A Love Unfated - Love After Marriage
Parents wishes are something you want to fulfill. But you sometimes you're incapable to do it, sometimes you do have your own wishes which go against them, and sometimes you just don't want to. Love for parents or Love for yourself - What should one choose? Niharika in her first life, supported her parents' wishes to not fall in love. They didn't wish her to not fall in love but not to fall in love with any person of other caste. But she couldn't love anybody, not even her husband. She married according to their wishes but her life ended monotonously with death of her husband. She also had an unsuccessful marriage which lasted until her last breath, unsuccessful for the man. She never needed a marriage, let alone a successful one. She regretted not acting like a loving wife for him afterall she only acted all her life for everybody. Her husband had to live his life in pain and agony. Once capable man died with a lot of grievances and unfulfilled wishes. Niharika blamed herself. Her children suffered all because of her. A life she didn't want to repeat. This time she still listened to her parents and married a guy of their choice but she kept herself and her desire above too. All leading to a facade of marriage. But this time, she still met her unfated partner. She decided to compensate her first life's debt. But her choices led her to the love of her life. Her heart rang like a bell the moment she saw him. It was like all roads of her life ended at him. But the man was a taboo for her parents. He was a taboo for her because of her principles. Will she still be able to live her life fully or would her life come to an end just like her last life? Will she have to go through her uncoloured life again and is this still her last life? Will she meet her fated and fall in love? Or will she never be able to understand love? Will she rebel and go against her parents or will she remain obedient as always? Pretentious politeness
The whole group walked towards Suyash and Krisha with almost similar thoughts.
Meet was the first to come forward. Though they didn't like the way both of them were behaving, it's not in their character to interfere much. He hugged Suyash and greeted him. He also lightly nodded at Krisha but soon turned his gaze away from her without even looking at her response.
Although Krisha felt bad by his attitude, she didn't speak, nor others minded this because all of them knew Meet's temperament. Meet was like this, he would be best to you if he liked you but if he didn't like you, he won't even bother to maintain a polite facade. He was worse then Arihant, atleast he was cold to everybody was polite while facing others. Meet didn't give a damn about other people's feeling when he ignored them.
Suyash knew him well enough and he knew that Krisha didn't get along with his group of friends but it was her matter. It was enough for his friends to not go overboard by rejecting her presence. With their friendship, the pretentious politeness was worse than ignoring her.
Suyash nodded at Kunica who also nodded at him. She was a little restless though, like her husband. But Suyash ignored them and went to hug Sridhar, who also reciprocated it and greeted him and Krisha. He was polite because it was his nature not to let a person feel uncomfortable. He was a psychologist and knew that such things might impact other person.
They all greeted and finally Meet was unable to suppress his restlessness and directly asked about Niharika. She was going to come then why isn't she with them? Would she come later or was she not going to come? This was all going in both husband and wife's mind. They had heard about her from Arihant just now.
Meet has just asked casually about her looks and Arihant said, " She is too beautiful for me to describe you."
This was enough for them to know that the woman was one in a billion beauty. So they were too inquisitive. Even Vidya and Sridhar's eyes sparkled at question. Not to mention Arihant who has organised this party. In fact he was very nervous instead of curious.
When Suyash saw looks on four people in front of him, he laughed, but this time neither of the two beauties felt anything. They didn't get distracted but their husbands' cautiously took a side glance at them. They saw that they weren't affected like before, they felt relieved and bitter in their mind. God is truly too much. How can it favour a person so much to give him everything.
Neither the two women nor Arihant knew about these thoughts going on in their minds. If they knew they would have just scoffed at these pretentious and petty men. Women too can admire beauties. They didn't know but women were much more of a visual creature than men. They checked out men as well as women. Otherwise how could they even tell that her friend had gone for hair trimming yesterday.
