Slow Changes

Izuku was sitting nonchalantly while looking at the girls. He was asked by Momo yet he looks unfazed; if you look really closely, you will see him sweating in his hand and more on his back.

"Himiko..huh.." Izuku takes a gulp of tea that he prepared.

'Slowly sip the tea. PLEASE slowly sip the tea. Should I hide it, or should I say it? Should I hide Himiko?'

The girls were watching him with interest as he slowly sips the tea. Many thoughts have been running to the women's thoughts during this simple gesture of his. Misunderstanding of them that he is confident and him panicking inside.

'I should confide them so we can protect Himiko's identity from others.'

"Alright. I will tell you, girls."

He started speaking and thoughtfully arranged his thoughts. He saw Himiko in the park, they fought, he pleads for Himiko to the U.A., and she was put as a nurse to observe her.

"That was the deal." Tsui said as she slowly absorbs everything Izuku said.

"Are you sure about this?" Ochaco asked him.

"Yes." He smiled at her.

"How are you so sure, Midoriya?" Ashido asked him then she looked at Jiro.

"In my opinion, Midoriya-san's intuition is not to be underestimated. I heard from Tsui that it's almost good to a frightening degree. What are your guts telling you?" Jiro explained her piece as she saw this person in front of her who saved them.

'Midoriya-san's intuition is ridiculously amazing. I heard that before the U.A. villain attack, he had a bad feeling if somehow he does not feel it I am going to side with him. I only side with him cause he helped me, yes. Not like I want to spend time with him.'

"I feel that I can trust her. The reason is during the battle with All Might and when I got smashed to the ground she wanted to help me no matter what. I heard from All Might when he called me that Himiko tried to fight the pro-heroes just to get to me." He remembered the phone call that All Might clarified things.

"I am not going to deny she is unstable and she is missing a few screws yet when it comes to people who treasure dearly, I know she can change." He stated with confidence that it is not out of acting but confidence out of Himiko.

"If you push that far…." Ashido was about to continue when a loud voice shouted.

"It will be fine! Besides, it is Izuku!" Hagakure said as she flings her arms up and down.

"Oh yeah, it is Izuku-san." Tsui said to herself.

"Izuku got this." Momo chimed in.

"That reason actually has a meaning but I do not know why. It is oddly convincing." Ochaco said to them.

"I do not know how to feel about this." Izuku said and he laughed.

"We will leave this matter to your hands. Just tell us when you need our help." Ashido said to him.

"Alright. I actually need something." Izuku confided the women inside his room.

-Himiko's Point of View-

It's tiring to pretend to be a gardener but it's the only way to be around my king.

I saw the group of girls that I fought with yesterday.

'Fight? More like a catfight.~'

I laughed internally and followed them at a measured distance. Using another drop of the vial of blood I got from the clinic I transformed into an unnoticeably normal man.

They entered my king's room and I stood outside the door. I tried closing my eyes and putting my ears on the door and tried sharpening my hearing.

I can hear it and everything that they were saying. It was not precisely they were hiding it and I am grateful the voices they are using are pretty loud.

'It is secure here after all. They get a little careless~'

My king told them about me, and analyzing their voices seems there is no resentment, just worry for my king.

'I might judge them a little harshly~'

I am going to ask for forgiveness since this is for my king after all. As long as he is happy, I will maintain that world of his.

"I need something…." I heard my king said something but the voice became lower; if I try to push for more I might get caught.

'No choice then~'

I went on my way and went back to the clinic.

"Toga, your quirk is unusual." Recovery Girl said to me.

"What is unusual about it Obaa-san?" I chose to call her Obaa-san and she seemed to like it; even though she did not show it I can feel it.

"I analyzed your quirk when you transform to someone." Recovery Girl is reading something.

"Your body structure changes when you transform to someone and not just from the outside of your body." She continued speaking.

"You have the 100% transformation down to the tee. Toga this might just be a possibility…." Recovery Girl started pausing in the middle of the sentence and there was a heavy atmosphere around her.

"If you can copy the whole body structure there is a possibility of getting their quirks too." My eyes widened up.

'This was Recovery Girl who is number one when it comes to healing and knowing bodily functions. This is important; even though this grandma is quite stubborn at times, I can feel that she truly cares for everyone and she has the medical skills to back it up.'

"When two quirk users consummate and conceive a child, there is a huge possibility that the quirk of both parents will be both passed to the child. The passing of quirk is defined by one thing alone… D.N.A." She looked at me.

"Himiko, you have the ability to copy their D.N.A. up to 100%." I got chills.

'If I can copy other's quirk then…..'

Many things come to my mind and dark thoughts. I am trying to hold my laughter.

'Havoc…chaos….blood.'

If I can somehow unlock it, I will not be caught if I just copy any villain's quirk.

As my mind turns quickly spins for many ideas a knock was heard.

"Is Himiko there?" It is my king.

"King…" He was outside.

"Alright. We will continue this later. You need a rest too, Himiko." Recovery Girl stood up from her chair and went out of the clinic.

"T-Thanks.." My king bowed to her as she was going out. One can see the respect from my king's eyes.

"King, seat here." He smiled at me but the thoughts earlier were still on my head.

"Himiko, here." My king gave me a gift-wrapped present in a little box.

I opened it and there were earrings. A gold earring that has a teardrop on end.

The teardrop was colored gold. It was a color close to my eyes.

"Congratulations, Himiko. I hope we can spend our years together." He smiled so brightly.

I can feel something warm on my cheek and my eyes were getting blurry.

I find it hard to breathe and my voice starts to crack.

"Uuu…." My king hugged me and I hugged him back.

"I am so sorry." I said to him and kept repeating those words.

He assured me so many times that it will be alright to feel the warmth from him.

'I almost destroyed my future with him because of simple pleasure. I vow to protect you and myself at all cost. In my king's world, he needs me there.'

I keep seeing it as if I am not supposed to be in his world since he is a good person but now I realized it does not matter. He will genuinely accept me.

"My king…..take care of me.."

"Ok~?"

Real-life has been really fucking me up right now. I was glad to have another review but oooof. The rating hurt my heart. The start of the story is a cringe-fest and I am really starting to consider overhauling it.

I need to get better at writing. I will not be surprised if my rating goes from 4.30 to 3.00.
