The masked man said calmly, but his voice can be heard all around the hall.

The elf uses a sonorous spell to do this. The widows who stayed here for a while had learned to accept the mystery here. While the newbie is greatly shocked.

The elf has cross referenced all the countries' databases in the world and has their missing child record. There's many kids here who are labeled missing. He added.

" I will check if your family deserves you before letting you leave with them, so that you will not be exploited again."

It is better to leave them in a new home with new, good parent rather than bad parent who sold them in the first place.

" Can we really leave? " the kid ask in a doubtful tone

" Yes, you are free to do so. If you think that the memory of being in the red room is too painful, I can erase that for you."

Surprisingly, none chose to erase it. Their experience makes them who they are today, even the painful ones.

The elf smiles behind the mask when he gets the peoples answer and has an impression on his mind. " These are all strong women. "

She considers Natasha her real sister. She did hear about her while still in the red room. She really misses her, and wants to be with her sister.

"Calm down Yelena" the elf says when he realises who's asking. "Your sister is fine. She recently joins another organisation that are protecting the world on its surface."

Yelena is surprised when he says her name. "Can I meet her?" she asks in expectation .

Unfortunately the masked man shook his head. "it's better not to. Your sister is being monitored now. If you meet her, you might have to join the organisation with her. The director has a persecution complex, so he won't let you go."

The elf then explained about Shield to the widow. Some of them are really angry when they hear it. They slam the table with their fist.

*Bam* " Where are they when we are suffering? Why should we need to be monitored just because we are a 'potential threat'? The world is the one who made us like this!"

They shouted for a while before calming down. It's not sure why, but they think that the man won't lie to them. Or more likely, he didn't need to. A strong man rarely lies.

Some of the widows cried, making those who held back their tears to join them. He waited patiently for the widows to calm down before asking if they had any more questions.

The widows are silent, there are no more questions, he thought, but before he wanted to leave, they asks. "Who are you? Or rather, what are you?"

The island is mystical. She now gets back her life and other things that are robbed from her. There's a small part of her that thinks the man in front of her is a god.

The Droid knowledge is higher than him in treating various diseases. The bonus quest he got is in a mystery box. He hadn't opened it yet, but he's very excited.

While they are there, they search for what happens when the red room is destroyed. They really didn't expect the incident to be so terrifying.

The incident is called "The Widow's Revenge" by the media. All of them who are involved, are basically dead. The elf also visited Natasha and Yelena's mother, Melina Vostokoff.

She is Dreykov's architect, and also the one who made red dust. He didn't kill her, as she used to be a widow, but he erases her memory of the Red Room. Making her an ordinary farmer. He didn't erase her memory of Natasha and Yelena though.

"At the very least, the memory of her happy life will stay with her." This is the elf's bottom line.

Undercurrent is brewing from the major organisations of the world. The CIA, Nato, Shield, Hydra, even Wakandan, trying to find the girls.
