|| Aizawa Shota (EraserHead) POV ||
I scanned the names of the students in my class 1-A. Only a handful of them had impressed me so far with their skills, quirks, and attitudes.

These six students were the ones who stood out among the rest. They had the qualities that could make them heroes someday.
The others?
Mediocre at best.
Some of them showed some potential, like Sero with his tape quirk or Uraraka with her gravity quirk, but they still lacked something crucial.
Others were completely useless, like Midoriya.
"I erased your quirk." I stared at the green-haired boy in front of me with disdain.
He looked shocked and scared as he realized that his quirk was gone.
He was holding a ball in his hand, ready to throw it as far as he could with his quirk.
But now he was powerless.
He was one of the worst students in my class probably even worse than Mineta. He had a quirk that gave him super strength, but it also broke his bones every time he used it.
He was reckless, clumsy, and weak.
He relied on others to save him or help him whenever he got into trouble.
He had no idea how to use his quirk properly or effectively.
The average quirk awakens when its user is 3-4 years old. Assuming Midoriya awakened his when he was 8 (which is highly unlikely), that still would have given him 6 years to figure out a way to use his quirk without breaking his body.
What exactly has this kid been doing this whole time?
Wasting his time on useless dreams?
"The entrance exam was definitely not rational enough, considering even a kid like you was accepted." I spoke coldly as I watched him struggle to comprehend what was happening.
How did he even pass the exam? He didn't belong here.
"Let's start the examination"
|| 30 Minutes prior || Logan Howlett POV ||
I returned to the group of students after hurling the handball with all my might.
Mr.Aizawa showed the screen that displayed the distance I threw the ball. 1,102 meters.
Not bad.
The weighted shirt under my uniform was restricting my movements and lowering my performance, but this was enough to show them what I could do.
"Let's start the examination," Mr.Aizawa announced.
The first test was a 50 meter dash. I could cover that distance in a blink of an eye, no more than 3 seconds at most.
The second was a hand gripping test.
I scored 1000 kilos, easily crushing the device.
If I was already at the top of my class, I might as well go all out on these next tests and leave no doubt.
The fifth test, Handball throw.
Since I had already done it at the start of the examination before anyone else, I didn't have to do it again.
It was all to basic for me. Most tests here were trained back home so it was evident I wouldn't really struggle with anything.
|| Aizawa Shota (Eraserhead POV) ||
I observed the kid as he muttered to himself in every test, trying to figure out his quirk.
It was time I gave him a wake up call. Not for UA, but for his own good.
My eyes glowed red, activating my quirk, while my scarf started floating around me.
"You erased my quirk?" Midoriya asked in disbelief.
"From what I can tell, you can't control your quirk, can you?" I asked rhetorically.
"Do you plan to become incapacitated again and have someone save you?" I continued mockingly.
"That's not my inte-" He tried to protest, but I didn't let him finish his sentence.
I used my scarf to wrap around him and pull him towards me. I looked into his eyes with contempt.
"Izuku Midoriya."
"Even with your useless valor, you'll only be able to save one person before becoming a useless doll."
"With your power, you cannot become a hero."
I released him from my scarf and pushed him away. I watched as he stumbled back and fell on the ground. His expression was one of pain and despair.
"I've released your quirk, you have two turns to throw the ball." I said flatly as I turned away from him.
He was a waste of space and time, with realistically no chance of becoming a hero.
'Let's get this over with.' I thought as I waited for him to make his attempt.
|| Midoriya Izuku POV ||
I still have limited control of this power. Should everything I can do be put into this one throw? I know Mr. Aizawa has zero expectations of me, but even then I have to go all out.
I readied my stance putting my left foot forward, activating All Might's power. Concentrate. Concentrate.
I concentrated the power in a single point on my index finger. I know I have a long way to go, but that just means I have to work harder than most people. That's why with all my strength I'll do what I can right now.
"Smash!" The ball exploded forward, creating circles of air in its path. I faced Mr.Aizawa fisting my hand. "I can still move it," I declared defiantly, showing him that I was not giving up on my dream.
