The Calm Before the Storm

The morning sun filtered through the windows, casting a warm glow over the breakfast table. Logan and Kara were wrapped up in their own little world, sitting close together as they exchanged playful banter. Kara was perched comfortably on Logan's lap, her fingers lightly brushing against his cheek as they fed each other.

"Here, try this," Logan said, holding up a forkful of pancakes to Kara's lips.

Kara took the bite, her eyes twinkling with mischief. "Mmm, not bad. But I think I prefer feeding you," she teased, holding up a piece of fruit for Logan.

He chuckled, leaning in closer as he took the offering. His eyes never left hers as he swallowed, his hand resting possessively on her waist. "You know, I could get used to this," he murmured, his voice low and intimate.

Kara smirked, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear as she leaned in, her lips hovering just above his. "Careful, Logan. Get too used to it, and you might never want to leave this chair."

Logan's hand slid up her back, pulling her even closer. "Maybe I don't want to," he said, his voice a rough whisper against her ear.

Kara laughed softly, enjoying the way his breath tickled her skin. "Don't make promises you can't keep," she teased, her lips brushing against his in a feather-light kiss.

Logan deepened the kiss, his fingers tangling in her hair as he held her close. When they finally broke apart, he rested his forehead against hers, his eyes dark with desire. "Who said I don't intend to keep it?"

Kara's smile was both tender and mischievous. "Well, if you play your cards right, you just might convince me."

Logan grinned, his thumb tracing circles on her hip. "I think I've got a pretty good hand already," he said, leaning in for another kiss.

Their playful flirtation was interrupted by the sound of the doorbell. Kara sighed, resting her head against Logan's chest.

"Always something to interrupt us," she said, her tone half-joking, half-serious.

Logan watched her with a smirk as she is using her telekinesis to open it without even looking. "You know, one day, I'm going to lock all the doors, turn off the phones, and make sure we're not disturbed."

Kara turned back to him, a wicked glint in her eyes. "Promises, promises," she said, winking before focusing on their guest.

Daisy Johnson, known by her codename Quake, is one of the most formidable members of the Crescent Pack. With her striking features and determined expression, she commands attention the moment she enters a room. Her dark hair frames a face that is both beautiful and sharp, with eyes that seem to miss nothing.

Daisy wasn't always part of the pack. A few years ago, she was just another determined young woman with a keen mind and a rebellious spirit. Her talents as a hacker and investigator led her down a path that many others wouldn't dare tread—she began digging into the secrets of S.H.I.E.L.D. and, by extension, the elusive Crescent Pack. It was a dangerous game, but Daisy had always been one to take risks.

However, her probing didn't go unnoticed. Logan's pack discovered her efforts before she could unearth too much. Rather than eliminating her as a potential threat, Logan know about her from his previous life and also saw something in Daisy—potential, drive, and a certain ruthlessness that could be channeled for their cause. He offered her a choice: join the pack and learn the truth about the world she had only glimpsed, or continue down a path that would likely lead to her demise.

Daisy took the deal after much consideration. She agreed to Logan's terms, and soon after, she was turned. The transformation was not without its challenges. Unlike others who simply gained the standard enhanced abilities of the werewolf, Daisy's mutation brought something new to the table—she developed the power to control vibrations, an ability that earned her the codename Quake.

As Quake, Daisy became one of the pack's most effective operatives, her abilities making her invaluable in both combat and covert operations. Her control over vibrations allowed her to cause tremors, disorient enemies, and even bring down structures if necessary. But it wasn't just her powers that made her stand out; it was her mind.

Daisy was a brilliant strategist and one of the pack's best tech experts, often working alongside Kara to coordinate their more complex missions.

Despite the hardened exterior she had developed over the years, Daisy found a sense of belonging with the pack that she had never felt before. She was no longer just an outsider looking in; she was part of something larger, something that was shaping the world from the shadows.

And now, as she walked into Logan and Kara's home, she knew that tonight would be a turning point—not just for the pack, but for the world.

"Morning," Daisy greeted, her eyes darting between Logan and Kara as she noticed their closeness. "Am I interrupting something?"

"Just breakfast," Kara replied, though the playful edge in her voice hinted at what they'd been doing just before. She returned to Logan's side, but this time placing her hand over his shoulder.

Logan's expression turned serious as he looked at Daisy. "Morning, Daisy, Is everything ready?"

Daisy nodded, her tone professional. "Morning, Alpha. Everything's set. We've been preparing for months now. Didn't you get the message from Hank?"

Logan smirked, a hint of his feral nature shining through. "The wolves and birds sent the message. The North is covered, and I got confirmation that all the other regions are secured."

