Chapter 32: The Abengers Part 5 and a new character 

*Kirari POV*

My excitement peaked upon maxing out Fischl, but I calmed down with the help of Gamer's Mind.

I was tempted to open my system right then and there but stopped myself from doing so as I was in the middle of a battlefield.

Quickly dodging a wave of fire fired my way followed by a blast of air, I looked for a way to temporarily get a moment of peace.

If I had been able to deploy Electric Shield properly, I could have created a dome of safety. Sadly, I can only coat my body with it.

It can block physical hits, yes, but there is an upper limit of damage it can take before dispersing. I also have to watch out for attacks that can affect my surroundings. I'd rather not get burned alive, thank you very much.

I fired off a few Thunderbolts to take out some people who were threats to me. Some blocked while others weren't so lucky.

I spotted Tetsu, chest blasting a guy across the warehouse. Seeing him gave me an idea so I moved towards him.

Upon noticing my approach, he raised his palms pointing at me.

"Thanks for the help earlier, but I'm not really sure whose side you're on, so if you could keep your distance, that'd be great."

"That's understandable." I replied and stopped a good distance away.

"What's a little guy like you doing in a place like this anyways?" Tetsu asked while shooting villains with a repulsor beam while keeping one hand pointed in my direction.

"I heard about ATK going to war and thought I'd help. It's to repay the favor for saving me yesterday. Oh, and for making me a sandwich."

"Sandwich? Wait, you're that kid from the sewers?! You shouldn't be here! It's too dangerous!" Tetsu exclaimed after finally recognizing me.

I guess the hood and facemask really help at hiding my identity, but my heterochromia should have been a dead give away.

"Dangerous?" I questioned while projectiles were literally bouncing off of me.

"Well... I guess you are doing fine on your own..." He said in a tone of acceptance.

I would have loved to see his expression but his armor was blocking my view.

"Indeed. By the way, I have a small request." I said while mentally calling over Oz.

"And what's that?"

"Can you, and my friend Oz over here, guard me for a minute or two while I do something?"

When Tetsu heard my request, he looked around at the current state of the war.

Rojiya and Souji were fighting the boss of the opposing Yakuza gang and the red-haired woman.

Haruhisa was still duking it out with the gorilla, but based on their slow movements, their fight was coming close to an end.

Not as much people were actively fighting now compared to earlier thanks to Oz's and my assistance.

"Guess I can. But make it quick. I gotta help out my friends soon."

"No problem!"

With Tetsu and Oz protecting me, I finally had time to open up my system.

Character: Fischl was level 30 and Vision: Familiar was level 27.

I quickly used the newly gained mod points before looking at the new addition. There was a (+) sign next to Character Change which I immediately opened.

A new menu option appeared prompting me to unlock a new character.

Just as I expected, I can finally get another character! And what's more, I get to choose! I thought that I'd instantly get Xingqui since he was the second character I got from reincarnation, but I guessed wrong.

Now comes the question of who to choose: Xingqui, or my third character?

Without thinking too hard, I chose my third character. It was the one I chose out of all the possible playable characters from Genshin Impact and Warframe, and I chose it for good reasons.

After choosing it, the (+) disappeared. It will probably reappear once I get my new character to max level again.

Opening the Character Change menu, I saw my new character appearing as an option.

'Oz! Pump up your electric shield. You're going to be losing a bit of durability!'

I informed Oz since his durability is based on my equipped character's Health. If I switch from a max level character to a level 0, of course he will be affected.

Once I saw his shield charged up, I switched to my new character.

I was expecting a big change because of my new character, but I only felt a tingly sensation all across my skin. It didn't even last one second.

"What? That's it? Hmm. Oh. Ah ahhh. My voice seems different…"

I took a quick survey of myself, but I did not see much of a difference. Still a childlike body and still very much female.

Only differences I could tell without looking at a mirror was that my voice's pitch changed a bit. My hair shortened and changed to a slightly different shade of golden blonde.

I opened my system status to confirm.

Oh… Oh! I see.

The third character I chose during my reincarnation was a Warframe. Currently, I'm in my Operator form.

