A Love Unfated - Love After Marriage
Parents wishes are something you want to fulfill. But you sometimes you're incapable to do it, sometimes you do have your own wishes which go against them, and sometimes you just don't want to. Love for parents or Love for yourself - What should one choose? Niharika in her first life, supported her parents' wishes to not fall in love. They didn't wish her to not fall in love but not to fall in love with any person of other caste. But she couldn't love anybody, not even her husband. She married according to their wishes but her life ended monotonously with death of her husband. She also had an unsuccessful marriage which lasted until her last breath, unsuccessful for the man. She never needed a marriage, let alone a successful one. She regretted not acting like a loving wife for him afterall she only acted all her life for everybody. Her husband had to live his life in pain and agony. Once capable man died with a lot of grievances and unfulfilled wishes. Niharika blamed herself. Her children suffered all because of her. A life she didn't want to repeat. This time she still listened to her parents and married a guy of their choice but she kept herself and her desire above too. All leading to a facade of marriage. But this time, she still met her unfated partner. She decided to compensate her first life's debt. But her choices led her to the love of her life. Her heart rang like a bell the moment she saw him. It was like all roads of her life ended at him. But the man was a taboo for her parents. He was a taboo for her because of her principles. Will she still be able to live her life fully or would her life come to an end just like her last life? Will she have to go through her uncoloured life again and is this still her last life? Obedient - Only a Facade
Her periods were also irregular, so she missed a month or two many times. Only when her stomach protruded a little and she took all signs in consideration that she came to know about it. She immediately went to hospital and was confirmed to be pregnant. She informed Suyash and her parents. Her mother is neurosurgeon, so it was easy for her to fake medical report, furthermore spinal issue made it easier for her to take leave. She took exams from hospital for her 3rd year. A month after her delivery she was able to return to college.
Her mother was successful but her father was failure. Whichever business he start, it didn't succeed. So their finances were constrained, as her was still young and in school. She therefore dated Suyash. He was rich and never said no for money. In fact after Suyash's parents said that he could marry but to cut ties, he got ready, but Krisha didn't accept it. She had seen her father, failing in business, and didn't want to leave a life like her mother. She said she can only accept the marriage with his parents' blessings.
Suyash had no option other than trying to convince his parents. But he couldn't, time passed and all left was to follow Niharika's plan.
Krisha first felt wary of her. She couldn't understand Niharika no matter how. Niharika was like a puzzle. She initially thought that something in past happened with Niharika so she was against sexual contact with man, but nothing showed that she was traumatised or had any wariness. In fact Niharika was perfectly normal and good. She thought it might be because she liked somebody else but she didn't find anybody.
Even when she interacted with her close friends, they all said that Niharika never dated. This was in actual fact very weird. First, Niharika's parents might be a little conservative but her sister dated in 9th class behind their backs. They only came to know about it in 12th when her mother read her diary, till then they had already broken up. Niharika could have dated later on when she was in college. In fact none of her friends remained single and all had experienced relationship.
To say that she wasn't free minded would be wrong to say. Niharika did everything, though alcohol was prohibited for her and her family restricted her, she still did drink when she wanted to. But just didn't find it to her liking. She didn't eat non-veg because she doesn't want to. Niharika only did what she wanted despite her parents wishes and restrictions. Her obedient front was only a facade for her parents and others. Niharika was most carefree girl she had ever met.
The only thing she could think of was that she was asexual. But here comes the problem. Niharika was not a virgin. She had told her and Suyash too knew about it. So it happened before marriage ofcourse, Suyash didn't have any relation with her. She too didn't have any lovers or one night stand after marriage, no not any after she graduated. In fact she only had done it with one guy but when and with whom, nobody except Niharika knew. She had asked Niharika about it once after she came to know about it, and Niharika was very nonchalant about it. She said that she felt like doing it with that guy, so she did. So she was sexually attracted to that guy.
