USJ - 1

[ Next day in class ] [ 3rd person's POV ]

Class 1-A under Aizawa got scheduled to go outside campus as their basic training: Rescue, which was in another venue. Everyone lined up for the bus as per Momo's and Iida's instructions. Everyone wore their costumes except Midoriya.

Ao said while yawning "Humm, I don't feel so energetic today, plus I'm sleepy. Did I use all my luck the day before yesterday? Ugh, the only thing that can get me going now is if I get paired up with one of our girls."

Midoriya asked Ao with a strange face, "Did you say something?"

Ao asked in confusion, "Was I speaking?"

Midoriya blinked. Everyone got on the bus. Iida looked depressed because the bus's seating was different from what he planned.

[ Ao's POV ]

'Man, I can't stop thinking that today is a bad day. I wanna sleep.' I thought and grabbed a bottle of water.

While I was drinking my water, I heard our Tsu-chan say to Green-boy "Your quirk is like All Might's."

I spat all my water out straight on Shoto who sat opposite to me. He looked like he was gonna kill me with his glares alone. I went to him with a handkerchief but he simply dried himself after using his ice to clean his face.

"Sorry, Shoto-chan. I choked all of a sudden." He just glared at me and closed his eyes.

After some time of bullying Ash-hair-kun and talking with girls we reached our destination.

'The bad feeling is getting stronger. *Sign* I wanna go home'.

We went inside the venue with Space Hero: Thirteen, who explained about USJ.

'They sure are rich to create this'. I thought while looking around.

We looked around and Thirteen started to explain about how quirk can be used to save and destroy others.

As Thirteen was getting to the training part, all the lights in USJ went off. There was an ominous air around us.

I widened my Haki to see what was going on. Knowing Aizawa sensei, he must have prepared something for us.

I saw a dark blue wormhole start forming near the fountain. I for some reason knew why I was feeling so down today. After I saw people come out of the smoke, Aizawa sensei also noticed their presence.

'Ah, this is it. That uneasy feeling I had'. This instinct I had was the same one I had on my last mission that led to my death. It wasn't so strong before but now maybe with OH it always helped me in our little gang fights. My mind went into full battle mode like.

Amongst the people that came out of that wormhole only that bird-human looked dangerous. Others weren't much, they looked like thugs around the street that we used to beat around.

By the time I finished analyzing the Villains, Aizawas sensei was ready to fight too.

'They are small fries, Aizawa sensei can handle them. For a pro-hero they shouldn't pose much problem except for distraction or delay. Meaning they are either here to cause trouble, kidnap some or all of us with that fog guy or even kill all of us to maybe prove a point. But the question is, how did they know we were coming here? They look too prepared for a random visit and we are the best of younger generation so it makes more sense to -- '

Shoto had also analyzed the fact that they were fools but not idiots.

'My little brother is growing well'. I feel proud of how my brother has grown. Oh I got distracted. Now where was I?

Green-boy and Aizawa sensei were talking about something, then all of us started running towards the exit. I wanted to help but it's not wise to fight blindly if you can just run.

'It shouldn't be this simple' I thought and with the queue, the black fog guy that brought all the Villains here got in front of us.

I slowly went to Shoto's side and whispered, "When I say run, put an ice wall to seperate the class and that guy and run with full strength. Don't look back or think of staying back. I can't protect you while dealing with this one."

Shoto frowed but nodded. The Villain introduced itself and told us about his goal of killing All Might.

'They know about All Might's weakness?' I thought.

Ash-kun and Hard-kun jumped at the fog guy trying to fight it.

'This will make Shoto's work hard.' I frowned at the impulsiveness of these two classmates.

I slowly went to Shoto's side and whispered, "When I say run, put an ice wall to seperate the class and that guy and run with full strength. Don't look back or think of staying back. I can't protect you while dealing with this one."

Shoto frowed but nodded. The Villain introduced itself and told us about his goal of killing All Might.

'They know about All Might's weakness?' I thought.

Ash-kun and Hard-kun jumped at the fog guy trying to fight it.

'This will make Shoto's work hard.' I frowned at the impulsiveness of these two classmates.

The black fog guy started covering us with his fog. 'This guy has stored most of its quirk inside him. Maybe he needs these volumes to expand. So first things first'.

My body started to get covered in blue flames. I willed my quirk to burn the fog. I started to burn most of the fog away while attacking its body too. The fog guy screamed and tried to teleport but I was already in front of it. I grabbed it on its silver plate which seems to be where its core was.

