"Kami-e"

*Swish* * Zoom* *Bam*

Gan leaned his head back as what can only be described as a rubber bullet the size of a base ball flew past him.

*Wroom* *Swish*

Another rubber bullet flew past his left ears from behind him as he moved his head to the side, feeling the wind produced by the bullet.

More of the rubber bullets shoot towards him, heading below his knees, above his waist and to the right side of his head. He quickly jumps up doing a spin flip, the bullet aiming below his knee misses, flies under him while the bullet heading towards his stomach above his waist almost grazes his shirt. While in the air he cocks his head back as the bullet aiming for his head flies past his nose.

As the bullets continue flying towards him, Gan's observation Haki quickly picks up their presence as long as they were in his range, whether they were from behind, below or above him. The room didn't have much space for Gan to run, so his dodging abilities were kind of constricted in one area. Gan continued Dodging the bullets for one minute before his Observation Haki picked up smaller objects moving towards him at much faster speed.

*Wroom* *Wroom* *Wroom*

Three marble size rubber bullets flew towards Gan each only milliseconds apart, the first one towards his head, the second one towards the left side of his abdomen, and the last one towards his feet. Other baseball bullets were headed in the direction of Gan's escape routes, Gan steeled himself as he realized that he'll have to doge without moving from his position.

"Kami-e"

Gan did a split, the marble size bullet heading towards his head flew over him, but before Gan could celebrate, the second bullet arrived heading towards his abdomen, Gan applied the marine style Kami-e and leaned the entire upper half of his body backwards almost touching the floor, his body seemed boneless, but whilst still in a split position the bullet flies above him.

Gan didn't waste any time and immediately did a Kep-Up from his split position as the bullet heading towards his feet flew under him. Getting on his two feet, Gan didn't waste any time quickly returning to dodging the other rubber bullets. All of this took place in less than a second so some of the marines outside didn't even realize what just happened, some of them barely saw Gan doing a split, and a Kip-Up. While the marines outside were wondering what was happening outside Gan continued dodging the other bullets pushing his Observation Haki to the Limits.

*Zoom* *Swish* *Wroom* *Swish*

Gan kept using Kami-e until he approached the second minute, he suddenly sensed that he was surrounded by more bullets, as he dodged another marble size rubber bullet, he looked around for the new bullets that were added when he saw their size he couldn't help but scream out loud while dodging another bullet.

"Who the hell set up this test"

*Zroom* *Swish* *Zroom* *Zroom* *Zroom*

*Swish* *Arrgh* *Arrgh* *Swish* *bam*

What looked like Dozens or maybe hundreds of sesame size rubber bullets surrounded Gan leaving him no way to dodge since he couldn't even use his devil fruit, and he was yet as fast as sound much less light so he got hit numerous times after trying to dodge despiste how hopeless the situation seemed.

"Two minutes and fifty eight seconds" shouted a marine while quickly pressing a button to turn off the machines.

"Ahh, as I expected" the Rear Admiral from earlier shouted drawing the attention of the other marines to which he nervously smiled while backing off into a corner.

"Although his Armament Haki might be low compared to other Rear Admirals, his Observation Haki is top classed among them." Tsuru stated in an informative tone while observing Gan walking out of the evasive chamber.

"Yeah I kind of expected the opposite as he's Garp's Grandson, but considering that he's only ten years old it's actually unbelievable that he actually has it since it's dependent on physical strength" added Kuzan after doing his own analysis.

"Gasp, If he's this strong now, imagine how strong he'll be in the next five to ten years" exclaimed Momonga while twirling his mustache. The other marines had similar thoughts, at first they thought Gan had Admiral level potential strength, but they were starting to realize that he might have the potential to go beyond that, and rival the four Emperors.

All of the marines that realized this fact were happy, well, almost all, a marine that blended in with the regular marines had a nervous expression on his face.

He was a tall, light-skinned, lean, yet muscular man with short dark hair, a beard, sideburns, and sunglasses. From his sideburns on, his facial hair grew horizontally. On his cheek it grew downwards with a pointed end. He wore a white knee-length trench coat that had a quilted design which stopped just below his waist, along with two black pockets slightly above the chest on either side.

Under the coat he wore a mauve-colored shirt with a purple-colored ascot embedded with a red jewel, with a golden-yellow outline at the top in the tie. He also wore black-colored gloves.

This marine's name was Virgo, but he was in truth, a pirate who managed to keep his criminal activities a secret and was able to enlist into the Marines. Having spent 15 years ascending the ranks, he nevertheless was an enemy to the organization from the beginning, as he was a member of the Donquixote Family and assisted Doflamingo in criminal activities by abusing the privileges as a high-ranking Marine officer, as well as passing off vital information and coverups.

He knew that his Donquixote family had a lot of plans that can only be carried out if the Marines and the Pirates are at a balance in the sea to the point where it would be difficult for any of them to interfere with their plans. But Gan's potential would put a hole in their plan, and realizing that fact made Virgo nervous. You have to know that they have already put their plans in motion from behind the scenes and it's almost impossible to stop now because they are dealing with powerhouses like Kaido. Virgo didn't let his emotions run for too long as he quickly hid his expression.

"Moving on to the second round, it's simple really, a one on one fight against a Rear Admiral, and you're not allowed to use your devil fruit." Z shouted, gaining everyone's attention.

"Who is he gonna fight?" asked Garp, seemingly unaware of the following proceedings.

"We told Gan not to use his devil fruit so, we're gonna give him someone without one that has solid foundations in the two Haki's and 6 marine styles. His name is… Akehende"

"Who?" replied Garp and Kuzan at the same time with deadpan expressions. At that time the man in question walked to the middle of the training ground with his head held high, his actions quickly caught everyone's attention.

"Hey! Who is that?"

"Do you know who that is?"

"I think I've seen him from somewhere before"

The marines quickly broke out into discussion, Akehende seeing this couldn't help but frown, just then a marine shouted, drawing everyone's attention even Garp's and Kuzan.

"Oh, I remember, he's one of the marines working around the Gate of Justice" The marine stated proudly with a smile.

Akehende, hearing this, had a prideful expression on his face, as discussions continued Sengoku quickly silenced everyone, as Gan walked to the center of the training ground that was now empty after the machines were removed.

"Good luck Rear Admiral Akehende" was all Gan said as he readied his hands into a punching position.

Akehende, seeing this did not waste anymore time and quickly raised his guard in a kung fu stance.

Z, seeing that both Gan and Akehende were ready, shouted in an authoritative tone worthy of his title as a former marine.

"Begin!"
