DRESS UP

It was evening and Esmeralda's driver came to pick Valeria up, he took her to Esmeralda's penthouse instead of the restaurant as agreed.The driver pressed the bell and Esmeralda opened the door for them happily.

"Good evening Miss Esmeralda" Valeria greeted hugging Esmeralda who received her with open arms

"I've been waiting for you" Esmeralda said smiling

"Almighty knows I've wanted to come to you earlier" Valeria said happily

"Thank you for bringing me here sir" Valeria said to the driver she didn't notice had left

"He left already, so let's start our dress up" Esmeralda said taking Valeria inside the house

"I brought my signature toast bread and smoothie for you" Valeria said giving the lunch box with her to Esmeralda

"Awwn....so thoughtful of you dear. I love toast bread and smoothie" Esmeralda said taking the lunch box to the dining area

"I really want to take a tour of this magnificent penthouse" Valeria said more to herself than Esmeralda

"You are welcome here anytime Val but tonight is for your dress up so let's pick a dress for you" Esmeralda said and took Valeria to her walk-in closet

"I know have watched this in movies but is this real? A walk-in closet and not any walk-in closet of a store but of the career lady" Valeria said looking round the closet which is really big and luxurious

"You wonder what my wardrobe looks like as a career lady then take a look at it" Esmeralda said jokingly and Valeria laugh

"Trust me I defended you from my mother that you have great taste in fashion" Valeria said enjoying the view of luxury while she was taking a tour of the walk-in closet, Esmeralda was checking the clothes she brought in.

"Did you find any?" Valeria asked still checking out the clothes

"None of this will do dear. Everyone at the party will either be wearing maxi, midi or mini dresses, some will be wearing top and trouser and some will be wearing skirts" Esmeralda said searching through her closet.

"So what does that mean?" Valeria asked looking at Esmeralda

"You will be wearing a jumpsuit" Esmeralda said bringing out a white jumpsuit

"Wow! This is beautiful and luxurious" Valeria exclaimed seeing the jumpsuit

"I'm letting you on a big secret Val" Esmeralda said walking to her jewelry set

"What's that Miss Raldy?" Valeria asked still looking at the neatly placed jumpsuit

"I own a cloth store" Esmeralda said smiling

"You own HeJay?" Valeria asked surprisingly after checking the cloth label

"Yes Ma'am" Esmeralda replied smiling

"I'm a top fan of the brand, I really wanted to wear one of their collections especially the one this model wore, that maxi dress with a cut at the back and a slit. That thigh high boot that sold out last three months I wanted it for my next birthday, I added it to my cart" Valeria said excitedly

"Calm down Valeria, we can feed in that information later but for now let's dress up" Esmeralda said smiling at the way she's acting

"You won't believe I thought it was a man that owned that brand" Valeria said laughing at her reason

"Why? It could be anyone even gay" Esmeralda said not understanding her reason

"Don't be like tgat Miss Raldy, I just thought the he at the front was signifying the owner" Valeria said and Esmeralda laughed

"Oh! I'm not judging you but that's some crazy reason" Esmeralda said still laughing

"How would you feel knowing I've been thinking of what he would look like that made him want his girl look so beautiful? Crazy right?" Valeria said and Esmeralda laugh so hard

"I will feed you on how I thought of having a brand later but for now freshen up and let's get you ready" Esmeralda said leading Valeria to a bathroom behind the closet

"I'm definitely coming back here for a tour Miss Raldy" Valeria said walking into the magnificent luxurious bathroom.

"And the house is yours Valeria" Esmeralda said preparing a bath for her. She removed four green tea bag she added earlier and added previously sliced lemon in the bath.

"This makes your skin glow and the green tea is a great antioxidants and detoxifier" Esmeralda said as she squeeze in the lemon

"I've never had a bath like this with all this things, I guess I will be trying all my firsts tonight" Valeria said excitedly

"All your firsts?" Esmeralda asked and chuckle

"Maybe not all but atleast few" Valeria replied laughing after realizing what Esmeralda was talking about

"Have a good bath with this shower gel here, I will be waiting for you" Esmeralda said and leave the bathroom.

She went to her dinning area to eat what Valeria brought for her, she unpacked the lunch box and started dining on the food. Few minutes later, Valeria came out of the bathroom with the pink bathrobe Esmeralda showed her earlier, she entered the walk-in closet and didn't see Esmeralda anywhere.

"Miss Esmeralda" Valeria called walking out of the closet to the dining area where she saw Esmeralda enjoying the toast bread and smoothie.

