"So you are saying that you fought this giant Lizard," Matt spoke as he ate his food, him and Tom were currently talking about their daily activities while Matt's friends were coming over from work.

That day after Tom had saved the two, Matt later called him expressing his gratitude for saving his friends, Tom shrugged it off as something normal.

"Do your friends know you are the man in the black mask, the daredevil," Tom asked as he ate his noodles, this reminded him of his past days as an orphan who barely had any food to eat, of course, the noodles he was eating now were much better.

"No, and it's better that they don't know, I already got someone else," Matt spoke in sadness as he continued eating.

"Do you have any news on kingpin or something," Tom asked, he had already told Matt what had happened and that his real identity was now also under Fisk's observation, this angered Matt and he had a fight with Page and Foggy that day,

Matt who heard the question could only shake his head, Tom didn't ask any further as he didn't want to destroy the mood, soon enough, both Page and Foggy walked in and greeted Tom and Matt, after some small talk, Foggy asked.

"So how do you two know each other, from what I know of this guy," Foggy pointed at Matt.

"The kind of people he befriends are usually beautiful females, I am surprised that he even became my friend," Matt chuckled, while Page watched the drama.

"No, I met Matt when I first moved into Hells kitchen, he helped me deal with a few complications and we became friends since then," Tom answered, he could feel that Foggy didn't trust him, or maybe he was just jealous as Tom couldn't tell,

though after a few rounds of drinks, everyone started to loosen up, or maybe it was the booze talking or the persuasion skill, but Karena and Foggy spilled the beans brewing between them and Ben Urich while Matt could only shake his head in disappointment, thankfully the person they were talking to was a trustable guy.

Tom still hadn't forgotten how 'someone,' had caused him to get fired, so he mixed in some important clues for the two greenbeans, Matt could only look in wryly as the three talked.

"Alright guys! let's meet again sometime," Tom smiled stupidly as he staggered back to his home while reflecting on what had happened yesterday against the lizard, in simple meaning, he might have died.

"I have got to deal with that lizard,"

Tom had arranged a meeting with Spiderman on phone and they would be meeting tomorrow to discuss how they will be dealing with the Lizard, Tom only hoped they could get the cloud device from Oscorp somehow or Peter could maybe cook up the antidote as he didn't have much excess to the serum's formula thanks to Oscorp being tightlipped after what happened.

Tom had earned a little over fifteen hundred GP that day after fighting the lizard in school.

"Just need a little more and my system will be upgraded," Tom thought, he also knew that the rewards he gets from missions increase every time the system levels ups, thanks to the system telling him this by itself.

Tom and Peter sat atop the Empire state building as they quietly ate a sandwich by lifting up a part of their mask,

"Let me get this straight, you can revert the changes that have happened to Dr.Connors, but for that you need to go inside Oscorp, and since Connors isn't present, he can't have someone give you the permission to call you in," Peter nodded at Toms words.

"And why are you still wearing that mask, I already know who you are thanks to your Dear lizardman," Tom asked as he saw Peter shift uncomfortably.

"Just cause," Peter shrugged as he continued eating his sandwich, "Hey! Since you know my identity, how about you tell me yours," Peter asked as he perked up.

"Dream on! You didn't tell me, I found out due to an accident, just wait till I slip up, haha," Tom couldn't help but laugh out as Peter sulked in a corner.

Although he wouldn't mind telling Peter, the guy was too much of an innocent and due to recent events, Tom believed the entire world might come to know of his identity if he told Peter.

"That's not fair," Peter whined.

"I guess you are right, alright, you can ask Mr. Lizard the next time we meet him,"

Tom teased Peter further, angering the kid as he vowed to uncover Tom's identity.

The two talked for a while, Tom told Peter of his escapades in Hell kitchen and how he met Daredevil, it was safe to say that Peter really wanted to meet the daredevil, though Tom declined immediately as it wasn't his place to invite him.

"Oh come on! It will be so much fun! We could team up and call ourselves a badass name, what should we name our group," Peter started rambling on about fighting crime together.
