Pretending to be sick

" How couldn't I be sure about that when she is staring at me almost everyday since the beginning of the high school. Also even if I were to look at her behaviour while closing one of my eyes, I would still able to tell that she is head over heels love in with me" Carl said to Roy.

"Then, why hasn't she ever take the initiative to talk with you before at all?" Roy again asked him.

" I think that she must be aware that she doesn't have a chance with me. So, may be she has decided to keep her love towards me as a secret until the end of the highschool. " Carl said.

Roy said while sighing " She must be really loving you so much otherwise who would dare to come forward just to save you like that while risking herself. Also, how could a person love someone secretly in that way for almost more than two years even without having a single word with you."

Roy was really surprised by what he discovered that day. His opinion about Zenaida completely changed after the conversation between him and Carl. He was truly impressed by Zenaida at that time.

After that, His impression towards Zenaida improved everytime when they interacted with each other. It didn't decrease even in a little bit of degree.

He also found that eventhough she is outwardly looked all mature and composed looking, she is truly innocent and pure compare to the other girls nowadays.

Zenaida is sometimes behaving like a small kid when it comes to the matters related to Carl and Roy truly adored Zenaida's this side. He has never met this kind of girl in his all life, eventhough he has met many girls at different kind of occasion.

He felt the sincerity of Zenaida's love towards Carl. This was the first time which he witnessed true love in his own two eyes. He thought that Carl is truly lucky to be loved by a girl like Zenaida.

He truly felt that she is deeply loving Carl and deeply caring about him too.

Today, Roy was able to witness her love towards Carl at the cafeteria again. Roy saw how anxious Zenaida was when Carl got angry at her and left the table.

He doesn't understand why Zenaida has grown these kind of strong feelings towards Carl because he is just a emotionless man with an unfeeling heart.

But he knows about one thing for sure. It was that it isn't easy to deeoply love a person this much one sidedly. It wouldn't be easy to love a person for so long without being reciprocated her feelings even a little bit by the person who they love dearly.

Zenaida who was stared at by Roy for a long time, felt little bit shy and asked him " Roy, are you thinking about something?"

Roy who came back to his senses after hearing Zenaida's voice, immediately apologized to Zenaida while saying " Did I stare at you so much? If so, I'm so sorry about that. I didn't mean to stare at you in that way but I was wondering about something and I got lost in my thoughts without my own knowledge. "

Zenaida smiled at Roy and said " That's totally okay and you don't have to apologise to me in that manner. "

At that moment, Carl walked out of the teachers' room and noticed Roy and Zenaida who was talking to each other. He squinted his eyes at both of them and directly left the teachers' room without even glancing at his back.

Zenaida immediately gestured Roy to go after him. Roy simply waved at Zenaida and followed Carl to the classroom.

After the left of Roy, Zenaida immediately entered the teachers' room to meet her home room teacher to ask the permission to go home.

Their homeroom teacher saw Zenaida and asked her in a little bit loud voice " Zenaida, did you come to see me too? Is there anything you need to talk to me? Is it a private thing or can we talk it here?"

Zenaida said to her teacher" Mr.Harry, it is not a private thing. I just want to ask for you to let me go home now."

Her homeroom teacher asked Zenaida worriedly " Are you feeling unwell? "

Zenaida nodded her head and said to her teacher while pretending to be sick " Yeah. My stomach is not feeling well today. I feel like that I want to go home and take a proper rest."
