On a special day when it is said that spirits come to visit the living, eighteen year-old Kim Yoon-Yi gets sent into the past. Year 1452 is a year of turmoil. At the Joseon court the King, a Prince and Ministers battle for power. Neither wants to give in, using whatever means possible to best each other. There is nothing one wouldn't be willing to do when a single wrong step can mean either great success or swift demise. While young Yoon-Yi learns to adapt and survive in this new and dangerous environment, she finds a bond that is stronger than time itself: love. For her it was a first love born in the past, for him it is something he cherishes in the present. But what about the future? Will Yoon-Yi's presence in that age trigger unfathomable changes, or will destiny follow its course unhindered? * This is a work of fiction. The adventure with the wild boar ended in a mess. Jeong Hyeon-Jo's group ended up clasing with Jun and Yu Yeong over who killed the animal. On one side was Jeong Hyeon-Jo, the Magistrate of Wonju and his supporters. On the other side was Yu Yeong, son of the Commander of Hanyang city guards, who was backed up by Jun.
Even though he hadn't dealt the killing blow, Jeong Hyeon-Jo was the one who had caused the wild boar to stumble and fall, thus, providing the other man with the chance to go for the kill. As such, he felt that he was entitled to receive the trofee.
At the same time, Jun kept arguing that Yu Yeong had been the one who actually killed the beast, so how could he give it up without a fight.
"I'm telling you to give up. This wild boar clearly belongs to Jeong Hyeon-Jo." a man suddenly piped up.
"What nonsense are you spouting? It was clearly Yu Yeong who shot it straight in the heart." Jun argued.
