Chapter 9: U.S.J. The End(upgraded)

A/N: Hey fellow readers Tobi here just wanted to start from an author's note for this chapter. This is a note regarding one of my readers who pointed out to me that the MC is not connected to the readers right now. What if the MC died no one as the reader would care. That is correct the story was meant to be that way what Tobi was trying was a different route from other fanfic where the MC's story is told from the start on while that brings in his character development it makes the story very slow and similar to many other out there Tobi was trying something unique. What if the readers know the developed personality of the MC? What if readers already know his abilities from start? What if readers don't know about the other characters? What happens when the answer was simple questions and wanting to know their answers and that hooks them to the story. At least that's what Tobi was trying to do here. As Tobi stated that this is Tobi's first fanfic and it has not even started the world-building because Tobi wanted it to be slow-paced while not making readers scream their hairs out about why was it not progressing.

The story from now on will be updated two chapters daily one chapter regarding the backstory of the Sukoichi and the next chapters will be next season, the backstory will help the reads to know about Sukoichi's past and interaction with people who were not introduced (Including some OC) while the second volume will be his adventures in ***********

Also a final note about the MC being Rengoku rip-off. For that Tobi has a question do you always call naruto a Goku rip-off? Not really right? if we go by the logic a lot of shonen protagonists are a rip-off of each other. In other words that authors use is 'Inspiered' While yes the MC does seem like a Rengoku rip-off then the story is going all according to keikaku(plan) The personality of MC that Tobi wanted to show was like Rengoku's, strong warrior who protects weak this personality will get changes over time while this was the main Rengoku's personality the MC's personality branched off from Rengoku's that MC wants to get stronger to protect the weak in terms of normal reader Mc is greedier than Rengoku and rather rash and overconfident while he will protect people weaker than him but due to his overconfident nature he might as well be the cause of their death ( spoiler warning).

PREVIOUSLY:

'Crap I am running out of stamina and my injuries are increasing' Kazuya thought. His whole upper body was almost naked except his elbow guard was ripped with his body now filled with purple swollen parts and various cuts.

"AAAKH" The pink Nomu regenerated its shoulder and half of its face and then punched him on his ribs again.

The green one attempted to shred Kazuya with his swords.

Kazuya jumped back to avoid it but the purple one rushed straight at him Kazuya's eyes widened seeing the purple one rushing with his claws attempting to slash his face off. Kazuya ducked under the claws but,

"AAAAAHHHH" Kazuya yelled out in immense pain.

U.S.J.

3rd person P.O.V.

"AAAAAAAHHHHHH!" Kazuya's scream came out loudly. While he managed to bend his upper body in time but the left side of his face was not in a good shape as a wound from his cheeks to his hairline was now present.

"huff...huff...huff" Kazuya panted.

'I was too careless even though I could have won I was far to careless to take them on alone all three are designed to cover up each other. The pink one can attack long to medium distance, The green one can shoot blades and the Purple one absorbed any impact on him' Kazuya thought the as strong smell of rusted iron hit his nose as his head started to get heavy and his eyesight was blurry at best.

'Their regeneration has gone even slower than before it seems that they can't regen fully intact limbs anymore. I just need to deliver the final move so MOVE'

Kazuya yelled in his heart as he slowly stood up. The firestorm keeping the viewer's eyes busy was slowly settling.

"BLWEALG" Kazuya suddenly puked some of his blood.

'I will have to end this now! I cannot let others be worried about me after all I am a hero' Clenched his fists in a punch and it got covered inflames.

'Focus on rising the temperature the shape and quantity will be taken care of later' With this thought, Kazuya gathered his newly acquired flames(Golden flames) towards the tip of his blade.

The golden flames slowly turned black as the temperature of the surroundings raised rapidly.

"The hell is happening?" The chapped lips man said as his clothes started to melt.

"This heat is..." Shizuka said as her eyes widened as she looked where the heat was coming from.

The inferno of golden-red flames was now emitting a blackish hue as the ground started to melt a little. The surrounding stones and stone pillars started to collapse and magma pits started to worm near the inferno.

"Strong..." Bakugo muttered as he saw the spectacle in front of him.

'I will end this in a single strike!' Kazuya let out his final thought.