Kara, still seated on Logan's lap, added, "So, is it finally time to wipe them all out completely?"

Logan's gaze darkened slightly as he answered. "Yes. They've been hiding like snakes, but tonight, we're going to burn their nests to the ground."

Daisy's eyes lit up with a mix of excitement and determination. "And reveal the truth to the world," she finished for him.

Logan nodded, his expression grim but resolute. "Exactly. We're going to do it tonight. They had the nerve to touch one of our own and think they could get away with it."

A flicker of anger crossed Daisy's face as she remembered the brutal experiments Hydra had conducted on their pack members. "They don't realize what's coming for them," she said, her voice low and deadly.

Logan's jaw clenched, and his grip on Kara tightened slightly. "They're going to learn that we're not the ones to mess with."

Kara sensed the tension in the room and placed a calming hand on Logan's chest. "After tonight, we'll make sure everyone knows the Crescent Pack doesn't forgive or forget."

---

A Few Months Ago, Logan remembered the day they found the missing betas. The memory was still fresh, the rage still raw. Three of his betas had gone missing, and when they were finally found, the sight was almost too much to bear.

Hydra had taken them, using them for twisted experiments. The healing factor that Logan had bestowed upon them kept them alive, but their minds were fractured, scarred.

The pack had retaliated, destroying the facility where they were held, but Logan knew it was just one of many. Kara and her Zetas had tried to heal their minds, but the some damage was deep, some scars are takes long time before healing. It was a wound that fueled his determination to eradicate Hydra from existence.

---

As Logan snapped back to the present, he spoke, his voice heavy with resolve. "Everyone's been working hard for few months. After tonight, after this mission, They can finally rest. The pack deserves a break, just like Kara and I."

Kara, remembering something, asked, "What about the Red Room? Are we going to leave them alone?"

Logan sighed, rubbing his temples. "As much as I want to destroy them, Natasha needs to know the truth first. She deserves that much."

Kara gave him a knowing look. "She's going to be shocked, you know."

Logan's lips curled into a dark grin. "Not as shocked as that one-eyed pirate spy."

Kara and Daisy both chuckled, the tension in the room easing slightly. But they all knew that the true battle was still ahead.

As Daisy left to finalize preparations and Kara got ready to head to the company, Logan felt a familiar pull toward the forest. It was his sanctuary, the place where he could think clearly and find peace. Tonight would be a night the world would remember for a long time.

But for now, Logan let the calm of the forest wash over him.

---

Later that evening, around 5 o'clock, Logan stood in front of a full-length mirror, adjusting the collar of his shirt. He was dressed sharply, a far cry from his usual look. Kara, standing beside him, gave him a once-over with an approving nod.

"You look up pretty well, Uncle wolf," Kara teased, her eyes sparkling with mischief as she straightened his shirt.

Logan smirked, pulling her close for a kiss. "Only because you make sure I don't leave the house looking like a caveman."

Kara chuckled softly, running her fingers through his hair. "Well, I've got to make sure you look your best, especially when you're off to see someone as sharp as Natasha."

With a final kiss, Logan stepped back and gesture circle movement with his hand while the other hold the sling ring.

A shimmering yellow portal opened up beside them, swirling with energy.

"Don't get into too much trouble," Kara said with a wink as Logan prepared to step through.

Logan grinned. "You know me—trouble's my middle name."

He stepped through the portal, and in an instant, he was transported from the comfort of his home to the nearby location where is no crowd and soon he vanished from the place speeding up to the bustling streets outside a luxury apartment.

Waiting outside was Natasha Romanoff, dressed in a stunning outfit that accentuated her every feature. Her red hair cascaded in soft waves, and her eyes sparkled as she turned to face Logan who appeared out of nowhere.

Some people noticed this but logan used his mind arts to make them forget it, he may not be a master in mystic arts but he knows some triks.

A smile tugged at her lips as she saw the portal close behind him. "You look handsome, wolf boy," she said, her voice tinged with a playful challenge. "Let me guess—Kara picked out your clothes?"

Logan chuckled. "Guilty as charged. But you, Natasha, you look absolutely stunning."

Natasha's smile widened, her eyes softening. "Thanks, I had a feeling you'd need Kara's help. You don't exactly have a taste for these things."

They both laughed as they fell into a comfortable rhythm.

"Shall we?" Natasha asked, extending her hand.

Logan took it, feeling the warmth of her touch. "Let's get this date started."

As they walked down the street, the city lights flickering around them, they both knew that this evening was the beginning of something special.