"How is it?" Valeria asked startling Esmeralda

"Oh Valeria! This is the best toast bread I've had in a while and what in the world is this smoothie? Which restaurant sells this?" Esmeralda said smiling

"I made it" Valeria replied feeling proud

"This is really nice. Let's get you dressed" Esmeralda said walking up to Valeria and they both go to the walk-in closet.

"Sit here while I make you up" Esmeralda said bringing out her makeup kit. Valeria sits in front of the big vanity mirror while Esmeralda touch her face up and her hair. Esmeralda straightened her brown hair out and made neat volumized pony with them and added the famous and most expensive claw clip from EmJay to hold it down.

"You look so beautiful Valeria" Esmeralda said looking at her with so much admiration

"Thank you Miss Esmeralda" Valeria said looking at her light perfect makeover and the hair that looks good on her.

"Wear the jumpsuit and the underwears there, I will be out there" Esmeralda said and step out

Few minutes later, Valeria called her to come in and she helped with the zipper.

"This was made for you" Esmeralda said admiring the jumpsuit on her

"Thank you ma'am" Valeria said checking herself out in the mirror

"Sit here and let me put this accessories on you" Esmeralda said and Valeria sit. She put rhinestones stud earrings on her ear, a matching necklace and bracelet.

"Accessories makes a difference always" Esmeralda said and Valeria nod still looking at herself.

"And this heel will make more difference" Esmeralda said showing Valeria a pair of gold cone heel

"They are beautiful" Valeria said recognising it to be a heel she added to her cart hoping to wear for her freshman orientation and now she's wearing for a party she was invited to.

"Here you are" Esmeralda said looking at the heel she just wore for her

"Thank you Miss Esmeralda, I've always wanted this particular heel" Valeria said looking at her feet happily

"They are yours now! This bag matches the heels" Esmeralda said bringing out a gold mini EmJay bag out from the show glass

"I'm really grateful for all this, I can't believe I will be putting on branded outfits without spending a dime" Valeria said feeling so happy and surprised to look so expensive

"To complete the look, this leather jacket will keep you warm when the night becomes too cold" Esmeralda said showing her a leather jacket

"This can't be! Miss Esmeralda, this worth alot" Valeria said recognising the leather jacket to be the most expensive jacket in EmJay brand.

"Now that you are ready, let's get you to the car" Esmeralda said smiling happily

"Thank you for this Miss Esmeralda" Valeria said giggling

"Let's spray perfume and smell nice" Esmeralda said opening a shelf with varieties of deodorant, she picked the Gucci coco mademoiselle and Zara body spray, she pressed it on Valeria's body

"How do you smell now?" Esmeralda asked returning the deodorant

"Good Miss Raldy" Valeria replied feeling so happy

"You smell expensive girl" Esmeralda said confidently making Valeria blush

"Thank you Miss Esmeralda" Valeria said feeling so happy to hear the compliment. Her phone beeped and she know who it was

"Excuse me ma'am" Valeria said and move few inches away from Esmeralda

"Hi Mother" Valeria greeted

"Are you at the party already? And what outfit did your great Miss Esmeralda chose?" Geraldine asked

"I will send a picture to you mother" Valeria replied hoping her mother won't get jealous

"That's okay then. Don't forget to stay safe and away from alcohol even if they consider you legal" Geraldine said

"I will mother" Valeria replied and Geraldine end the call.

"Mother's are always too overprotective" Esmeralda said knowing it was her mother and Valeria smile gently at her

"I have a photo studio, let's take few pictures before you leave" Esmeralda said walking out of the closet and Valeria follow her majestically. They took pictures in the big photo studio with cameras and Esmeralda's IPhone.

"Your pose are flawless and that's the weapon of a good model" Esmeralda said

"Thank you ma'am" Valeria replied blushing, she didn't consider herself a model.

"The driver is here" Esmeralda said after checking her phone. The duo walk out of the penthouse to an elevator that took them to the car park where a limousine was waiting for them.

"I'm definitely not using this car" Valeria said rejecting the offer

"You can't say no" Esmeralda said opening the door for her

"This is too much Miss Esmeralda" Valeria said softly

"You will be late, get in" Esmeralda said and Valeria reluctantly entered the limousine

"I would have love to follow you but I have work to do" Esmeralda said smiling

"Thank you very much for all this" Valeria said and Esmeralda nod before closing the door. The driver started driving while Esmeralda watch it zoom off out of sight before going back to the penthouse.
