A BIG HEADACHE!!
"Get up Ava, it's time to go to work." Jennifer was trying to wake Ava, who was persistent and didn't want to get up.
"Stop being lazy. Get up now, it's already five." Jennifer continued to poke her hands and legs.
"Ahhh, it's just 5am. Why are you waking me up this early. I want to sleep some more." Ava dived inside her comforter and continued sleeping.
"Who was the one who had asked me to wake you up at 5am, huh?"
"It was my ghost. It must have haunted you in your dreams." Ava yawned but again closed her eyes.
Jennifer had no other option, so she used the best technique to wake a person up.
Remove the blanket and pour a glass of water on the face.
"Ahhhhh!! What are you doing Alissa?" Ava jerked up with her face wet and hair sticking all over her face and body.
"Get up now, or else I will deduct your marks."
The threat worked on her as she got up and dashed into the bathroom.
After breakfast they arrived at the company and like daily they busied themselves in their respective work.
Soon the sun brightened up on their heads. It was their lunch time. As the work was in abundance, the lunch was provided by the University in the company itself.
Emmett and Jennifer today decided to inspect the production department.
Jennifer noticed Natalie as soon as she entered inside the department.
A big headache!!
She ignored her presence and started inspecting the work.
Jennifer randomly asked a boy, "Till where is your work completed? Had the documents regarding the products signed?"
The boy was shy type, he adverted his gaze from her and showed her the papers.
"They are all signed. The final stamp of the CEO is required. As Mr.Auger is not present, Mr.Rabin's stamp may do."
"Good." Jennifer praised him and smiled slightly. The boys being shy, didn't say anything and excused himself.
Emmett was observing their interactions turned gloomy when he saw her smiling and talking to some boy.
He then and there decided that he will make her smile at him today at any cost.
Natalie was watching Emmett intently, but he didn't even look at her, as he was busy watching Jennifer.
Natalie gritted her teeth in anger. She had to get rid of the thorn named-Alissa. She would do just the same, she had done with other girl who had tried to get close to Emmett in her earlier two meetings with him.
Once a girl wanted to talk with him. She was pretty and shy. When Natalie saw this she instructed a waiter to put pills in her drinks.
The girl ended up embarrassing herself, by stripping down her dress in front of all the distinguished guests.
It was due to the effect of the drug in her drink.
Emmett who hated these types of incidents, ordered the security to take her out and never allowed her to attend events related to him.
Natalie was so much possessive of Emmett that she had once pushed a woman down the stairs, just because she was more beautiful than her and had greeted Emmett with help of her father.
Natalie's family was not that influential. Her father couldn't help her with these things. So she hated girl with powerful background.
As they were in college, hence Natalie had not tried anything so far. She couldn't afford to get caught and punished by the college authorities.
She had waited for this business trip. She wanted to harm Jennifer, but it was her luck or a mere coincidence, she heard Jennifer talking about her makeup.
She also heard her say, 'What will happen if anyone saw me without it. I can't let that happen.'
Hence Natalie changed her strategy. She would reveal Jennifer's real face at the University itself, in front of all the people.
