Boyfriend?

"Really?" Chen Xing's eyes brightened upon heard it. Wang Yi Ling scoffed. She really wonder why her two best friends were so adamant to make her to find a boyfriend for herself. She was really curious as how their brains work.

With a big, bright smile on her face, Wang Yi Ling looked at her best buddies while in her mind, she was evilly plan something. She really wish to turn both of them to become one of her specimens and work on the experiments. Who knows what will she discovered in their brains.

Zhao Yan and Chen Xing looked back at her. It was more like staring competition between the three of them. There was no way to back down.

"Whoa! Is this a staring competition?" someone butted in. Three of them looked at the entrance. Wearing ripped jeans with black top was Chen Xing's male twin, Chen Yi.

"And you were here in my room for?" Wang Yi Ling asked with one eyebrow raised, making it arched beautifully on her face. Chen Yi cleared his throat before proceed to take his seat on the edge of the study table.

"Aiya, Chen Yi, why should you come here? This is not your place to crash," Zhao Yan said and glanced at Chen Yi. Chen Yi was quite handsome though not that really handsome per say, it could categorized as passable with his own charms.

"Ha! Talking about finding a boyfriend, isn't that Chen Yi is male?" Suddenly Wang Yi Ling blurted out her view. Chen Yi suspiciously looked at her. Then he looked at his twin sister, Chen Xing and Zhao Yan. What exactly happened here?

"Me? What about me?" He asked while pointed to himself. Wang Yi Ling inspected him, from the top to the bottom and nodded her head in approval.

"Gosh, I was nearly go crazy with you. Yi Ling, look. Chen Yi is a MALE, but what we are trying to say here is finding that someone special. Do you get me now?" Chen Xing stated as matter of factly. She doubted that Wang Yi Ling would be so dumb as to understand the meaning of the talk that they had.

"Oh, I see... But then again, why should I?" Wang Yi Ling gave her innocent look yet again. It was not that she refused to acknowledge her friends' kind intention, it just that, she has yet to find someone that really could make her heart fluttered.

"Most of the time, the male gives different opinion from us, ladies," Zhao Yan spoke clearly while made a gesture to show the three of them as the ladies.

"Wait, you people, why did you all use 'Male' instead of 'Man'? Didn't you know it's an insult to us men when you're clearly talking about men!" Chen Yi butted in. He was clearly dissatisfied with the three ladies in the room when they were referring the men as male. Though scientifically it's right, but still, he couldn't take it. Male - it's more appropriate for animals and as a homo sapiens, that was definitely an insult to their male ego. He was, in the end, earned glares from the three girls in the room.

"You better keep quiet, Chen Yi. Don't underestimate girl's power," Zhao Yan glared at him. Chen Yi scoffed. Like he care. Before he could refute, Wang Yi Ling opened her mouth to say something.

" Oh well, it doesn't matter though, be it a man or a lady, it's the same!" Wang Yi Ling definitely won't back down from her stand. "As long as one's sincere enough to make a friend,don't you think?" she continued to throw her casual remarks.

Chen Xing sighed. She darted her gaze between Wang Yi Ling and Chen Yi and took a deep breath before she stood. She really have no idea on how to change Wang Yi Ling's perception towards having fun while studying. How much she wish Wang Yi Ling will soon find that someone special.

"Eh, where are you going?" Zhao Yan asked. Chen Xing sighed heavily. She waved her hand dejectedly before turning to Wang Yi Ling.

"I don't want to stay anymore. She's driving me crazy!" She finally said. Wang Yi Ling mouth twitched. Her friends were really something. Zhao Yan also rose from her seat, and was about to turn before Wang Yi Ling finally said something that made both Zhao Yan and Chen Xing turned around 180 degree.

"I'm telling both of you just now. I will look for a boyfriend. What? Did you think I'm joking just now?" Wang Yi Ling couldn't hide her laugh anymore. Chen Yi who was next to her was stunned momentarily. Boyfriend?

"That's my girl!" Chen Xing exclaimed excitedly. Zhao Yan quickly grabbed her hand and brought her to the bed, seemingly like a mother who was trying to teach her daughter. Wang Yi Ling felt funny with the situation.

"Xiao Ling, you see. To live our lives, we need to balance things out. All works no play makes Jack a dull boy. You know the saying, don't you?" Zhao Yan began her free sermon. Wang Yi Ling and Chen Xing shook their heads helplessly. Chen Yi just looked at the three of them, completely lost in his own thought.
