The Dramatic Ending

"Ah... no! No! This can't be true!" Stryker erupted in wild roars, resembling a headless fly as he rushed out of the room.

In his frenzied state, the ever-resilient Stryker collided with Logan.

"Um?" Logan, ready to throw a punch, froze when he saw Stryker's face. His expression transformed from aggression to shock. "Ah... you... it's you..."

A flood of memories overwhelmed Logan—images of his transformation into "Wolverine" at the hands of Stryker.

"What..." Logan clutched his head, roaring as bone spurs emerged from his fists.

Seeing the bone spurs, Stryker frowned, swiftly turned, and fled. Destiny had brought them face to face, marking the inception of Wolverine and Stryker's intertwined story.

"Dr. Trisk, I won't abandon our ideals! Even if you've betrayed them, I'll continue to uphold what we believed in!" Stryker declared, reinforcing his "revolutionary fighting spirit" as he resolved to carry on the ideals of Dr. Trisk and persist in opposing Mutants.

"Trisk, are you... are you a Mutant?" Charles and Hank watched as Trisk's palms enlarged, and his sharp nails took on an ominous appearance.

"You were one of us, part of our family. Why would you do this? Why harm one of your own companions?" Eric's eyes reddened with emotion.

"I... I just became a Mutant. Can you believe that?" Trisk pleaded helplessly. He had no inkling he would become a Mutant, and if he had known, would he have taken actions against Mutants? He wanted to assert his innocence.

"You just became a Mutant?" Eric's disbelief echoed through the room.

Charles froze for a moment, scanning Trisk from top to bottom. "You're... in your forties this year? At this age, there's still a chance of Awakening the Mutant gene?"

"You were just... planning to present the 'Sentinel Project' to representatives of various countries? And now, you're Awakening the Mutant gene? Haha, fate works in mysterious ways."

Hank blinked, marveling at the unexpected twists of this world.

"Damn! Damn! Damn!"

Eric stomped his feet in frustration!

Despite an "anti-Mutant" individual transforming into a Mutant, potentially resolving many issues, Eric found it unacceptable.

Angry and determined to confront a major adversary and avenge the fallen Mutants, Eric was blindsided when this adversary suddenly became one of his own.

It was a blow Eric couldn't easily accept, akin to throwing punches into thin air.

"Before, I was still human. I held a different stance. I made mistakes against Mutants in my effort to protect humans. But... then, I didn't anticipate this!"

Trisk looked helpless.

"I don't know why. I was about to present the 'Sentinel Project' to representatives from various countries, and suddenly, I Awakened the Mutant gene."

Trisk shook his head with a wry smile. "The Awakened ability is the power of the 'Mole.'"

"Mole?" Everyone glanced at Trisk.

In these years, Mutants had encountered a myriad of extraordinary abilities. A mole-related power seemed rather mundane. They had witnessed Mutants with more exotic abilities, such as an octopus whose hands transformed into tentacles – an intriguing yet non-aggressive mutation.

Thus, neither Charles nor Eric had extended an invitation to Trisk.

It seemed normal and plausible in the world of Mutants.

"The past... because of different perspectives, we can't blame you either," Charles sighed. "Let's destroy the 'Sentinel Project'! Trisk, you are already one of us. Let's not allow this self-inflicted harm to persist."

"Yes! I'll destroy the Sentinel Project!" Trisk, agreed with Charles's sentiment.

"As for this matter... is it settled?" Eric still felt somewhat overwhelmed. He had planned for "reconciliation and conflict," but an unexpected "divine turning point" had caught him off guard.

"Fate played a joke on us," Hank said, smiling wryly and shaking his head.

"But... what I saw in Logan's mind, it seemed a bit different?" Charles turned to Logan, who was still in a daze. "Logan, do you know about this? In your future, do you know about Trisk's awakening Mutant gene?"

"Well..." Logan shook his head, standing up and looking around with a puzzled expression. "Where is this? How did I get here? And... who are you?"
