Chapter 4_ Weird girl 1

Lyra was quite speechless, she suddenly dashed out of the apartment to see if she could see him outside but he was long gone.

   She cursed silently, what if they harm her for her actions a while ago and she just missed his car.

   "Damn you lyra" she cursed pulling her hair in anger.

   She hurried back into the rented apartment to meet Racheal's worried face."see? that is the reason you have to be nice to everyone" Racheal tried to reason.

  Lyra accepted her mistake in front of Racheal but crossed her fingers on being nice to people.

    Brian barged into his cousin's office and smiled seeing his angry face.

  "Woah...bro you look really angry"Brian nonchalantly stated.

   Aidan massaged his temples, his cousin gets on his nerves. He wondered what brought him here so early.

    "Why are you here now" Aidan's tone sounded uninterested.

   Brian demeanor suddenly turned serious.

   "I saw him today" Brian said in a low tone, Aidan's pen froze on air as he lifted his gaze to his cousin.

    " He is moving around like an ordinary civilian"Brian continued.

   Aidan smirked rolling the pen in between his fingers."I am Aidan Wilson during the day and lycan at night so why are you telling Aidan to fix lycan's job" Aidan casually stated and brought out a file.

   Brian scoffed inwardly at his brother's words."dude forget about all that shitty stuff and go get him" Brian said followed by a bang on Aidan's table.

    Aidan glared at him "try that again and kiss your hands good bye" Aidan threatened.

   Brian gulped he knew Aidan as a man of his words.

    "She is really pretty" Brian suddenly blurted.

   Aidan knew where this was going so he pressed the intercom "security".

    Brian's jaw dropped...........

    Later that night at a club house

  Lyra brought Racheal to a bobbling clubhouse, it was recently opened.

   Racheal clutched onto her skimpy dress that lyra persuaded her to wear.

    Lyra pulled her in to a perfect spot to sit.

  "Lyra you come here all the time" Racheal innocently asked to receive a nod from lyra.

   "Not here but other clubhouse, I'm popular in most of them" lyra commented.

  Her phone vibrated it was her boyfriend."umm lyra what is it?" Racheal asked seeing Lyra's sudden change of expression.

   "It's Cole he said he can't make it because he has a business meeting to attend to" lyra said with a sad tone.

   Lyra sighed and went to the counter to get drinks for them, however her eyes darted to an isolated part of the room.

  She saw a lady sitting intimately on a guys lap rubbing his chest while they shared a deep and passionate kiss.

   Her stomach churned at the sight that she turned away.

   She hasn't gone a step forward yet when she heard a familiar voice, she turned to them again.

   That guy was Cole, her boyfriend. Lyra fumed as she matched to them, she pushed the lady on his lap aside.

   "What the...."Cole went loss for words. Lyra grabbed his shirt collar pulling him up.

   A slap thundered in his ear "so this is the business meeting you travelled to" lyra screamed in anger.

    Cole erupted in laughter as he encircled his arm around the lady's waist."what did you think? that I'm gonna spend my life with a filth like you no way" he spat in disgust.

  Lyra's eyes welled up, she couldn't believe this scum bag could do this after everything she has done for him.

   The lady with him chuckled "so this is the thing you've been so frustrated about?" The lady asked to receive a nod from Cole.

  "Well bitch listen to me now I'm here so get the f*ck out of here this minute" the lady said and pushed lyra harshly.

  Lyra's face darkened, well she isn't someone to be messed with so she attacked the lady back with full force.

   Lyra scratched, slapt and kicked the lady in anger.

   Everyone in that area tried to free lyra from them.

    Racheal who was oblivious to what was going on in the other side of the room wondered why lyra was taking so long.

  She got up from the sit to find lyra, she hasn't gotten far yet when some men wearing all black came in, everyone who knew who they were ran away making everywhere rowdy.

   Racheal stood rooted to the ground not knowing where to run to or hide.

    However she made her way to the back door when she saw the men who ran in a while ago surround a man who was on his knees pleading.

   She quickly hid herself between the door and the wall.

   She heard a loud bang that echoed three times, she knew that was a gun shot.

   She closed her eyes in fear but slowly opened it hearing an oddly familiar authoritative tone.

   Racheal stretched her neck to see who it was, he was sitting on a chair like a king, her eyes widened when she saw who it was.

   Her heart leaped in fright, she heard another gunshot followed by another before she squealed in fright.

   Racheal clamped her mouth tightly Wondering if they heard her.

   Lycan knew someone has been hiding there all these while so he stood up and walked quietly to where she was hiding.

   Racheal closed her eyes.........
