Beating someone so hard they forget

They walked down the passageway and encountered a corpse with a sword. Long Chen took care of the man and Xia Chen absorbed the Chaos Qi in the corpse into a formation plate, saying that he could have enough for all the Dragon Blood Warriors outside if they had enough!

Long Chen was happy and Cross suddenly flashed and grabbed next to Yue Xiaoqian's head, capturing a bat like thing. Yue Xiaoqian said in shock "A Vajra Blood Baton!" Cross looked into the distance and said "Sister-in-law, I know I'm amazing, but you can't fall for me, okay?" he put on the air of a supreme expert that has seen the world.

Yue Xiaoqian burst out laughing, they rest chuckled and the Tomb was a little less scary. Cross held the bat in his hands as he said "Now, my omnipotent sister-in-law, how can we maximize the benefits from this thing???" his demeanor changed to a greedy one and the rest laughed again.

Xia Chen absorbed the Chaos Qi inside and the little ghost on Long Chen's shoulder went into the bat before leading the way. Cross was depressed, the bat's body was full of treasures! This damn ghost!

Dozens of Evil Corpses ran at them and the group fought until Xia Chen sealed their Chaos Qi into the formation runes. Long Chen threw the corpses into the black soil and he told Cross the door was actually Taiyin wood, which gave birth to Taiyin flame seeds which was the 7th ranked Immortal flame. Above the Ice Soul flame!

Cross was happy it wasn't the tree of life, that was a huge taboo. Unless the tree itself gives you wood, it was forbidden to take wood from it. Long Chen asked "Is it really so amazing?" Cross nodded and said "From my inherited memories, the Wood from the Tree of Life is the strongest wood in the world. If you even made a wooden sword from it with a chisel, you could cut a realm artifact with ease."

The group was stunned and Cross explained "It should be even more powerful than this actually, I haven't seen it. It only talked to me a few times. But think about it, how many elves are there?" Mo Nian said "What does that have to do with anything?" Cross said obviously "Idiot. The Tree is a living thing, not only that but the 'Mother' of all the Elves. How many Elves worship the Tree? How much faith power is in every single inch of the Tree? Not to mention that the Wood alone is already the hardest wood in the world, what would it become when it's soaked in the power of faith for billions of years?"

The group was stunned and Cross shook his head saying "That's why I said it's forbidden to take wood from it. First of all, to even take wood from it you would need to have prepared for a long time. You can't just run up with an axe and chop a branch off, forget about even leaving a scratch, can you even get to the Tree without becoming a Human pincushion?"

He paused before saying lightly "Well, maybe you could right now... Anyway, the short story is you can't get the Tree so don't try. Unless you want the Entire Spirit Race to hunt you down, even the Butterfly Spirits will kill you." Long Chen was shocked and said "Even Butterfly spirits?!"

Cross laughed and said "You're all underestimating the importance of the Tree. For most Spirits, it's 100x more important than their parents. Between having their parents killed and letting a scratch appear on the tree, they will sacrifice their parents and their parents will die willingly. Maybe the person who even sacrifice themselves as well."

Guo Ran was shocked and said in disbelief "What!? It's just a Tree right???" Cross laughed and said "Indeed, it is just a Tree. That's why I couldn't care less about it. The Doors is one thing, the Tree can die but it can't be humiliated! So really between my family or any of you, I will sacrifice the Tree every time."

Everybody smiled and Cross coughed saying "Well, maybe not Guo Ran..." The group laughed and Guo Ran shouted "Father-in-law! Why do you hate me!" Cross sneered in response as they continued through the cave.

They came to a giant Python and Cross' eyes sparkled as he took the dagger from Long Chen laughing like a crazy person as he charged at the python with strange steps, the python thrashed and it's eyes turned but the space was broken by Cross' eye power.

The Python had magic pupils! Another one for the collection! Cross flashed to it's head and dug out it's eyes keeping them carefully before piercing the python's neck and killing it as Xia Chen smashed a seal on the Python's head, absorbing a ton of Chaos Qi.

Guo Ran pulled out the fangs and Long Chen threw the corpse into the black soil. Cross melted the eyes into blood and cleansed them, getting the pure eye power blood essence before putting the drop into the gourd and shaking it up as he put it away.

They killed a bunch of Corpse demons before hiding on a flying boat as people came in according to Mo Nian. It was the Demons! Somehow, even the Corpse Demon with two heads from before! Cross was aggrieved and complained "I keep killing them, why do they keep coming back from the dead? Damn it Lucifer, people are escaping hell!"

