Section 1. Title
This Act shall be known as the "Anti-Homosexual Activities Act of 2024."
Section 2. Strict restraint and prohibition shall be imposed on any form of public propagation of homosexuality, including newspapers, books, films, and other media containing information or presentations endorsing or promoting homosexual activity.
Section 3. All associations, organizations, and groups that promote or support homosexuality are strictly prohibited, Their members may be punished with the Death penalty.
Section 4. Teaching or providing any information about homosexuality in educational institutions, from elementary to college, is prohibited. All materials and activities containing information about this must be destroyed immediately.
Section 5. Any business or establishment known or similar to places of meeting or assembly of homosexuals will be demolished.
Section 6. The escape of any person apprehended or committing violations of this law shall not be permitted. They must be immediately captured and killed.
Section 7. Mandatory inspections will be conducted by local governments in each town to monitor any spread or increase of homosexual activities in each town. The results of the analysis will be used to maintain social order and morality.
Section 8. This law prescribes severe penalties for those who violate it, including imprisonment for 45 years and the death penalty, depending on the level of the violation.
Section 9. Public places such as parks, plazas, and other spaces of public gathering are prohibited from being used for any activity or gathering that promotes or displays homosexuality.
Section 10. Educational institutions are required to provide curricula and training that contain lessons about the importance of traditional identity and civil decency regarding one's own sex.
Section 11. It is necessary for all members of society to cooperate, in order to maintain the purpose of this law in the suppression of homosexual activity.
Section 12. The government has the right to control and limit the contents and messages broadcast in the media to ensure that they do not contain any presentation or narrative that promotes homosexuality.
Section 13. The government will not be responsible for any allegations or lawsuits that may arise due to the implementation of this law, and any acceptance of complaints by the government will be based on its own decision and discretion.
Section 14. Effectivity
After the approval of the Supreme Chancellor.
