(Rey Palpatine's Apprentice part 2.)

Chapter two:

Rey grabs the boy's hand and pulls him up so he can stand. She then forces him through the door and makes him walk down the hallway. They turn and another door opens showing a row of tables and chairs.

"Sit, Rey commanded him. A soldier walks over to Rey and gives a short bow.

"Give him anything he desires treat him as you would treat me." Said Rey to the officer. With that the scavenger girl from Jakku walked out of the room. The officer walks towards the boy and looks at him bewildered.

"Your lucky to be alive." He said.

Hours later Rey returned. "Come with me, she said to the boy. As they were walking Rey thought she would try and learn more about the boys origins.

"What's your name?" Rey asked him. The boy looked up at her and responded. "My name is Cale Lestin." As the boy talked Rey could tell that some of the death had left his eyes and he seemed to be more aware of his surroundings.

He looked at Rey and said. "I chose to die why have I been spared." Rey really didn't know herself that well but she gave him this response.

"People that would rather live and lose their pride then die with honor don't deserve to serve the Resistance." Said Rey. The door to the shuttle closed and the ship blasted off towards the Raddus.

As the doors opened back up a Commander stepped in front and says. "Rey, Luke Skywalker would like to speak with you."

"While I talk to Luke Skywalker start heading to the Jedi academy I want to see it's progress." Replied Rey. Rey and Cale walked to a room that was very dark and suddenly Rey got on one knee and knelt towards what appeared to be nothing.

Then a hologram appeared of a very old man. Rey quickly grabbed Cale's arm and jerked him down to get him to also bow. He felt as if she ripped his arm off. The man then spoke. "It is good to see you my old friend."

"The feeling is mutual my Master." Replied Rey. Cale couldn't believe it this is the man that everyone feared. He was the only person that Rey the scavenger girl from Jakku would obey.

"And who is this?" Asked Luke Skywalker.

"His name is Cale Lestin and he comes from Deralia the Force is strong with this one Master. I thought you could take him as one of your Padawan's and train him." Replied Rey. Luke Skywalker then closed his eyes and breathed in heavily.

"No, I will not train him you will take him as your apprentice he seems to want it that way." Luke Skywalker said to himself. "How did he know what I thinking?" Cale thought to himself.

"Yes my Master." Replied Rey.

"The reason I have called you here is that it's time to revisit the planet of Kashyyyk. I trust you know what to do." Said Luke Skywalker. The transmission then ended.

Rey rose but Cale still bowed but instead of to Luke Skywalker he bowed towards his new Jedi Master. Rey in a sweet and gentle voice said. "Do you wish to learn the ways of the light side of the Force?" He responded with. "If you teach then I will learn."

"Hence forth you shall be known as my Padawan. Now rise." Said Rey.

"Yes, my Master." Replied Cale Lestin.
