Chapter 4_ The judgment

Manager Ma entered the company. Duri whom was leaving the company saw Manager Ma walking in and he walked to him instead.

"Manager Ma, I heard you went to the station, How is Min-Jun?"

Manager Ma exhaled. "He's okay for now. He will be taken to court sooner."

"I heard all evidence is pointing to him. Are you sure he will win this case?"

"That'll be know soon but barrister kang has promise to do is very best. You were going somewhere right?"

"Yeah, I was going home."

"Okay. Drive safe."

Kim min Jun was taken to court. At the court, Barrister Kang sure did his very best but he couldn't provide valid proof to prove Min-Jun was guiltless.

His opponent providence all evidence which confirm Min-Jun guilty but all, the judge stop the court and extend the finale judgment to just the next day later.

As the cops steps out from the Court room with Min-Jun, reporters whom were already waiting outside hurried to them with camera's filling the Atmosphere of the noon with questions. He shivered in anxiety and cold sweat drip down from his head. The cops manage to get him into the police van.

The next day was going to be the judgment and Min-Jun knew for sure that he was definitely going to be sentence to death. Barrister Kang can't possible win the case. He noticed he shivered at the courtroom earlier and with all the evidence the other barrister provided he's sure going to be sentence to death or perhaps life imprisonment.

At night, Min-Jun couldn't catch a sleep. He tried harder to ease his heart and prepared to die for a crime he was guiltless of but couldn't as the thought of dying keep coming into his head and made him cold shivered frighten the more. Just then, the door was ajar. Two cops went inside and drag him out. He tried to speak but they shut him up, covering his mouth.

They took him from the views of other and throw a dress at him.

"Change into that now." one of the cops whispered to him in a hurry.

He did quickly as he was told and took him out through the back exit. A car was already waiting outside. He entered the car alone and the car zoomed off to God know where. Thou, he was nervous but something tells him he is safe.

Sooner, the car arrive the company. A large congregation was outside protesting. For sure, there were anti fan perhaps fans of the deceased Park A-yeong.

"Get down." The anonymous driver ordered throwing at him a cap and he did. He came out and sneaks into the company.

The other members saw him as he entered and they all run to him, hugging him except Si woon who was appalled on seeing him.

"How've you been doing, How did treat you roughly, you're good right?" Duri throws curious questioned at him as he disengaged from hugging him.

"I'm good. Where is Manager Ma?"

"He's with director chow right now. I heard tomorrow was the final judgment day at court, how then did you came out?" Duri said.

"Let me go see Manager Ma first." Min Jin said. He made to leave and after taking few steps he stopped when Si woo voice came up.

"Why did you murder her Kim Min-Jun?" Si woon asked and the other members froze at once.

Min-Jun stopped and turned back to Si woon. "Are you talking to me?" He asked to be sure if the question was really directing to him.

"Yes, why did you kill her? Was it because you found out she was seeing another man behind you or because she ended things up with you so you had to murder her?" Si Woon asked with anger in his tone.

He turns looking at the other members as they all stand waiting for an answer from him.

"Wait; don't tell me you all believe I truly killed A-yeong?"

They remain in silent still focusing their gazes at him.

"What! You guys are supposed to be my pillar at this critical moment in my life. How could you believe such false accusation without even hearing from me first?"

"Min-Jun, there were solid evidence that left us no other choice but to believed the truth. CCTV footage of you dressing in disguise going into her hotel room that evening and rushing out suspiciously minutes later, your fingers print was also found on the knife found on the stomach pulse the doctor confirming she was murder just….. "

"Still I'm innocent!" He yelled without letting him complete his damn words.

Si woon cut in immediately. "You have to admit it already Kim min-jun. At least it's just the four of us in this room. Tell us why you truly did it. How many times did you stab her, three, four, five or did you beat her mercilessly before stabbing her...."

"Stop it Si woon" Gyeol said

Turning to Gyeol, he yelled "Don't tell me to stop because I won't." Then he turned back to Min-Jin. "Why'd you murdered her? Why did you do that to her you murderer? Why!" He yelled.

Min-Jin furiously galloped toward him and punched him hard on his face and grabs his cloth by the collar closer to himself fierily. The members quickly hurried to separate them but Si Woon stopped them.

"Go on and hit me. Do to me the way you did to her. Show us how you did it here and now. C'mon do it!" Si woon said laughing rather scornfully.

"Min-Jin, Director Chow wants you in his office now." Came secretary young ran voice from behind.

Min-Jin angrily let go of his collar and crept toward for the director office.

"Why did you went that far?" Duri asked Si woon immediately Min-Jun left.

"I did what has to be done. Somebody needs to tell that murderer the true." Si woon said and went back to the couch.
