Get Back to You

NOTE: Get Back To you is an LGBT novel series. Synopsis: She is back? Giselle is back! And she didn’t want me to know! Lillian Grey’s life went pretty wild without Giselle. She dated people to her wish and broke up with them to her comfort until a young model called Lucy came close to capturing her heart. Anna waited as Lillian stumped upon hearing the familiar name she had desperately searched for several years. And it came with a stab. “If you want, I can deliver a message,” Anna proposed after hearing Lillian become speechless in their phone call. Knowing well how she had come out to spend time with Lucy, Lillian refused to respond when confessed to such shocking news. Nevertheless, later to her own dismay, she delivered her message to her good friend, Anna, hoping that it would reach Giselle somehow. ******************** “Giselle, I’m glad to hear that you’re back. I hope you’re in good health. Well, I heard about your party and that you have invited Anna and not me, which is surprising news to learn. It’s alright. Things are different now for you, I guess. But here’s my message in case you even care: Don’t ever show yourself in front of me. Ever again. Why? Because I know I cannot stop myself from choosing you if I ever see your face again. What you gave me is irreplaceable. I still have it in my heart. It didn’t let me live my life in peace. However, I’ve decided to take a chance without your memories this one time. So, let me be. And congratulations on your marriage and your kid. I pray for your happiness. You know, I do. Take care. Love you, evermore.” - Lillian Grey ******************* Follow the incredible story of Lillian Grey and Giselle: Two souls bonded by love yet, pulled apart by the external forces. The two women meet years later to find out the subtle fire still tingling inside, allowing them to reconcile. But the question is: Will they accept it or not? A Message from the Author: Hey guys, 'Get Back To You' is very special because it is my first novel and a bold choice, I would say. Consequences

Giselle stood near the door, panting hard while catching her breath. She could still hear Mike's loud moans from the pain. Regardless of him being down, Giselle feared the most from the person guarding outside, Bridgette.

Giselle studied herself before making a move: sleeves were torn exposing her undergarments her face messed up from all the crying, and finally the injuries she received from the assault. Giselle's entire body suffered. She found it hard to move around. Despite the physical anguish, Giselle had to endure mental grievance.

The fact that Mike, this random guy who appeared in her life recently, took advantage of her mind as well as physically. Giselle felt tainted and disgusted all over her body. She experiences the assault and fought back to escape, not entirely. Until she clears the place and gets somewhere safer, Giselle couldn't rest in peace.

With a few seconds that she had spared to catch her breathes, she analyzed the situation she's in right now:

Bridgette waiting outside for Mike, Giselle can't let the blond girl figure that she had escaped their trap. It was a hard situation to wield.

On the other hand, Mike couldn't stand up to chase the girl. He sat there, preferably waiting for help and kept cursing at Giselle. Although he had the situation under his control, the minute he showed an opening, the girl, used it to hurt Mike. For someone who's getting abused Giselle witted her way out.

For a second, Mike felt relieved for not proceeding with the plan. At first, he went with an impulse and took advantage of the circumstances to attack Giselle. However, deep inside his heart, the guy despised for getting into a situation like this.

Mike knew he had to take responsibility for his actions. He prepared himself to face the consequences.

"What's taking that guy so long?" Bridgette buzzed while playing on her phone.

While waiting outside, Bridgette had informed her friends about being occupied. Ivy tried asking for more details, prying on to keep an eye on her friend, Bridgette. However, Bridgette covered her tracks without letting Ivy get suspicious of her.

Bridgette waited for a while and started getting impatience. She expected Mike to show up sooner so that Bridgette can have a complete view of looking at Giselle's pathetic state. Nevertheless, it didn't happen. Instead, Mike was taking time. Bridgette got worried if those two inside had reconciled and are enjoying their quality time together.

"This guy is sure taking long to come out. Should I check on them?"

"EW, no, I don't want to see what they're doing."

Bridgette dropped her thoughts and waited. Soon after, she heard a thump on the door.

Bridgette swiftly reacted to the signal.

"Mike?"

"Is that you?"

"Is it over?"

Bridgette targeted him with loads of questions. She waited for a reply but, instead, all she got is another three whacks consecutively on the door.

"What?"

Bridgette looked quiet.

She mistook those three knocks as in sort of signal for them to interact with each other. However, Bridgette being dumbstruck felt weird as she unlocked the door.

Slowly, she opened it to see and get startled.

It is Giselle, waiting instead of Mike.

"What are you doing here?" Bridgette demanded, her tone high in the heavens.

"What am I doing? Possibly escaping from you freaks," Giselle answered harshly. Her glares threw snarky daggers upon the blond girl.

"Giselle used the opportunity to force herself outside. The minute she came out, the sunlight basked on her pale skin. The sudden exposure of lights was too much to handle for Giselle, and so, she squinted her eyes to take a look at the surrounding.

She watched the lone floor without a single soul except for a fiend guard, Bridgette.

It was hard to digest that she had been playing with someone to get Giselle dragged into this whole mess. That moment, Giselle knew she had to give up on all of her feelings. Her life won't be the same afterward.

She inhaled the fresh air, which is still hot in the afternoon.

Giselle walked away without a word to anyone.

"Hey"

"Where do you think you're going?" Bridgette said and tried to grab Giselle.

Bridgette didn't have a clue about what went inside. When the blond girl tried to catch the wounded Giselle, it slipped.

Giselle turned to face Bridgette. Instead of uttering, all she did is raised her hand and slapped the hell across Bridgette's face. The sound of the slap echoed on the floor. The force she used was too high that resulted in Bridgette getting the imprinted hand marks of Giselle's hand on her right cheek.

The blond girl now shut her mouth in fear. Tears flowed down as quickly as possible with rage filling her orbs.

"You Bitch-"

When Bridgette tried to show her dominance one more time, Giselle raised her other hand to slap the left cheek leaving marks.

Another sound of a slap echoed the floor once again.

Bridgette felt the pain growing on her flawless skin.

"I did all the things you said because you had blackmailed me with Lillian Grey,"

"But- I'm not going to sit and enjoy the things you plan and play. Do what you want? I don't fucking care. However, you will regret doing this to me, you filthy little whore."

Giselle said it in a tone that scared Bridgette right away, giving her the knots on her stomach.

Giselle turned and walked out of the scene.

It was satisfying to slap the girl who ruined her life almost making her carry this incident till her last breath.

Giselle found a girl's bathroom nearby, went inside and locked herself indoors. She closed the toilet seat and sat down. The next thing that heard was a loud wailing inside the empty lavatory. Giselle cried until her eyes drained.
