"Neither should have you." A gruff voice cracked from the back of the bar- everybody saw a shadow looming to birth out Batman seemingly out of nowhere.

/Trnig/ The beer glass jug in Darcy's and Hogun's hand broke with contact with the ground.

The warrior three took arms after being taken by surprise by a Midgardian. Batman did not make any movement- while Darcy came forward to stop the warrior three- in a conventional way.

"What is a Dark-elf doing on Midgard- last time ALLFATHER Bor ended their race for good!"

"Tell me you nature-fuck how did you hide from ALLSEER Heimdall" Volstagg took charge with his axe-hammer.

"Stop- Stop Stop Stop Stop StOOOOPPPP" Volstagg stopped, as did his hammer as one of Thor's Midgardian friends pleaded him to leave the dark-elf alone.

"He is not a dark-elf, he is human- he is the... Batman.... Wait..." Jane turned to Batman "Are you a Dark-elf?"

"Sit." He walked forward and sat on the chair. "What is your kind doing on Earth?" He asked Thor.

"None of your business... you foul resident of Svartalfheim- give me one good reason we should not end you for good." Fandral asked- but he was stopped in his charge by Hogun the grim.

"I am an earthling- or a Midgardian as you would call it- and it is my business as to why someone not from earth comes onto this blue planet of mine." He turns to the ex-crown prince of Asgard "Every time an alien comes to Earth- he brings his war with him- and the humans- the bystanders of the event are the first one to die for your foolish actions."

"You do not have to worry Man of Bats... I am as much mortal as you or any human for that matter. I was banished from my home- with my father dead and the peace with Jotuns made on my exile- you Midgardian are my kin now." Sif turns back to him.

"Thor... your father still lives."

"Incoming!" The S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents scramble for cover, a blast of energy from the Destroyer EXPLODES a vehicle. S.H.I.E.L.D. agents return fire, the gunshots doing nothing to the Uru behemoth.

Another one of those blasts came charging in- with no one trying to stop it- as no one could.

The gas station became the target- the blast making itself visible to the whole town.

Batman put his hand where his ear should be- ignoring the talks between the aliens before him.

<Protocol Diverse applied through S.H.I.E.L.D. channels- Alien tech armor/drone wreaking havoc 290 meters east- S.H.I.E.L.D. agents have made contact- data lacking about its capabilities except plasma-laser blast of sort and high defense capabilities.>

Just then the a blasting sound came from their eastside- smoke and flames visible from there.

Batman pulled something from his belt and threw it before them. The bead made a solid hologram- visuals taken from a nearby CCTV of the 9 meter tall metal armored behemoth destroying the town.

"Familiar much?"

"The Destroyer! The armor used by the ALLFATHER! Why is it here." Batman aimed his grappling gun outside- leaving the store whilst breaking the glass.

Townspeople fill the streets, staring at the fire fight in the distance. Thor and the Asgardians prepare for battle, as Thor turns to Jane.

/Zipline pulling/

A dog makes it way down the street, barking at something in front of it. Then we see it -THE DESTROYER as it Strides down the street, a red, fiery energy glowing from within it. It unleashes BLASTS as it goes, blowing up cars, setting storefronts aflame.

Sif and the Warriors Three head down the street towards the Destroyer. The Warriors Three continue charging toward the behemoth- they battle- old school style.

Another one of those blasts cleave the bar shop before the Destroyer into two- literally.

The Asgardians try to fight off- but their weapons did not do as much as to make a scratch on the armor.

Thor sees his friends lying injured on the ground, but has no time to act, as the Destroyer fires in his direction. A storefront near Smith Motor EXPLODES, knocking Thor, Jane, and Selvig off their feet. Thor helps Jane to her feet, when they notice Selvig lying on his back amidst the debris, impaled by a twisted piece of iron.

"Don't worry, my friends. I have a plan." The two Warriors reluctantly grab their fallen friend and drag him away from the battlefield.

Thor turns to back to the Destroyer, then tosses Sif's shield aside. He strides down the street towards the behemoth, completely defenseless.

" Brother... for whatever I have done to wrong you, whatever I have done to lead you to do this, I am sorry. But these people have done nothing to you. They are innocents." He continues towards the Destroyer.

"Take my life, and know I will never return to Asgard." Thor reaches the Destroyer, extends his arms.

The destroyer stops, and suddenly make a fist- charging to the mortal Thor.

/BOOOOM?

The minigun rails down the Asgardian armor, with periodic big blasts not letting it stand afoot.

The invisible Batwing could be now seen in its full glory as all the power was concentrated on the offense.

Odinson was taken back for the blast. Thor lands in a crumpled, broken heap in front of Smith Motors, before Jane, Selvig, and Darcy.

The destroyer charges while lying on the ground among the constant blasts on its surface, still trying to gain some holding. The charged attack comes razing- trying to hit the Batwing but was unable to do so with little maneuvering of the Bat.

Instead- the beam cuts down to where Thor was- with Darcy taking the vanguard.

Thor followed the beam's path to take it onto himself-flesh burning as the god gets mortally wounded- safeguarding Darcy from tha attack.

The beam continues, razing and cleaving all the matter in its path.

The Batwing continued shooting, a circular rotating shooter now emerging out of its hull.

/FOOSH/

A laser beam emerged out of it- the Uru metal in the destroyer getting red-hot with just the contact. The Batwing revolved around the Destroyer to attack it from all the sides- with its dark metal getting Redder each second.

A blinding BOLT OF LIGHTNING strikes down from above, colliding with the Destroyer's blast. The explosion i massive. The Destroyer is hurled backwards, a cloud of dust enveloping the street.

Clad in his full battle armor, holding Mjolnir in his hand- the God of Thunder once more.

Storm clouds gather around Thor as he summons gale force winds- the Batwing dodging the Debris from the battle which had began to rise up into the sky.

The smoke dies- revealing the Destroyer- destroyed. Its chest and lower area now in molten state.

Thor and their fellow Asgardian surprised-as nothing could melt Uru once forged- more so when enchanted with the powers of the ALLFATHER.

Above them the Batwing turned from the destroyed Destroyer to the Asgardian party, more weapons emerging out of it as the main railgun shut down inside it.

"Put the hammer down." The gruff voice of Batman emerged from the wing, his menacing stare could be felt from outside the plane- out from the windshield.

"Heimdall!" Thor shouted.

"Put the Hammer down Asgardian."

"Heimdall!"

/Alert/ There has been a spike in radiations- cosmic radiations in New Mexico- similar to the one observed earlier- The exact location is 450 meters above- perpendicularly to the Batw-
