What Should Be A Battle Between Dragons

We landed on an empty island nearby.

We had been staring at each other for quite a bit. Kaidou staring at me as if he was trying to gauge my strength, while I was just daydreaming about something else.

It was clear as day that the Kaidou that was standing right in front of me was far from the one that would be hailed as 'King of the Beasts'. In other words, I was dealt with a rather weak opponent to stall my boredom. However, I didn't know whether or not Kaidou already knew of this.

"Worororororo!!! Finally, a battle that will put my life on the line! Let's begin!"

With that, Kaidou immediately lunged at me and swung diagonally with his Kanabo. I didn't move, and instead raised my axe to block Kaidou's attack. In terms of raw strength, even I had to admit that the man was a monster.

However, it wasn't enough to change my opinion. I immediately raised my foot and push kicked him right in the stomach, sending him across the field and crashing on a boulder that happened to be nearby.

He immediately got up and lunged right back at me.

"Thunder Bagua!!!"

With purple lightning coating around his Kanabo, he raised it and swung it down on me with maximum intensity.

I calmly raised Labrys and coated it with Advanced Armament haki before blocking the attack. The surrounding area didn't last long unfortunately, The ground immediately gave in to the pressure and broke through, forming a crater around us as Kaidou kept pressing his Kanabo against my axe.

"Worororororo!!! What do you think! I made the move myself!" Kaidou remarked proudly as he kept pressing his kanabo.

"Not bad, but it's not enough to give me trouble, Kaidou," I replied as I pushed off his Kanabo before swinging my axe horizontally.

Kaido immediately coated himself in Armament haki as my axe met his ribs, causing a metallic clang as I sent him flying even further than I did before. I didn't let up the pressure, however.

Seeing him still flying, I immediately kicked the ground and appeared on top of Kaidou before swinging down my axe on him. He raised his Kanabo again to block the attack, but he wasn't strong enough to absorb the impact of the attack.

He immediately made another hole in the ground, causing the island to tremble as he did so. Smoke slowly came out of the crater, He was taking a bit longer than normal to get out of the crater. So I used my Observation haki to sense what he had been doing within the hole. Instead of seeing a youthful presence, I noted that his presence had grown bigger compared to his actual size.

A roar immediately boomed from the hole as a long Azure dragon came from it and slowly began to dance across the sky. Looking in the eyes of the pure Draconic Kaidou, I could tell that he wasn't happy about getting smacked about so easily.

"Could you quit your bitching and turn back to your normal form? I really don't feel like fighting you up there," I kindly asked while looking at him.

"A true beast uses whatever they have in their disposal to win. I have no plans on losing to you, Boris!!!!" Kaidou roared as he slowly began to channel his blast breath at me. Looking at the enormous ball of flames making its way towards me. I sighed before twirling my axe and coating it with lightning.

"Fulgura Mortuorum"

I quickly swung my axe upwards at the blast breath. The two attacks meeting each other mid-air causing a devastating explosion that caused another earthquake that shook the island furiously.

When the explosion subsided, what remained was the dragon that was Kaidou, and me standing on the island.

It was obvious that he wasn't planning on turning back into his human form. It was clear that I was going to have to beat him back into that form. Which was my plan moving forward.

"Boris!! What do you think!! I-"

I didn't even let him finish that sentence, because I immediately appeared in front of him and slammed my fist in the middle of his snout. The strength of the impact immediately sent him flying downwards as I was closely pursuing him.

I landed right on his head and began pounding his face with my fists. By now I had left Labrys laying somewhere else, so I decided to use what was available to me.

Large booms could be heard from the island as I kept beating his Draconic figure.

"You're a stubborn one, but I know how to fix that," I remarked as I slowly began coating my fists with Haki.

"Wororororo!!! Are you ashamed of your nature?!" Kaido spat while struggling to break free, "Not once have I ever seen you use your draconic form since our last battle with the Marines on God Valley!"

"Show it to me! Show me the true power of the Storm Dragon!"

With that he broke free from my grip on me. Immediately launching himself towards the heavens. A storm slowly formed as he twirled around the skies, and it was getting more and more rowdier as time passed.

"Witness it! The true might of a dragon!!!" Kaido roared as multiple bolts of lightning made their way towards me.

I sighed before my figure slowly began to grow bit by bit as the lightning came closer to me.

"If the true might of a dragon lies within its power. Then all should bow before me," I muttered as lightning finally struck my figure.

It didn't even do so much as land a scratch on me, but instead, it increased the speed at which I had fully turned into my draconic form. Letting out a baleful roar that echoed across the island and a huge part of the sea.

All three heads of mine slowly turned towards Kaidou, who had happened to be waiting for me to change into my Dragon form.

"Yes!!! This is the fight that true beasts should engage in!!" Kaidou roared as he lunged at me.

All three of my heads opened their mouths as they slowly began to channel an energy blast. Kaidou also channeled his own blast breath as well as he got closer towards me.

When we both shot our attacks on each other. The island, once again, went through another tremble that slowly began to sink parts of the island. At a third person's perspective, one would think that they were evenly matched.

However, that was far from the truth.

The energy blast promptly halted before breaking through Kaidou's blast breath. Going through the attack and eventually reaching Kaidou, who was shocked at the outcome of the last clash.

The energy blast quickly engulfed him before he even had time to escape it, and an explosion immediately boomed from where Kaidou was.

'Did I kill him?'

I didn't sense any of Kaidou's presence as I slowly turned back into my humanoid form. I slowly began walking towards where I had last seen Kaido; found nothing there. So looking downwards, I tried looking for any traces of where he had gone to after the explosion.

Only to find his figure buried deep within the island. It was shocking because I hadn't even seen him fall down when my attack landed. Nonetheless, he was already unconcious and severely injured after the attack.

Losing interest, I quickly launched myself in the air, and headed to the east side of Tottoland.

Hopefully a better fight can happen soon.

Let me know what y'all think!!!

Love y'all!!!
