Chapter 11 - Plan

"Jaya, Will it cause a problem to my body if I start practicing these now? I mean, my body is a five-year-old child's body. Maybe it might cause some irreversible damage if I strain it too much this early."

[It is indeed a fact. My database records many life forms that have this limitation. Their physical bodies are limited. Arduous stimulation before its maturity would lead to permanent damage.]

"And me?"

[Saiyans do not have this limitation. Their physique's natural affinity for Pure Energy grants them great resilience from the moment of their birth. Therefore, Saiyan's could very well start exercising their body from the age of three.] Jaya answered.

"Oh… but why three though?"

[Heavy training requires conscious awareness. Infants are not consciously aware, sir.]

Victor realized how silly his question was. "Hmm… hmm… Yes… Of course, makes sense." He nodded repeatedly then raised a brow before asking, "did you just… indirectly label me dumb?"

[I did not, sir.]

"Hmm… I suppose not," he said then went back to focus.

"If I remember correctly, Monkey D. Luffy grew from a weak boy to a powerhouse rivaling Yonko's in just a few years. I may or may not have the protagonist luck, but I sure as hell am not going to be any less ridiculous." He thought.

"Jaya!" He called out in a driven tone.

[Sir…]

"Create a new project and name it 'One Piece'."

[Registered, sir. Please narrate the contents.]

"1. Make power level reach at least… umm… 70,000 before 15 years of age."

[Noted.]

"I'm not sure if I could pull this off in 10 years' time. My last power level upgrade was due to my genetics, literally being modified. But that and getting stronger by training are different."

[That is correct, sir. But if you go through some of planet Sadala's history, you will find some Saiyan's power levels reaching close to 100,000 before they had even reached their twenties.

But most importantly, you have the altered genes, this incredibly energy rich planet, most suitable training materials, and most of all my support. So, reaching a power level of even 100,000 in 10 years' time is not improbable.]

Victor was a bit speechless hearing Jaya's statement.

"Did you just… encouraged me?"

[I am only responding in accordance with my creators' code, sir.]

"Haha…" Amused, Victor let out an audible chuckle.

"Right, moving on… Number 2. Join the Marines."

"3. Slowly spread my influence within the organization."

"4. Secretly create a second Identity as a pirate or an enemy of World Government and establish a second influence in the world.

"5. Find out the actual power of the World Government and their hidden cards."

"6. Make a plan to overthrow the World Government and create a better one."

[Will that be all, sir?]

"No… May be. Leave it like that for now, as I may have to change or add a few things in the future."

"Disable the mini map. I will use my Observation Haki during combat, from now on. Such a god given ability should not be neglected."

It has been more than one year since Victor arrived on this planet. He has now completely mastered the knowledge of Observation Haki and Armament Haki when Jaya uploaded the processed data to his mind. And to no surprise, even though he knew the knowledge, he could not utilize them like a master. He could only perform Observation Haki at the elementary level.

He was quite surprised when he found out that he had already awakened primary level Observation Haki a year ago. And later realized it was the little mind trauma on the day of his gene evolution that actually triggered it to happen.

Just like Jaya said, Haki had a direct relation with the body's physique. And so, during the past year, he had been training his physique rigorously. And now, he can use dual Haki at the elementary level, as well as some of the Rokushiki techniques.

300 meters over the ground, Victor stood with his eyes closed, sensing all the creatures in his range of Observation Haki. This is his first challenging battle since arriving to this world. Previously, he only focused on lower power level creatures to get used to the Haki and Rokushiki techniques. And now, he is ready. Ready to take full advantage of his Saiyan body.

"There!" His eyes opened with a sharp glint.

His hair was a bit longer now, but not up to shoulder length. His build was lean, with vibrant blue eyes wearing nothing on his upper body and just black shorts and black boots. He had grown taller a bit compared to last year, now nearing five feet five inches in height.

[Power level 16,896.]

"Hmm… Close to what I had guessed.

What's my current power level…? My physiques power level reading... Don't include pure energy during the sum up."

[What about World Energy sir?]

"It's fine… Only exclude pure energy, then add up everything else…!"

[Analyzing…]

Stimulating pure energy within his body, "well, no matter. You're my lunch!" Victor said with a grin and flew like a rocket towards the target.
