"Let it be Oregon, not Oxen," Talia prayed in her heart after calming down. She then cursed herself for thinking like this, but the hope of Oregon being the one dying didn't diminish from her heart.

Talia was convinced that the dead would be one of Oxen or Oregon since there was nothing harming the Void beasts outside the portal, and as for the Void beasts in the Sacred dimension, they were too strong even to be thought of dying.

While Talia went on a rampage, feeling the death of one of the Void beasts, the eight Void beasts standing outside the portal, waiting for Oxen, Talia, and Oregon, stumbled down to the ground as a sudden heart-ripping pain attacked them.
