Sirius: voldemort borrowed from kreacher and when he returned and kreacher told him what happened he understood about the horcruxes and he stole it as a last sacrifice he sent kreacher with the slytherin medallion which was used to keep a part of voldemort's soul, only that he could not escape the place had security systems and the inferi caught him

Walburga was looking away although you can see a couple of tears rolling down her cheeks.

Walburga: kreacher is that true?

Kreaher who had been standing right next to Walburga during their entire conversation nodded.

Kreacher: as much as kreacher tried, nothing could destroy him and he failed in the teacher's mission

Kreacher disappears for a few seconds before returning with the locket,

Sirius transfigures a piece of discarded wood into an exact replica of the locket. He kneels down to be at the same height and places it around Kreacher's neck.

Kreacher wipes away his tears for a moment and bows.

Walburga watches this action in amazement after all she knows the relationship between kreacher and sirius

Walburga: Very well I accept, at least the black blood will not become extinct

After clearing up a couple of details, Sirius asked Kreacher to return him to Azkaban.

When Sirius returned to Azkaban, he was going to bed to sleep since he had a lot to think about.