Everybody looked at him, completely stunned and a letter materialized in front of him. Cross read the letter out loud "They're not escaping. They're just too slippery, most of them have clones or supreme escape methods. Keep trying buddy, when they get here, they'll never leave. -Your friend Lucifer."

Cross sighed and put the letter away, while everyone looked at him with wide open eyes. Long Chen said "You're friends with the King of Hell." Cross nodded and said "Of course! I even gave him my autograph. He's a big fan because I send him so many souls." Long Chen said "I send souls too!" suddenly a poster of Long Chen appeared with a marker.

Long Chen sighed it and the poster disappeared, Cross complained "Oi... I though I was your idol! Are you cheating on me?!" A voice was heard "You're #1, Long Chen is a close #2!" Cross smirked triumphantly and the rest rolled their eyes before moving on, following the Corpse Demons and picking up the corpses left behind by them.

They used strange bottles to suck the Chaos Qi out of the corpses before throwing them away. The group followed the demons to a gate. the gate opened to reveal a giant golden tree with flames burning around it in a space of millions of miles wide.

They slowly followed the Demons inside before branching off to the Ancient golden trees. Cross took the dagger and dug around the tree, looking like he was going to take the entire Tree. He did just that, he cut out a huge pit and took the entire Tree before returning to the group.

There were corpses on top of each tree, Cross threw them all into the Black soil after cutting the branches of the ancient Sunfire Tree off and planting them in the ground. Dozens of saplings started growing from the ground and Cross laughed his head off before going back outside.

He came to hear Guo Ran say "What the fuck! Are Supremes so worthless now?" Cross said "The moment we found the Supreme Bone in the Moluo Star Region they started appearing all the time. Can't you see what's happening?" The group's mouths open wide and Cross added "Yes, it's true. We're the Main Characters."

Guo Ran started laughing arrogantly "Hah! With my Plot Armor I'm invincible!" Cross smacked him in the back of the head saying "Don't break the 4th wall!" Guo Ran rubbed his head and said "Ah! Sorry." he bowed to you and Cross smacked him again saying "You did it again!" Guo Ran rubbed his head and said "father-in-law! You're going to beat me into retardation!"

Long Chen shushed him and said "The plot's continuing, shut up." Cross sighed and they watched the Holy Pill Hall disciples, Cross smacked himself and said "This guy isn't dead again!?" Long Chen said "His name is Yin Changsheng." Cross said "I don't care if his name is Father of Heaven! How many lives does this guy have!? This is ridiculous!"

He sighed and said "At least that Ji Wuming guy is de-" a burst of applause rang out, revealing Ji Wuming, who started talking to the other two survival beasts. Cross smacked Guo Ran saying "I don't believe it!" Guo Ran cried "Why did you hit me?!"

Cross said "To see if this was a dream." Guo Ran almost shed tears as he said "You're supposed to hit yourself..." He calmed down and said "It's alright at least-" Jiuyou Luosha appeared and Cross stretched out his neck, Long Chen slapped him and Cross spun around before saying "This is a joke right? Have I not killed anybody? Why won't they stay dead? I've killed all these people before, do they not like coffins? Should I bury them in an urn instead?"

Suddenly the old man spoke "She's down there! I can feel her." Cross said "I say, Old man, can't you whisper?" Sure enough, the 4 people who just wouldn't die snarled "Cross/Long Chen!" Cross walked out and held his Prayer Beads as he said "Amitabha, I will lead you to Hell. If I don't enter Hell, who will?"

The 4 were enraged and Cross said "Wait! I have to ask you 4 a question first." the 4 stopped and Cross said seriously "Are you clones? Or is this your real bodies? Also, how come you won't die? Are you ghosts?" the 4 were enraged and attacked, funnily enough, the Corpse guy, Ji Wuming, and Jiuyou Luosha all attacked Cross while Yin Changsheng attacked Long Chen.

Cross stepped out to meet them in the air, blocking the 2 assassins that attacked from behind his his scythe and blocking the Corpse guy with his hand covered in black blob-like Qi. Cross smiled like a spring breeze and said "You three are so cute. I just want to pinch our cheeks. Did you have a good day at school today?"

The 3 were humiliated and they attacked crazily, summoning their visions. Cross chuckled and pinched a dagger saying "In terms of Time control, this daddy is the ancestor." Ji Wuming fled immediately and his clothes turned to dust, withering rapidly.

Cross clicked his tongue and said "Honestly, you ghosts are too annoying to deal with! You keep coming back over and over again, plus! You didn't even bring gifts!" Suddenly Jiuyou Luosha shouted "Ji Wuming! I told you he's mine! I'll kill you first, then him!" as she attacked Ji Wuming.

