2 days have passed since the protests have started. While in Delhi, the main protest is led by Shreya Gandhi, protests all over the country have been happening, various parties like BJP, Shiv Sena, Bajrang Dal, etc., has started riding along the wave.

Congress and parties, on the other hand, has started protests for 2002 Gujarat riots.

Yet, the Supreme Court has only agreed to open 20 cases till now, stating the need for peace, especially during the election season. One case was opened against Farooq Abdullah as well, one of the main perpetrators.

Supreme Court has asked the protests to stop in the face of rising communalism. Especially in Jammu and Kashmir.

"What are your thoughts about this advisory?"

"Absolutely rubbish. Containing riots is government and police's job. Court's only job is to listen every case and deliver justice. Does the Supreme Court think that we will be happy with lollipops? We will not stop unless it stops being egoistic and starts doing its job."

Many journalists were constantly covering the protests, and most of the so-called journalists were constantly trying to undermine the protests.

"Many parties have accused you of being communal. Why aren't you raising voice for the muslims who were killed in Gujarat riots of 2002?"

"If you are stating your question this way, let me ask you a counter question. Why aren't you raising voice for Hindus killed in Gujarat riots of 2002? Aren't you communal as well?

Look. Congress has dominated our country's politics for the majority of Independence. And they have played communal politics in the grassroot level, and national level.

You can't help but notice that the Kashmiri Hindus are being constantly called 'Kashmiri Pandits' by Congress-fed media. Does media ever call out the untouchability of Ahmedia muslims? Does it ever call out the caste system in muslims?

Why is it that Congress and media lick upper caste Muslims feet, and not allow lower caste Muslims to get the benefits of reservation? To please the upper caste Muslims and maintain the lie of equality in Islam. In India atleast, untouchability is very much present in every religion. Be it Hinduism, Islam or Christianity. I am not very familiar with minorities like Sikhism and all, so I am not sure if caste system exists in those communities as well.

Raising voice for victims doesn't make one communal. Not raising voice for victims because they belong to a certain community makes you communal.

Is no one raising voice against Gujarat riots 2002? No. Everyone is raising voice for it. Perhaps you should have read my article on the BP website, where I wrote my opinion on the causes and had a case study of Surat and Ahmedabad. Why was Ahmedabad plunged in riots, yet Surat wasn't? Even though they are two biggest cities?

Sania Khan, BP's Lok Sabha candidate from Aurangabad, is raising the issue. Why are you ignoring that?

Look. Personally speaking, my ancestors were Kashmiri Hindus. Who probably were one among the lakhs of Kashmiri's who fled their homes due to persecution and genocide that has been happening for centuries.

I am a Kashmiri Hindu. I am not a Politician who lies as he or she breathes and, without any beliefs, poses of doing religious prayers of every religion to get their votes, and doesn't solve even one of their problems. I am naturally more vocal about my community.

But this doesn't mean that I wouldn't raise my voice against injustice against other communities. I am not very familiar with Islam. I only got to know about the evils like child marriage and triple talaq being legal in India just a few years ago.

It has been 50+ years since we got independence, yet no one has raised voice against untouchability, child marriage, triple talaq and such evils in the Muslim society. They have just used the Muslims as easy vote banks, and continued raking in the cash in their accounts.

I am ashamed to admit it, but my father was the same. Shah Bano case, remember?

Why is no one raising their voice against this oppression of Muslims? Why is the Muslim community being ignored? Why is it that our textbooks talked about oppression of only Hindu women and underprivileged castes? Why don't our textbooks talk about the oppression of Muslim women and minority sects within Islam like Shia, Ahmedias, etc.?

Are muslims not a part of our country? Do they not deserve justice and equality?

I am raising voice for those who are not being heard. Media, judiciary, opposition, everyone is already on the 2002 riots in Gujarat. The judiciary is not hesitant to talk about it.

I think you have not understood why we are protesting here. We aren't protesting to arrest everyone responsible for the genocide of Kashmiri Hindus. We are protesting so that Supreme Court opens each and every case. It is not upto us to decide who is responsible or not. It is the judiciary and investigation agencies' job.

Our job is to make these institutions start working on what they are supposed to.

Now, tell me. Does this make me communal?"

"That wasn't the question. It was accusation from Congress-"

"Okay. It wasn't your question then. But, answer my question first. Then I will answer yours. I am tired of you fake journalists who are balantly biased towards the agenda of whoever throws money at you.

Does talking about the evils in other communities, that aren't mine, make me communal?"

"No."

"But not talking about it makes me, right? Like you think that I am not talking about Gujarat 2002 riots?"

"Many parties are-"

"I want to hear your opinion. Does not talking about communities from which I don't belong make me communal?"

"Yes."

"Then you don't talk about Hindu community facing persecution. Congress-y parties don't too. Doesn't this makes you, and them also communal?"

"...Ah. We will stop for a brea-"

"No break! If you take a break now, see if even one member of BP will ever as much as breath in your News Channel, and all the channels that your parent company own. I am fasting here for 2 days straight, and it is you who want a break?"

"...Um..."

"Why are you stuttering. Answer my question. Isn't media supposed to be messiah of freedom of speech?"

"Umm, we are journalists. Our job is to report things, not push our opinions."

"Yet you do it every time you open your mouth. Having biases isn't bad. Everyone has their biases. The problem arises when you aren't ready to even consider others' opinions just because they don't fit your bias.

Congress-y parties, are very communal. BJP is too. Even I have my biases.

I can't sympathesize with those who want separate laws for themselves in a country that is supposed to be equal.

I can't sympathesize with pedos who justify marrying teenage kids.

I can't sympathesize with those who justify banning beef just because they are in majority. I don't sympathise those who mock people by cutting down cattle and eating beef to intentionally hurt other's sentiments.

I don't sympathesize with Waqf Board which is unconstitutional land grabber.

I don't sympathesize with those self-proclaimed Hindus who themselves put temples in government control, take their money and use the donations of devotees for appeasing their vote banks.

And, I don't sympathesize with those who see it before their eyes, yet either close their eyes, or try to take advantage of it.

Why are we not protesting for Gujarat 2002 riots? That's simple. Because, protesting wouldn't change one thing. The high court, the country, the political parties, no one is denying that it happened. The investigations are happening.

We are protesting for Kashmiri Hindus because most of the country, including Supreme Court, is not ready to hear the plight and injustice of the people. We trust the CBI and investigation agencies, we trust the Supreme Court's judgements of the cases it starts its hearing on.

We accuse Farooq Abdullah and many politicians of the crime. If, after complete investigation, they are considered innocent, we will accept that judgement.

But.

First, every single thing needs to be heard. Not including even one thing may lead to criminals getting declared innocent. Which milords don't seem to want. Makes you question whether they are really trustworthy.

We want justice!"

As Shreya shouted with last bit of energy left, she collapsed.
