Well. It felt lovely. Perhaps a bit disconcerting, but that was only the newness; he liked being loved by Jason. Jason cared so much, and Colby had never felt so soft and safe and happy with someone touching him or caressing his neck or helping him dress. He’d never felt so happy ever, and he said so aloud, as Jason finished with the boots.
Jason’s inhale snagged as if startled, but his eyes held pleasure, profound and poignant. “I love knowing you’re happy. Thanks for that. Telling me.”
“I mean it,” Colby said, and Jason caught and kissed his hand, as they got up.