Cross was stunned and blocked the corpse guy before saying to him "Is this woman retarded? Do you think so too?" the Corpse guy said "She's not too smart, yeah." Cross shook his head and said "I can't believe it honestly, how dumb can you possibly be?" as he punched the Corpse guy in the face, sending him flying away.

Cross flashed and slapped Jiuyou Luosha's ass before saying "Try harder! I know you can kill him! I'm cheering for you!" Jiuyou Luosha grinded her teeth in rage and humiliation, Cross flashed back and started recording the fight saying "Jiuyou Luosha vs. Ji Wuming! Apparently, Jiuyou Luosha said that Enpuda sucks cocks in hell and Ji Wuming replied that Jiuyou Luosha's mother worked at a brothel and she was very good. Who will win!?"

The duo almost coughed up blood in rage before trying to kill each other, ignoring Cross, believing that they can kill him after. Cross was recording when suddenly, the Giant Fusang Tree was uprooted, by Long Chen and Yin Changsheng.

Cross left the photo Jade running and looked at the big giant tree in shock. He realized that he was cheated once again! This was the real Sunfire Tree! Why was he getting cheated at every turn! He was angry! He must get some of this tree! MUST!

The tree was ripped in half, Long Chen got the upper part and Yin Changsheng got the lower part with the roots. Cross flashed and punched Yin Changsheng in the face before stealing the lower half of the tree for himself and sneering "This is for mental trauma fees, damn ghost."

Huo Ling'er returned to Long Chen's side, she was drinking the blood from Yin Changsheng's flam Unicorn. Cross put the Tree away and sneered "This daddy gets the trees, heh." before looking around and saying "Aiyo! The time boy is gone!" Long Chen cursed and drilled into a portal under where the tree was.

Cross collected the Photo Jade and followed after Long Chen. They saw a golden lake with a bronze tripod in the middle, Long Chen shot towards the tripod and Cross slowed down, slapping Yin Changsheng as soon as he came down, as well as Jiuyou Luosha, a double slap!

Cross shouted "Everyone calm down! The Tri-" Yin Changsheng attacked Long Chen, who moved out of the way and let Ying Changsheng attack the Tripod with his spear, as a result the speak exploded into pieces and Yin Changsheng had his soul injured as he flew back, coughing up blood.

Cross collected the blood and finished "The Tripod is on the Skyline, which means you have to fight the entire Celestial Tomb to get it. Moron, your little power of faith is nothing to the Burial Ground." he shook his head and looked at the golden lake curiously, as if the other 3 were air.

The other side suddenly collapsed and a bunch of people appeared, Long Chen seethed "Long Aotian!" Cross looked over and started laughing, he laughed so hard, he fell over and cried. He was pointing at Long Aotian and laughing.

Long Aotian was about to start bragging when he heard Cross' laughter and got angry as he shouted "What!?" Cross wheezed and said "Look at your stupid clothes! Hahaha! You're wearing purple and gold everywhere, you even have a purple-gold crown! Hahahahaha!"

Long Aotian felt veins appearing on his forehead and the rest of the group showed up, apparently the Corpse guy was dead. (Idk really, we'll find out if he comes back I guess...) Cross pointed at Long Aotian and laughed "You look like a clown! Hahahahahaha!"

Long Aotian growled and passed through the skyline, stunning everyone before he said "You!" Cross flashed and slapped him in the face as he shouted "Good! You fucking moron. You're on this side now! Who do you think you are, stealing my brother's Bone, Root, and Blood?" He grabbed Long Aotian by the collar and slapped him endlessly, shattering his teeth as he said "You think you're strong?"

Pah!

"You think you're very cool?"

Pah!

"You're nothing!"

Pah

"Look how you're being slapped in my hands!"

Pah! Pah! Pah! Pah!

Cross slapped him over 100 times consecutively before smashing his face on the tripod over and over again saying "What 3 Supreme? You're a joke, naturally the Supreme Blood, Bones, and Root disdains you. After all, a thief can't become the emperor by stealing the crown!" Cross broke his arms and legs and smashed his face into an unrecognizable shape.

Cross clapped his hands and threw Long Aotian into the Skyline like a dead dog as he floated down to the edge of the golden pool, as if he didn't just beat someone half to death. Long Aotian roared and suddenly healed completely before Long Chen and he fought, shaking the sky and cracking the void.

Cross was standing next to Ji Wuming and said "I think I smashed his face too hard, he doesn't even remember be beating him..." Ji Wuming shuffled a few steps to the side, not wanting to fall into Cross' hands. He'd rather be killed than be humiliated like Long Aotian.
