Chapter 4: Decision

King Adam remembered the past, his heart and mind were fighting for the last 16 years, ever since the miscarriage, Adam took an oath upon himself that he will make Lucille the most protected woman in the Underworld, and he will protect his kingdom from every danger, he concluded that if the king of Mir can't protect his wife and child safety, then he is not the worthy king that Mir deserves or needs, he worked harder than before, he fought in countless wars, only to return with glory and wealth, he introduced several laws which will be known as the Six Pillar Of Mir, these laws served the people's rights, it assured free education to every citizen of Mir, the right to immigrate from the territories who suffer from the Dark World Gates, organizing the slavery, stopping the racial profiling, equity instead of equality and the right to practice your religion with no fear.

While being the perfect king he seeks, Adam forgot about the reason why he decided to become a better king, he distanced himself from his wife without knowing, thus turning their relationship on the edge, but they had kids, after their vacation that lasted longer than expected, the news of the Queen Lucille pregnancy had been heard in all of Mir, simultaneously a rumor started to spread, the young heir of Shamshar, Kane took down the Grand Duke, the Grand Duchess, and their vessels, it was shocking news when Kane announced it, him and his little sister Lucy has ended the era of the old crucial Shamshar, and started a new era ...

After some saisons, the Palace can hear the sound of two little cries, it was a surprise to both Adam and Lucille to find out that they had a twin, a prince and a princess, Lucille was so grateful to God that he gaves her a twin, Adam's surprises and happiness could not be expressed by words, he was thankful to God's protection upon his wife, and prayed for his family safety and health, several days after the celebration, Adam and Lucille decided to name their children, they couldn't find any suitable names, at night, Lucille was reading a book that her brother handed to her as a present, Adam was laying on the bed near his wife, the twins are sleeping soundly, Adam wants to cuddle Lucille, but Lucille doesn't react, she didn't ignore it, but she couldn't let herself stop reading the book, Adam try to find a way to her, but couldn't find it, so he gave up on her, Lucille didn't expect that her husband would give up so easily, she put the book down, and try to get close to Adam, she doesn't made it obvious, she still couldn't manage to act normal with Adam in front of her children, but she manage to put her head on Adam's arm, she picks the book again as a way to hide her red face, and as always this dense blockhead Adam didn't knew what to do, he's also embarrassed, and he did find this situation awkward, but this time he managed to get some advice from his brothers-in-law at the party, he asked Kane and Andrew (Lucy's divorced husband) about that subject, he did get a hold of some crucial advice, some of them are:

Your wife always wants attention and care, she may act like she doesn't want it, but she deeply hopes for you to take the first action.

It might seem hard, but if your wife doesn't answer your call, it's a big indicator that she's made because of something you did, and usually, you don't know what you did.

He take the book, and get up while putting away Lucille gently, he covers her in the sheet, and checked on the twin, after checking on them, Adam take the book and put it on the desk, the winds suddenly turned the pages of the book, after he closes the windows, Adam full attention was on a certain line of the book...

"Hehehe... I think I found the names of our children Lucille..."

After the breakfast, king Adam returned to his normal self, now he has a meeting with the newly crowned prince of Trahib kingdom, a kingdom which was an enemy to Mir in the past, it all changed after the previous king death, they said that it was due to the old age, it's true that king Karon was way older than king Adam, but Adam didn't buy it, he know that the old king was assassinated, not by his son, but by someone not from Trahib, it was a shocking news to the Underworld, since the previous king was king Adam number 1 enemy, they've meet on the battlefield several times, they fought like crazy, at that time they were equal in term of power, strength, energy's reserves, king Karon had the upper hand in battle experience and weapons, but king Adam was dominating the mystic arts, casting spells and the Regnum's abilities (is a power only pures human have acces to, it's a legendary power that you get either by being a descendant of someone who had it, or awakening it by entering the state of life and death thus granting a permanent Regnum that you can pass it down to your descendants, it's super rare, only 1 out of several millions of PURE human have it, it's a mysterious ability that make powerful enough to dominate Dragons, Lords, True Devils and beings of the seventh world (The Lowest Earth), It's a power that her characteristics differ from one to another, once you awakened her true form, the power that you manage to get will make you a living clamity, there is five categories of Regnum, one for the Ruler, one for the Sage, one for the Warrior, one for the Chaos Master, and one for the Devine Ambassador, each category has her specialty, like the Regnum of the Sage, graint you the ability to control a certain element from either Mana source or Chakra source, and in some rare cases you have 2 elements or a new one that you create, as for the others Regnum types, I'll let the story tells you.), Adam's and Karon's Regnum are two different types of Regnums, while Karon have the Regnum of the Sage: Helios, in advanced states he had the control over fire and wind and can cast a small sun that will burn the wraps of reality when it's used to the maximum, while Adam have the Regnum of the Ruler: Oboediens, anyone except who he sees as an equal or as powerful as him can't fight against him, it can make armies kneeling down to him, he can tame the reality, it's arguably the strongest Regnum of all the times, that style have been seen only four times over 4000 year, in terms of ability Adam's Regnum is far superior to that of Karon, but they ended in tie in every fight.
