The 2nd day of travel:

Me and Hana are on the road to the City of Ikrel. I don't get why Fumiko tagged along with us but it is what it is, maybe my memory doesn't help me too much now. That was a strange thought.

!Humans are known to have strange thoughts, Hikaru, sometimes we say even the most outlandish of things!

"I get it, Sia. I never had time to reflect on my past life on earth and how it was."

Back on earth, I have paranoid schizophrenia, my life was less than desirable and ideal for most people to live. Constant hallucinations and delusions, medicine being expensive and my parents could barely afford it since I needed strong antipsychotics. I just don't want to think about Earth too much at this point, this is the new world that we call home now, but I bet Hana is thinking about Earth a lot right now, but I don't know who she will miss there since all of our classmates were summoned here. We were the only ones who were reincarnated here since we died in our previous world.

Up until now, this life is crap, same with my other one back on earth, but compared to me, Hana is doing far better from what I can see, she finally got to meet her real parents after a long time.

"Hey, Hana, can I ask you something?"- I opened the telepathic link again.

"Sure, what is it?"- Her tone of voice is warm.

"Well, I wondered how this world was for you until now and if it's any better than the world we come from. What do you have to say about this world Hana?"- I am very curious, am I wrong in my judgments when I make one about other people?

"Well, I kind of like it here, I finally found my parents and I have my childhood friend with me, it's better than being alone, plus I am very happy to be here with you Hikaru"- She responded with child-like confidence.

"I thought you will still be mad at me that I got you killed in the first place. Maybe it would have been better for us to never have come here in the first place, but then again, you wouldn't even be able to meet your parents"- I guess I was right about Hana and her enjoying her time here. It seems like I am the only one bitter about being alive right now.

"Don't beat yourself up, Hikaru. I am sure you will achieve your goal and happiness one day, I am sure of it."- She cheered me on.

"Well, maybe"- I looked out of the window to see that the forest is getting thicker and thicker. This is supposed to be our last day of travel here so I expect that we arrive in Israel by night.

!Mass of Magic Energy is approaching!- After Sia announced that the carriage stopped. Me and Hana gone out of the carriage and looked at a big bird monster, with Sia's help we could both see that it has way more mana than us that was overflowing out of its body.

"What the hell is that?"

I reached with my shadow hand withing to search for its organs and began to squish them one by one, but it isn't working, he just regenerates them faster than I could pop them

"Let me try something Hikaru!"- I covered Hana while she tried to cast some sort of magic at the bird. After 30 seconds or so thunder hit the bird and it was now laying on the ground, I dashed toward it and used my shadow hand to squish its brain and kill it.

"We even leveled up from that, hey, if there are more monsters like this around here then it should be easy for us to level up."

Hana and I looked back at the driver of the carriage, which looked at us dumbfounded.

We got back in, Fumiko is cowering on the seats of the carriage with her hands over her head.

"It's ok, it had passed"- Hana pat her on the head until she calmed down. The carriage started to move again.

"Sia, what is this mass of magic alert about?"

!It is a system that allows you to detect powerful being that far exceeded your capacity and are very dangerous but worth fighting because you gain a lot of experience!

"Thank you, Sia"

!No problem!

There is something about Sia and her tone, she is somewhat less emotional than humanly possible when talking to me, and everything that she says sounds dead, a little more human tone will be great for her to have and will add more to her and her personality

!Dumbass, don't forget I am skilled, I rarely have a tone of voice!- Appears that calling her less than human backfires, she now sounds pissed.

"Yeah, I remember that now. But please can you have a normal tone of voice and make me feel like I am talking to a human"- Looked through the window again and saw the day starting to turn into night, slowly but surely.

!I understand. And please don't be stupid next time and second guess yourself about stuff that you feel!- Guess she is right, the first step to improving this nasty mood I am in is not beating myself up for every little mistake that I do.

"Hikaru, we need to get out of the carriage"- Hana spoke out loud and got out of the carriage with Fumiko.

"I will make a fire"- Me and Hana gathered sticks in the nearby forest, the trees don't seem to thin down even a little bit.

After making the fire is Hana's time to cook something for us to eat.

We waited around 2 hours and she whipped up some amazing rice balls with sweet fruit leaves, or at least that's what they are called by the locals in Welcia.

It was quite the feast since she made a lot of them, I ate the largest portions and then went to sleep, the city of Ikrel is close, I can feel it, and then we are going to enact our plan to get rid of the lords. There are many more lords we need to take care of but we won't get into that right now.