In other words, I was in the form of the Tenno or player who was capable of switching between and controlling different Warframes.

Sadly, I didn't get my chosen Warframe immediately, which means that I will get it either as a Skill or a Vision later on. As much as I want them now, I'll have to figure out how to unlock them at some other time when I'm in a safer place.

A bit disappointing, but honestly I was more disappointed about something else.

"WHY DOES MY OPERATOR HAVE TO BE A GIRL?!"

Oh my Dio!

Please tell me that Xingqui won't be a gender bent female version when I unlock him too!

I earnestly pray for this, Dio-sama!

"Uh. Hey kid… You doing alright?"

My shouting had drawn Tetsu's attention.

"Haaa. Yeah, yeah. I'm fine. I'll just deal with it. Give me a sec." I replied, quickly getting over it.

Unlike Fischl, who got a name from my parents, this Operator already came with one.

Lumine.

Wait, if I remember correctly, this was the name of the female traveler that the player can choose in Genshin Impact. The male counterpart's name was Aether.

This means that my third character is a combination of Warframe and Genshin Impact...

If so, then why did I get Lumine and not Aether as an Operator?!

Haaa.

I wanted to punch something, maybe a villain, but my low Health pool made me reconsider.

I was now a nine-year-old Lumine. Thankfully, I retained my Physical and Mental stats.

My Health and Energy regen had gone up a bit too, but I long since found out that these were based on my Physical and Mental stats.

Switching characters only seemed to have affected my physical form and my base Health and Energy.

Oh and good to know that the Aura mod, Gamer's Mind, on Fischl is still in effect. Definitely worth the locked 20 mod points.

"My Lady, should I proceed with the plan?" Oz questioned after I just finished observing my changes.

"Un. Proceed. Having such a low Health pool is concerning. Let's fix that."

Oz and I had planned earlier that when I unlocked my new character, we would kill people that deserved to be killed for karma and to immediately level up my new character.

"Understood. I have found four suitable candidates for termination."

"Then you're going to need more energy."

I switched back to Fischl, feeling that tingly sensation again, and gave Oz as much Energy I could before I started getting a headache.

Oz was already making use of the Energy I gave him to prepare to launch an attack. He was waiting for my signal.

I quickly switched back to Lumine so that the exp would go to her and not Fischl.

I noticed that my headache disappeared when I switched. The benefits of multiple characters already showing itself.

"Do it." I signalled to Oz.

"[Thundering Retribution]!"

Oh no. I've infected Oz with "the Chuuni".

Four arcs of thunder erupted from Oz and went to four different directions. The largest of them went towards the gorilla man who was fighting Haruhisa. They both looked pretty beaten up and could barely lift their arms anymore.

*BOOM*

The four thunderbolts hit their targets and four purple lightning pillars appeared at their location. The smell of ozone and burning flesh filled the warehouse.

All the battles halted as everyone looked on at the spectacle.

When the pillars were gone, only burnt corpses remained.

There was a moment of silence, and I could only hear one thing ringing in my ears.

*Ding Ding Ding Ding*

It was the sound of multiple level ups from my system.

I opened it up and was surprised.

Lumine already hit level 14 and Oz reached max level.

But that wasn't the surprising thing.

"What the hell is an OROKIN POTATO?"

A/N:

"Third character revealed and it wasn't my choice! Screw this! Author stupid! Trash story! Dropped!"

Since the start, this has been a Genshin Impact + Warframe in MHA story. If MC only had Genshin characters, it would not seem fitting.

That being said, the title is still "REINCARNATED AS GENSHIN IMPACT CHARACTERS...", so I combined the two. The playable characters from both games into one.

Operator Lumine with an unrevealed Warframe.

I see this as an outstanding move on my end.

*Pats self on the back*

I will be referring to third character as Lumine from now on even though it is technically Operator.

P.S.: Soonmeru... That new Fischl skin... yes please. Only have around 20 pulls saved up, but hopefully I can at least get Heizou if not Kazuha... I lost the 50/50 on Kazuha's last banner.