Shoto's ice trapped me and the fog guy then he shouted at everyone to get out. Some tried to protest but "You're just gonna be in his way so just run. Nii-san is already powerful enough to be a sidekick." Shoto shouted at them.

After hearing the praise, I smiled and punched the fog guy with a flame covered fist. Since my quirk can touch this fog guy and I was constantly burning it, it was forced back into a corner. But suddenly it tried to swallow me and itself.

When I jumped back and was making sure everyone was out, it teleported back to the hand guy who seems to be the leader. Shoto's habit must have rubbed on me.

Seeing that the fog guy back away, everyone stopped at the door and a few Villains made their way towards us.

I looked at them and Thirteen thanked me for repealing that guy. Thirteen then sent Iida out to call pro heroes since he is fastest among us other than me.

Seeing my quirk work against the Villain, Thirteen wanted me to stay rather than go back in case that fog guy teleports to us like before..

Villains surrounded us and their number was almost three times ours. I was going to stop them but again some of the hot blooded idiots jumped in front of me.

Thirteen was fighting a speed type Villain too so he got busy keeping them at bay.

I looked at sensei to see his hands getting broken by that hand guy and bird-human.

I made my way towards them while taking care of the Villains on my way.

When the fog guy teleported back, he said, "Sorry I got injured. It'll take me 5 minute to recover. And I think they escaped too."

Hand guy looked shocked "You? Injured? How is that possible?"

"One of the students has a powerful quirk and can touch me. His flames could burn my quirk too." the fog guy said.

Hand-guy starts to scratch himself on his neck and hyperventilates.

"Kurogiri, you.. you got beaten by a student and you failed your mission too, how useless are you? I would have crushed you into pieces if you weren't a warp gate." Hand guy was very angry at the fog guy.

"I'm very sorry."

He soon calmed down and said, "It's game over. Let's go home. But before--"

By then I reached them too. "Sensei, you look beaten up."

"Ao, get back. Don't come here." Aizawas sensei said in a weak voice.

"Don't worry sensei, I already worked as a temporary sidekick with dad and grandma so I can take care of myself." I said, completely forgetting that, that was a secret. Oh boy.

My statement pissed off that hand guy and he lost his cool. "A brat like you thinks that we are like those third grade Villains you dealt with? Nomu, kill this brat first."

The Nomu-guy stood up while Aizawa sensei was still shouting at me to run. As a teacher he can't have a student fight Villains that are this powerful.

The tall bird-human ran towards me and was so fast that it practically teleported behind me and before my body could react, it managed to punch through my head.

Aizawa sensei had a defeated expression while all Villains present had a smirk and smile on their faces.

If it was a normal person they would have died from that air pressure alone but to a Phoenix like me, I just regenerated my head.

It's a good thing that I was on guard and the moment that Nomu disappeared from my Haki range, I changed my body to logia form.

"Come on man, that was unnecessary". Their expressions swapped like in 2 seconds. I covered my arm in blue flames and punched it with everything. Dude didn't even buzz, but then again I wasn't going for power.

As soon as my flames touched it, it was covered in ice. While I can roast it like a chicken, I choose not to give humanity and the fact that unlike my old world here killing in battle by a hero is a negative thing.

After getting itself frozen it still managed to break out of it almost instantly.

I didn't freeze it inside out since it can normally kill people but still leave them with frostbite but looking at this monster it actually healed itself. Also as easily as myself but with some more seconds than me.

"Well that's depressing.", I said to myself. The Nomu guy punched me many times.

While it was punching me, it shook the ground and the floor was in pieces.

The Nomu stopped its rampage and looked at the place where I was standing. Perfectly fine with some blue flames here and there while regenerating some missing parts with it.

I can maintain this form for 10 minutes so I don't care if it does that for sometime. It can recover body parts but it takes much more stamina to heal rapidly. Just like Recovery girl's quirk.

I started wrapping the Nomu inside a dorm of fire. I raised its temperature to give it constant burns.

"Should be done in 3 minutes." I said with a smirk. Pain should make it pass out in 3 minutes.

I looked at Sensei who was looking at me weirdly, after all I looked like someone who was making fried chicken - which I was.

Oh come one. My quirk is well against brute type quirks.

I walked towards sensei while saying, "Now time to end this."
