Chapter thirty nine 039: TILL I DIE ADRIA

Adria was rushed to the hospital and the doctor attended to her immediately, when they were done taking out the glasses which had pierced her hand and legs they cleaned the wound and gave her a tetanus shot and left her to rest for a while.

When they came out of the room they saw Haru and Yan sitted outside worried so they assured them she was ok but just needed to rest as she was really stressed and it could lead to mental illness as the stress was not only physical but mentally as well but what mattered was she was going to be fine they assured and walked out.

Haru and Yan Chen entered the room and stared at Adria with worry they stayed there for a while but Haru later asked Yan Chen to go back home because Akio was alone she refused but later gave in.

After few minutes Adria woke up and Haru sat there with her, he had been there for a while only stepped out few times to make a phone call, when Adria opened her eyes and saw him there she apologized "I'm sorry to have disturbed you." She said

She looked so pale and her lips which were pink had turned white like someone who lacked blood.

He immediately gave her some water cause her voice was a bit rusty and later gave her fruits as he replied "You don't have to be, everyone goes through these things on a daily basis but what's different is they let it out and that's why they don't have to suffer like you do. Holding everything in can cause you a lot, I'm glad that you actually vented for once I actually began to believe you weren't human." he joked.

Adria stared at him as she remained quiet and took the fruit from him and ate it slowly. Haru excused himself and called Berlina since she has been calling nonstop, when he spoke to her for a while he came back into the room and informed Adria that Berlina wants to speak with her, he handed over the phone and left.

Adria and Berlina remained silent as they were both heavy hearted, Berlina took the first step and said "Hey pumpkin." Her voice was a bit rusty so you could tell she was trying to control her emotions.

Adria took a deep breath and said calmly "I'm really sorry I caused a scene and made you worried."

"No, no it's fine sweetie I'm not mad at you neither are my disappointed I'm glad you let off some steam, remember you always told me it's good to let out steam huh so why would I get mad at you?." Berlina gave a deep breath and asked. "How are you feeling."

"I'm fine I just feel like I fell off a cliff and nothing happen to me." Adria said as she smiled. "How is mum?."

"She's fine, she misses you." Berlina said.

"I hope you didn't tell her anything." Adria asked worriedly.

"No I didn't." Berlina assured.

"Ok."

They went silent again but Berlina decided to take the bull by it's horn so she asked. "What really happened Adria."

Adria remained silent as she bit on her lips "I was just stressed out and I tried to calm myself down but-."

Berlina helped her speed up the process "Did you see him again?."

"Y..Yes...but It was just an illusion, I thought it was real this time but it was just my imagination….I'm going mad I'm seeing things now." Adria said shamefully.

Berlina took a deep breath and said. "It's fine, I've decided that you could come back and stay with me and mom."

"Why but I still got a job here and I need there public declarations to establish this sector in my own company." Adria said as the fear of someone else buying her properties and kicking Akio and his mum to the street flashed through her eyes.

"You could stay for a week and if you feel you need more time to get ready and also inform your friends and your boss then it's still fine but I'm still going to prepare a flight for you next week Sunday. The ball is in your court Adria."

"But won't that be dangerous what if nightmare comes to get revenge." Adria acknowledged the possible dangers ahead.

"He wouldn't I'm working on that."

"So a week to make a decision huh." It wasn't a question but Berlina answered anyways "Yes."

"Alright." Adria said and then she spoke again "Thanks for always being here Berlina, even when you have a lot more important matters to deal with you always make out time for me I'm really grateful."

"Till I die Adria, till I die." Berlina assured.

Adria felt touched by her sister's word "You always know how to make me cry." She joked but still tears dropped down from her eyes.

"You need to rest now Adria." Berlina said "I love you."

"I love you more sis bye." Adria said as she ended the call.
