[+] Chapter 41 - Tekkai in Action.

Tom braced himself for the impact, his body muscles became denser as he hardened his skin using his quirk and activated Tekkai, Tom couldn't let this ugly lizard escape the boundary of the school building, or else either some civilians will get hurt or Peter Parker's identity might be exposed.

The Lizard struck Tom and sent him flying, Tom felt like he was becoming dizzy, it seemed that the lizard had gotten even stronger since they last met, Fortunately, Tom had put on the mask in time or the Lizard would have recognized him as well.

Picking himself up from the floor, Tom charged forward at the lizard, the lizard in question growled in anger as it swiped its claws, which were easily dodged by Tom who ducked and slid from under the Lizard, turning around, Tom reinforced his hardened skin turning it more jagged as he punched at the lizard's neck, intending to knock him out, or atleast cause some damage, though it did nothing of the sort and the lizard had become angrier.

Tom saw the Lizards giant tail slashing towards him, intending to send him flying, but he wasn't going to fall for the same trick twice as he grabbed it with both hands and pulled hard on it, intending to throw the Lizard away from the exit of the school as he could still see some students forming a crowd outside.

"Step aside," The lizard growled as it opened its giant maw to bite into Tom's flesh to hurt him, Tom kicked at the Lizard's abdomen where he felt that the scales that covered the lizard were the most minimal.

The kick, which contained the full force of Tom was able to send the Lizard skidding back, Tom could now clearly feel the difference in strength between him.

"This is going to be very difficult on my own, where are you, Peter,"

"I will feed you to my minions,"

"No thanks, I am very hard to chew,"

"Why don't you let me try then," the lizard mocked as he showed his giant jagged teeth, picked up a locker as he threw it at Tom who just smashed through it.

Lizard took this minor opportunity to lunge at Tom with high speeds, the lizard came too close to Tom for him to defend himself as his claws came too close to his face.

"PETRIFICUS!"

Tom yelled in desperation, the spell hit the lizard in mid-air as Tom immediately made some distance between him and the lizard.

"W-what was that?" the lizard who was suspended in mid-air for only a moment, couldn't help but tremble as he looked at Tom warily meanwhile Tom was huffing like he had been running a marathon. though he felt that even a marathon wouldn't cause him such fatigue.

"Fortunately the Harry potter spells are still worth something, I guess I can't really fight a supervillain using common stuff,"

Tom breathed a sigh of relief, the lizard quietly watched Tom moving closer towards him as he did so, Tom who had been tired out by the use of spell couldn't keep up his hardened skin and only had tekkai left to defend against the lizard.

"Come on little human, let's see how long you can last," the lizard gave a wicked grin.

Though as he was about to swipe at Tom, a huge force came crashing down on him as spiderman made his entrance, smashing the lizard through the library.

"Hey Magi! you don't look so good," Spiderman teased as he noticed the tired-out lizard.

"Is that so, why don't you play for a while and get back to me huh,"

Tom retorted as both the heroes saw Lizard roaring at them as he threw a bookshelf at them,

"Come here Peter Parker," Lizardman yelled as he tried to swipe at PETER, Who was too stunned by the revelation, Tom moved swiftly as he arrived in front of Peter and crossed his arms in an x shape, using the tekkai that absorbed most of the damage, Tekkai had become even stronger then Toms hardening quirk, though it's only downfall was that while using it, Tom won't be able to move, that's the reason the lizard was able to live yesterday or else tom would have long finished him.

"Snap out of it you idiot!" Tom yelled as Peter finally caught his breath.

"This guy is atleast twice as strong as yesterday," Tom reminded as he punch the lizard in the face, Peter also helped as he webbed the big guy's mouth and yanked it forward, allowing Tom another chance to give a hit, the lizard grew a little dizzy as Peter again climbed onto his back and delivered a round of punches, before the tail could swipe at him, Tom used his hardening quirk, focusing it only on his arms as they grew extra sharp as tom cut the lizard's tail.

The two continued to fight the giant lizard, at first it seemed that the two might lose, but with Tom's ultimate defense and the spider's webfluid, agility and extreme strength, the lizard got beaten more and more until its size started decreasing.

Just when the two were about to win, A certain blonde walked in on them with a giant trophy in hand.

"Gwen! get away," Peter yelled, though it was too late as the lizard lifted her off the ground and before the two heroes could react, threw her off the second floor window.

Peter left off as well to save Gwen while the lizard smirked at the tired Tom and ran away.

Tom didn't have the strength to chase him and decided to run away before the NYPD decided it was time to act.