"HAAAAA" with a scream Kazuya gathered all of the black flames towards both of his palms.

"I WILL NOT LOSE HERE!" Kazuya yelled as the black flames covered both of his arms that were in a cross shape.

'I always thought that I have passed the final barrier of my quirk but it seems I didn't even see its full potential. I was just another frog in the well. At least I was the strongest' Kazuya thought as he let out a little smirk.

"TIME TO END THIS ALL" Kazuya yelled as the black flames grew more and more intense.

"What is happening my clothes!?!" The man yelled as he saw his clothes melting.

'They were especially heat resistant I must kill him now he will become a problem later' The man thought and mentally commanded the Nomus to attack the boy.

"HAAAAH" All the flames transferred to his right hand as he stretched it back and saw the three Nomu coming for him.

"FIRE FIST!!!" Kazuya yelled as the punched in uppercut fashion and caught all the three Nomus in the flames which melt through the U.S.J. roof.

[BOOM BOOM BOOM]

The intense black flames collided with the sky as the latter gave way for the flames.

The flames surrounding the battle slowly lessened as only the smoke remained.

The smoke also slowly banished as if teasing the people anticipating the outcome.

There on the ground laid Kazuya his upper body stripped and filled with scars and wounds that he suffered his body bathing in his own blood.

"BROTHER!" Shizuka screamed in shock and terror. Her brother who had supported her through their Mother and Brother's death. The same brother who helped her cope with their father's training. Now laid dead

Shizuka dropped to the ground with tears flowing uncontrollably. Bakugo who was standing beside her was also shocked and petrified. While he may be yelling at others to die and is very violent this is the first time he saw someone die in front of him. Someone who died protecting him...

'I was just too weak' Both of them thought simultaneously.

"I AM HERE !" A loud voice boomed as the Door of U.S.J burst open.

All Might is the number one hero of Japan. While he was the strongest out there the one who saved multiple people but only he knew he could not save everyone and was sometimes late. Was yet again too late to save his student.

Right now at this current moment, All Might was not smiling. The other heroes who came with him also came pouring from the door.

All Might responded quickly rushed towards the two remaining villains.

Without exchanging any words Kurogiri opened a portal and took Shigaraki with him.

A huge wind storm appeared where the two villains previously stood and All Might raised from the dust.

All Might then stood up and slowly walked towards the body of Kazuya. Slowly he lifted the body of the young boy who sacrificed himself for his classmates who he knew for less than 3 whole days.

'A true hero indeed to bad that you died so early. Young Kazuya do not worry I will make sure that nothing like this happens to anyone else again' All Might yelled in his heart

"Young Kazuya you sacrificed yourself today to protect you, classmates, you are a true hero," All Might said lightly.

'I am sorry young Kazuya I was unable to save you ' All Might said as he held Kazuya's body.

Heroes that followed All Might escorted both Bakugo and Shizuka to the hospital to tend to their needs. While Kazuya was fighting Nomus. Both of them were fighting the fodder villains in the U.S.J.

Three days after the incident the funeral for Kazuya was decided and everyone he knew was present there alongside a few of the top heroes of Japan.

Enten Kazuya's katana was buried alongside him.

'I will become stronger and stronger so this even never happens again'

'Is this what it means to truly be a Hero?'

'Brother...'

'Zu-chan'

"A noble end indeed," A man wearing a straw hat with chimes and simple black green checkers kimono and having 2 swords on his side said as he disappeared in a purple mist.

The whole world was told of the news of a young boy sacrificing his life for his classmates. The hero system and the school itself were questioned.

Pro hero Endeavor the father of the Kazuya has yet to make any statement about his death.

The country of Japan mourned for the future hero.

The Todroki household was quite gloomy now. Shizuka has taken the room which belonged to Kazuya as hers and has yet to leave for the past 5 days. While her siblings are very worried about her. Endeavor continues his hero job but seldomly returns home now.

UNKNOWN LOCATION:

A man with burnt skin read the news and then promptly burned the paper with blue flames.

"I told you brother this world is plagued with fakes" The man muttered and left.

On the date, 22nd of April 2322 Todoroki Kazuya died due to over-exhaustion and blood loss while protecting his classmates.
