WAR-Destiny of Future

I am putting this into a temporary hiatus, some of you might have found out that the plot of the recent chapters are rather out of order, yes, I am losing track of the current plot, so, I probably need a month or two to rearrange everything back to order. While I am sorting out the plot of this story, please kindly go read and support my other story for now. Two Immortals had lost their memories due to several reasons and they had to stay in the human world that is known as Null Dimension with the identity of high school students in order to find out the truth, the hint slowly lead them to the boy who is the bloodline for the ancient vampire Master Dracula. The Immortals have to face enemies from different places in order to succeed in their mission, however, they soon found out the whole crisis they are facing are related to an overpowered organization that is known as Kingdom, which later they realized that they are actually directly related to that organization but they can't remember anything about it. And then the writer starts getting crazy and added lots of 'interesting' elements to it. Causing the lives of the Immortals even more difficult than before as she is lusting for blood... *cough *... Yes, I'm serious about this. As the writer getting darker and darker and hating life, the story goes darker and darker and more disturbing as the story proceeds. The laziness of the writer causes a lot of grammatical errors that she never plans to correct it, so this turns out to be a good material for students to learn grammatical errors. In short, this story is about two overpowered characters that lost their memories and had no choice but to live in the human world as high school students. Anyways, update every Tuesday and Friday and Sunday. (could have less, depends on my mood and level of motivation) By the way, what I said about the grammatical errors is purely a joke, don't take it seriously if you are not even planning to read it. *roll eyes* ** don't get deceived by the first few chapters, this is certainly not a comedic story, it's dark, and I'm serious about it. *** this have became my 'sand box' to play and practice with all the different writing style, plot and character developments, thus, please don't put much expectations on this.

Chapter 283 - Drugged.

"Did the God of Misfortune finally left you for good?" Chris asked, in a teasing tone.

"Hahaha... I don't think this is a lucky thing, I felt it's quite meaningless winning in this way." said Sky while laughed awkwardly.

"Well, that's true. But on the bright side, we now have a whole afternoon of free time." said Chris.

"Mhmm... I guess this is not too bad after all. So, any plan? Or just going to stay in the dorm for the whole afternoon?" said Sky, with the almost same phase in the first round match.

"Well, Ben and I had bought some really interesting things just now, we will probably try it out later in his mini dimension, I believe Maria and the girls are almost the same cases. Moreover, we will get a bit busy near evening time." said Chris.

"Heh? Why?" Sky asked, a bit confused.

"Seriously? You didn't read the notice given at all? It says that the team that proceeds to quarter-final will distribute to new hostel rooms which is two people sharing a room instead of continuing with the big dorm of sixteen people." said Chris.

"Oh! I don't know about that, but sounds great! At least we don't need to share a room with the butler's cafe anymore." said Sky.

"Hmm? Are you having any issues with them?" Chris asked, rather oblivious what Sky's 'concern'.

"Nah, not a big deal." said Sky, trying to brush off that topic.

"Uh-huh... Well then, I shall head back to the dorm now. Are you going with me?" Chris asked.

"Well, I have my own plans." said Sky.

"Hmm... The bar again? Have fun then." said Chris as he walked away from Sky, followed by the others.

"Ah... Haha... He sees through me once again." Sky murmured...

And so, with no doubt, Sky went to the hostess bar again.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Later, hostess bar.

"Hmm? A quest? Sure, I would like to hear you out, as long as it is not anything unreasonable, we will certainly be able to help out." said Sky as the bar owner is pouring the best rice liquor they have in the shop into a glass for Sky.

"I had been looking for something since hundreds of years ago but I can't find it anywhere." said the owner.

"May I know what is it?... Ah! It's okay! You don't have to refill my glass." said Sky, politely rejected the extra liquor.

"It's an important memento from my late parents, my inconsiderate brother threw it away saying he doesn't want me to getting too attached to the past." said the owner.

"I see... So, he threw it in Kapis Dimension, I assume?" Sky asked.

"Yes, that is the reason why I came here from Null Dimension." said the owner.

"Do you have a brief location where he might have thrown it? I mean, despite of being a really small dimension, Kapis Dimension is still a really big place to search for." said Sky.

"Well, I heard some rumors about the Ninth Divine Mountain, where some weird sight had been spotted in the deep southwest part of the mountain since hundreds of years ago, but that mountain is well known for been extremely dangerous, especially in the southwest area, so I have no courage to go there by myself." said the owner.

"I see. Basically, you want us to check it out for you, right?" Sky asked.

The owner nodded while poured another glass of rice liquor for Sky...

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Later, near evening, Sky returned to the dorm in a half-drunk state only to find out the whole room had been cleared out, everyone, including Blair's team had packed up and left for the new hostel room, Chris is waiting for him there as he had figured out such an awkward situation might occur.

"Seriously, why the hell do you drink so much?" Chris nagged as he held the half drink Sky and led him to their new hostel room.

"The owner was too passionate about her best rice liquor and I believe she thought I would not accept her quest if I'm sober, I guess." said Sky, obviously not very aware of what himself is talking about.

"Quest? So you were there to discuss about the quest huh?" Chris asked.

"Mmm...quest..." Sky mumbled while nodding his head.

"Ah... Never mind, I guess I'll get you back to the hostel room first." said Chris.

After a short while, Chris finally dragged Sky back to his hostel room, as the notice said, it's a room for two, which means... They are in the same room again!!! Yes!!!... Haha, don't mind me.

After putting Sky onto the bed, he stared at Sky's face which is whole red, he felt something is off about that. He gets near to Sky before sniffed his shirt a bit and caught a rather familiar yet estranged scent which is obviously not alcohol.

"Ah... I guess I need to get Ben." said Chris before ran out of the hostel room...

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A few minutes later.

"Mmm... Just as you suspected, he had been drugged." said Ben after briefly examined Sky.

"Tsk... This guy... Do you have any cure for it?" Chris asked, a bit irritated yet worried.

"At this moment, no, as it's a drug that rarely been used, but I have ingredients to make it, I should be able to make some in two hours." said Ben.

"Great, I will help you with that." said Chris.

"I appreciate it." said Ben before taking out his key pendant and send all three of them to his mini dimension...

*Something out of the story

Sky: "Dear readers."

Chris: "Hmm?"

Sky: "This chapter is meant to be released for webnovel.com."

Chris: "Oh! This matter. Yes, if you're reading this chapter on another platform than webnovel.com, know that it's an illegal copy diffused without the Writer's authorization."

Sky: "As what Chris said. Right now, this story is free on the authorized platform, so please read it from authorized platforms as mental support for the writer."

Chris: "Mhm... There are two authorized platforms. One is webnovel.com. And another one is that messy and half-dead Weebly site that she uses for draft and backup... But not recommended."

Sky: "Ah... Haha. Yes, as Chris said."

Chris: "But look out, those scums might change this note to their own website link. So, be cautious.

Sky : "By the way, if the cover page is the old cover page that shows  two stickmen, stop reading it, it's cursed and might caused the writer to stop writing."
