Chapter 7; She is your Mistress...

"All right, serve me my breakfast." He walked out of the kitchen and went up to his bedroom to freshen up.

He never had time to chat with Zhou Meili and he was never attached to her, he didn't care if she was alive or dead, she was a grown girl and could do anything she wanted.

It didn't take long before they drove into a private property that was fenced with tall walls and also the electric barbed wires on top.

From outside the compound, you could see the tall mansion, she hadn't expected him to be staying in such a huge home and an isolated garden mansion away from the city.

The electric iron gate automatically opened up after detecting the unique lens that radiated from the car and she could already see the neat servants lined up at the entrance door.

The driver drove through the lawns that were neatly manicured and drove to the front door of the mansion, along the lawns, there were nicely decorated street lamps entangled with beautiful roses.

The roses were different and ranged in different colors, shapes, and how tall they were.

The lawn from the gate to the front door was around a hundred meters long, she liked the entire compound as it was so isolated and strangely, it was calming enough.

On her right side, she could see a huge water fountain built on cast stones, and they were beautifully layered from top to bottom and in different sizes and shapes.

She could hear water music as the water stream burbled and it traveled along the bed stones before it splashed back to the floor collecting itself into the stream again.

She was mesmerized by the entire environment, on the left side, there was a huge swimming pool that was fenced with small poles for safety purposes.

They arrived at the entrance door and alighted before they walked into the house.

She was wearing some flat shoes and the dress was comfortable so she didn't have any trouble walking around but she would only take a few steps carefully.

"She is your Mistress from now onwards, you have to serve her." He didn't add much but rather sauntered away leaving her behind.

She wanted to chase after him but still, she was a bit shy, so she nodded her head and glanced at the maids who were six in total with a butler.

"Mistress, this way." The Butler hurriedly saved the awkward situation and led her into the living room and motioned her to have a seat.

"What do you want to have?" He inquired while he studied her from head to toe but he couldn't hide his contempt.

"Nothing, I want to rest." She voiced out her wish and Butler Lu nodded his head before leading her away.

Master Mu got into his study room before taking a seat, his secretary walked in just behind him.

"Master Mu.." he bowed his head respectfully, he was the secretary and his close bodyguard at the same time.

"Have you checked into what happened last night? Who drugged my drink? " He eyed him as he massaged his temples.

" It was Zhan Hong.." he sneakily glanced at him worriedly, Zhan Hong was the young Master of the Zhan family and he was Zhan Shan's brother.

"Why would he? All right.. call him to come with a female doctor to check on your Mistress.." he dismissed him before he picked up his phone to make very important phone calls.

Mu Zhu settled down on the couch and began calling Zhan Hong, he was a doctor and it looked like his master needed him urgently.

Zhou Meili got to the second floor where the master bedroom was situated, the Butler led her through into the bedroom.

"Mistress, you can take your time." He bowed his head respectfully before exiting the bedroom and closing the door.

She glanced around curiously, the entire room was a combination of grey and gold colors from the walls to the beddings and the carpets.

Her body was aching all over, so she just decided to lie down on the couch, she didn't want to irritate him, what if he never liked people encroaching on his privacy? What if he detested people getting close to his things? It was safer this way.

The couch was huge and grey so it was comfortable to lay on, and the windows were closed so the room was warm.

In the study room, Mu Zhu was done contacting Zhan Hong and he lifted his face to face Master Mu but was surprised to see his eyes pinned on him, he suddenly felt nervous.

"Zhan Shan is pregnant, right?" He narrowed his eyes dangerously, if he knew well, she should be around four months pregnant by now.

"Yes.." he stammered nervously, he couldn't understand why his Master wanted to get revenge on Zhan Hong through his sister.

"All right, I want all the online platforms to have wind and news of Zhan Shan's pregnancy.. she had taken a leave for a year I think from the entertainment industry, check it out." Master Mu was sure calculative.
