Ben tucker was a hydra operative and hacker, or so he thought. I truth he did not know anything out hacking.
He was just a potential sleeper cell Hydra had kept in case they needed immediate support, however incapable, he could at least have provided the Hydra agents a place for there mission.
One might think this was a slip off from Hydra as someone incompetent as Ben could only help them be discovered. But Ben was actually a brainwashed man, who was experimented upon at a young age, for the trials of super soldier serum.
He was just a test subject, who after surviving the arduous brainwashing and drugs in blood, somehow survived what the other 2209 subjects could not.
But he was a failure, with no super soldier effects. He was demoted from a test subject to a cannon fodder, with the dreams of becoming a full time agent.
His adoptive parents were not some nobodies, they were obviously someone related to Hydra, and their deaths dealt a blow to the minuscule control the organization had in the vicinity of Hell's kitchen.
But all was not lost, Ben cam back from the dead as a changed man, becoming a millionaire in just 2 months and a potential billionaire in the next two.
One would think Hydra just scored a jackpot, with its once small time male duck was not giving golden eggs.
And so a new handler was spared to the promoted agent <Bruce Wayne> with orders in the favor of Hydra.

All of the four directions hosted water. Water everywhere till the horizon and beyond.
The place was seemingly empty, with no human so speak off, but it was not. actually so.
Suddenly a small wave emerged from dead center, making circular ripples larger by larger every second.
The area from where the ripples were emerging begin to get darker by each second when finally, a ship comes above the surface.
The said ship was looking to be brought out from some sci-fi movie, with the normal gray-black paint and light blinking at different stations.
This was the new S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters, the Helicarrier which could serve as a submarine, a ship and air-borne warship, capable of hosting fighter jets and thousands of Agents at given time.
In the command center, Nick Fury is seen to be maneuvering the carrier, with a smug smile on his face.
During the days of P.E.G.A.S.U.S. the plan of Helicarrier and Avengers initiative were scrapped altogether.
His constant requests of Helicarrier, made this steel giant possible, and the fight between the Hulk and Abomination hastened its need.
But the fights was not without its demerits, his constant bickering about reinstating the Avenger initiative was scrapped down, with the priority being given by the World council to Phase 2 now.
Today was the first flight of the new S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier, at an unknown location not even told to the council even.
Once it would reach the Stratosphere, it would be away from the eyes of the world due to its build.
Nick came down from the podium like control room, to go back to his personal office to get the regular updates he need to get as the Director of S.H.I.E.L.D.
He closed the gate to tap into the headphone, where Colson was reporting of his investigation from the young Stark's side, or not so young as Tony was a man in his late 30s.
Minute after minute the reports piled up, each from a different agent, from topics concerning economical hit to weapon smugglers near Africa.
After the last report about Tony Stark's blood toxicity due to the incomplete Arc reactor was submitted, he laid the headphone down to continue what he was required to do, Spy work.
"So you gifted another War head to HYDRA." A gruff voice alarmed the paranoid spymaster as he shot the caped figure three times, still in the yellow area.
"You have no shame crashing at my party like this, uninvited?" Nick asked the figure as he tried to stall for time, enough to get closer to the red panic button in the back of his coat.
"Don't call for them, I don't come here with hostility."
"You say that and stand beside me for a whole two hours, in a reinforced room with no loophole entry point that does not require my retina scans?"
Batman put his hand in the back of his cape, observing his actions, Nick took aim for his head while the cape revealed a brown envelope.
Nick eyed the envelop to take it into his fold, eyes still on the caped crusader as was his biggest enemy, exposing the incompetence in the ways of his spy organization, making others question their methods before the world.
"This happens to have all the proof that supports the fact hydra thrives under the veil of S.H.I.E.L.D.
"Surrender yourself, you have been a pain in the ass for us. You cannot leave this air-borne fortress with our agents everywhere." Nick said ignoring anything the Bat had to say. The Bat had sensed the spy stalling for time when he threw another piece at him, this time a pen-drive.
Nick shot as he sensed the impeding projectile, the pen-drive but in the moment of tension three bullets closed to the caped crusader.
Batman dodged the first two with ease, as if he was anticipating them as they were shot to non-vitals, the third one however was to dead center to his center of mass.
With minimum movement, Batman slid leftwards, and the bullet met to his side, where he was to continue his plan of leaving the place.
Fury just stayed still, aiming the gun still at the Bat. The following events surprised him as the Bat stood there in a daze, and a master emotion reader and negotiator, Fury summarized his opponents' expression to be one of surprise, which was surprising to himself as any meetings with the caped man had proved that he had a perfect sense of controlling his expressions and emotions.
The Bat glared at the back of his glove, as he sensed more bullets to follow, he jumped punched Fury.
'That bullet should have hit me in the hand'
His mind was just repeating this query as for why the trajectory of the bullet that should have pierced a small cut on his glove didn't.
"You were saying you were not hostile to us!" Fury shouted.
Batman just spared an indifferent gaze to the S.H.I.E.L.D. director, as he shoved the man against a scanner, rendering his eyelid to force open his eye for opening gate 1.

[I felt the need to fasten the pace, it was becoming repetitive of bat going on patrol and beating and coming back, we were 35000 words in and only iron man 1 plot has been covered so coming chaps would definitely be fast paced..
[Do you need half a chapter how Bruce leaves the Helicarrier? or we go back to old business and repetitive- NO WE WILL GET SOME ACTION NOW, 23 chaps and NO ACTION IN A BATMAN FIC! BLASPHEMPY!]
