In a hidden corner of the three thousand regions stood a humongous tree, the tree was at least ten Li long, with humongous branches full of vitality stretching in all directions.

And on one of these branches stood a bird, peacefully sleeping.

Suddenly, Ye Feng opened her eyes, staring into the distance as she slowly got up, no longer sitting down on the tree branch.

Looking at the endless waves of bugs that were coming towards her from all directions, a look of disdain couldn't help but appear on Ye Feng's face.

Without any warning, a wall of fire suddenly appeared around the tree, causing Ye Feng to sit down once again and begin sleeping.

...

Several years later,

Suddenly, Ye Feng once again opened her eyes, causing an extremely annoyed look to appear on her face.

That look of anger slightly dissipated as Ye Feng saw what had just woken her up, but even so, she still did not back down.

Looking at the enourmous eye, which was staring at her from above, Ye Feng let out a sharp cry, causing both Heaven and Earth to shake.

Unlike most living beings, as a Pheonix, Ye Feng was much more willing to confront the Heavenly Dao if the latter dared to do something unreasonable towards her.

But even after the Heavenly Dao heard Ye Feng's cry, it still did not disappear, just continuing to stare at her, causing Ye Feng to feel slightly weird.

Suddenly, the Heavenly Dao disappeared, seemingly no longer wanting to bother Ye Feng.

But just as Ye Feng was about to once again go to sleep, a tiny bird suddenly appeared right in front of her.

As Ye Feng stared at the tiny red bird in front of her eyes, a serious expression appeared on her face for the first time in many years, one that she did not have in the slightest when facing the Heavenly Dao.

...

As the news of the Invasion of the Three Thousand Regions slowly spread to the Upper Dimension, certain individuals and forces began taking action.

...

At this moment, the storm that was brewing in the Three Thousand Regions did not have anything to do with Xu Yue, who was petting a little fox at the moment.

The moment Hulli Jing's grandmother learned that the latter was pregnant, she, alongside Hulli Jing's little sister, Hulli Ling, quickly visited her.

But although Hulli Ling was meant to visit her big sister, she seemed to be more interested in something else.

"You really are sensible," mumbled Xu Yue as she scratched the left ear of the little white fox which was obediently sitting in her lap.

After becoming pregnant, Hulli Jing seemingly became more and more unwilling to transform into the form of a little fox, preferring either to remain in her human form or to transform into a large fox.

Because of this, Xu Yue no longer had any little fox to pet, as such, she was quite appreciative of Hulli Ling, who enjoyed staying in this form as well.

Of course, for some reason, the thought that Hulli Ling was enjoying this a little too much couldn't help but brew.

Suddenly, two figures walked into the room, causing Xu Yue too suddenly raise her eyes, staring at them, a young woman, as well as a mature lady.

The moment Hulli Jing entered the room and saw what was happening inside of it for the first time, her eyes couldn't help but become slightly red, as she angrily stared at Hulli Ling.

Rather curiously, Hulli Jing did not direct her anger toward Xu Yue, but rather at her little sister.

Before Hulli Ling could react, she suddenly disappeared from Xu Yue's lap, reappearing in Hulli Jing's hands.

As soon as Hulli Ling realised what had just happened and looked at her sister's eyes, a terrified expression couldn't help but appear on her face.

"Sister! You must save me, this woman is a beast hiding in human flesh, she's a beast, she forced me to.."

But although Hulli Ling inverted black and white, this did not do anything to distract Hulli Jing's anger from her.

Seeing this scene, Hulli Ming couldn't help but shake her head.

"Jing'er, you should know how Ling'er is by now, you know trying to scare her won't do anything in the long run," said Hulli Ming as she looked at her granddaughters.

Hearing that, Hulli Jing's red eyes slowly returned to normal, allowing the tiny fox sitting in her arms to finally breathe a sigh of relief.

"Alright, grandmother, you can look after Ling'er for a few moments right, I need to talk a little bit, I don't want her to be running around the sect causing all sorts of troubles," said Hulli Jing as she handed her little sister over to her grandmother.

Without even saying anything, as soon as Hulli Ming heard her granddaughter's words, she disappeared, not wanting to disturb her any longer.

The moment the two foxes disappeared, Hulli Jing suddenly jumped into Xu Yue's arms, contrary to the latter's expectations.

"It seems like you enjoyed my sister's company," said Hulli Jing, causing Xu Yue to slightly smile.

"Sadly, she looked way too much like you for me to resist her, aren't you angry with me?" asked Xu Yue, causing Hulli Jing to also smile.

"Don't worry, I don't object to keeping a pet," said Hulli Jing, causing Xu Yue's eyes to slightly widen.

"That's not a very nice thing to say about your sister, won't you consider her feeling," mumbled Xu Yue, causing Hulli Jing to frown.

"Don't worry, that little rascal is too shameless to care about something like this, you rejecting her would have probably made her angrier than this," mumbled Hulli Jing as she suddenly opened Xu Yue's robe, allowing the latter's chest to roam free as she sunk her head into them.

"Then you don't mind if I don't reject your sister?" asked Xu Yue, an incredulous expression appeared on Xu Yue's face.

"I really don't," mumbled Hulli Jing as she suddenly bit the peak of the left mountain.
