Please carry me
Ning Quio soon fell asleep in the ward, Lu Laoyang had asked his brother to leave and he stayed by her side. Ning Quio woke up in the middle of the night to see Lu Laoyang staring at her with dark circles around his eyes. She frowned.
"Boss if you're going to watch me without sleeping then I would do the same"
"But I have to make sure you are safe"
"I'm safe when am with you so just rest okay?"
"Hmm"
Ning Quio pushed aside and left a space for him," Come join me"
"Aren't you afraid I might do something to you?", he asked mischievously
"I trust you"
He joined her and hugged her on the bed. Ning Quio felt warm and drifted off to sleep soon.

Next morning ~~~
Ning Quio woke up and felt something warm around her, it felt so warm that she wanted to hug it back but saw it was a man? she was about to push him when she remembered what happened last night, it was she who invited him. Feeling that she had woken he looked at her,"Awake?", he asked
"Hmm, I'm hungry", she said innocently
"Stay here I'll get you something to eat"
"Okay"
He got up from the bed and went out, soon he returned with some takeouts.
He gave it all to her and watched her eat hungrily, he couldn't help but chuckle.
"What's wrong? why are you laughing?" she asked with a poker face?
"I love the way you eat", Ning Quio blushed immediately.
"Why don't you go home and change?" she said
"I asked my secretary to bring me some clothes", he said smiling
"Hmmm, is there a garden around?"
"Yes downstairs"
"I can't walk, can you carry me there?" she asked
"Alright," he carried her like he was carrying treasure and walked slowly and gently to make her feel comfortable. Ning Quio felt so warm in his large arms, he brought along a blanket in case she felt cold.
The garden at the hospital was not as beautiful as the garden at his home. Ning Quio frowned when she saw the garden.
"This place isn't as nice as the one at home" she complained.
"Then let's go up"
"No, I'll just take some fresh air" she said sadly. He sat by her and covered her with the blanket. After some few minutes, he decided they should leave
"It's cold let's go up" He suggested
"But I want to stay here a little bit"
"Be good" He patted her head like a little child and carried her back. As they were walking they heard some gossip.
"That couple is so cute"
"I wish I had such a husband"
"I'm so jealous"
"He really cares about his wife"
"Look at how he looks at her so lovingly"
"What a good husband"
"They look great together, their child must be very handsome"
Ning Quio blushed immediately while Lu Laoyang smiled. He wished whatever they said to come true.
He laid her on the bed and went to the bathroom to wash and change.
He soon came out wearing a pair of white shirt and black trousers. His hair was also messy making him so stunning. Ning Quio blushed at his sight and immediately hid her face under the blanket. It was already in the afternoon, Lu Laoyang gave her his I-pad to play with whiles he worked on his laptop.
