Chapter 147:- Sorting Things With Fuyumi 2

"That? What?" asked Fuyumi.

"I am the person behind the Aldera incident, I slaughtered almost half of the people of Fukuoka Prefecture, I am the person who killed all those policewomen who framed fake rape case against Kaito, I brought down the hero society in Hiroshima, and I am the reason behind all the villain attacks that have been happening since my suicide, including the USJ incident," said Izuku.

Listening to this Fuyumi was shocked, well not too much as she was sure someone was using Izuku's books to cause crime, she just didn't think it would be Izuku.

"I was right in doing that, as I found out so many bad deeds about the heroes, did you know in Fukuoka the heteromorphs were treated like a curse, who had very bad living conditions, Hiroshima's fourth kind was involved in a sex racket, who had raped his wife, and was going to do the same with his daughter.

You are well aware of your family conditions, I am well aware of the things my dad did, infact I even know all the dirty things Hero Public Safety Commission has done under the pretense of purging the evil.

They were a cancer to society and needed to be punished, but since the whole hero society and justice system was involved in it somehow, I had to do it myself." Izuku gave his reasons for all the things he did.

Fuyumi on listening to all this had a shocked look on her face, as she didn't think the situation was this bad.

"The reason I didn't come to meet you is because I was caught up dealing with villains and heroes. I got so absorbed in all of that, it completely slipped my mind.

And, to be honest, I didn't feel like myself anymore. I wasn't optimistic like before, I didn't smile, and I lost all hope. I was afraid to face you because I thought you wouldn't recognize me. What if you got angry with me? What if you didn't want to see me anymore?

I didn't want to risk hurting you, and most of all I feared, feared that if the person who helped me and was with me when I had nothing, when I was at my lowest, I didn't want you to leave me alone, that would have killed me." Izuku explained, keeping his head down, feeling ashamed of himself.

Fuyumi's expression softened as she listened to Izuku's words. "Izuku, I would never leave you alone," she assured him gently. "I have always treated you like my family, even when you had nothing. I could never turn my back on you, no matter what. You're not alone, Izuku.

No matter what happens, I could never leave you. You have no idea how relieved I am that you're still here. When I found that suicide note, it felt like my heart shattered. Suddenly, I was faced with the thought of losing you, and it filled me with so much regret.

I wished I could have been there for you, to help you through your pain. I blamed myself for not being able to save you, for not being able to see you one last time.

Your absence left a void in my heart, and I couldn't forgive myself for not being able to protect you. Your books, something you entrusted me with were also gone. That's why I tried my best to get them back." exclaimed Fuyumi who remembered the day she found that suicide note.

"By the way, where are your books, and where did they go from your room?" asked Fuyumi.

"I took them from my room," said Izuku.

"That's why I didn't find books anywhere," said Fuyumi as she understood why the books were missing.

"I didn't want my books in anyone else's hands, especially in those heroes' hands, that's the reason why I took the books with me," said Izuku.

"Where have you been living up till now?" asked Fuyumi.

"In the hero tower, besides UA," said Izuku.

"Ehhh, you have been near me this whole time?" Asked Fuyumi who was shocked to learn Izuku was so close to her.

"Yup," said Izuku.

"What about your quirk, what is it?" asked Fuyumi, as she stood up looking at the setting sun.

"To be honest, even I don't know much about it, on the surface it seems like a normal glitching quirk," said Izuku.

"But it's not?" asked Fuyumi, looking at Izuku.

"No, there's so much about it that I don't know, it seems that I have just scratched the surface of the true capabilities of my quirk.

I did all these things yet, to be honest, only a part of it was my own doing, and the rest all was the quirk acting on its own, as if I have been on autopilot this whole time," explained Izuku looking at Fuyumi who was looking at him from the edge of the building, with the setting sun as a background.

"Even after so much time you have had the quirk, you of all people could not understand about your quirk, that's a first," said Fuyumi, surprised by Izuku's words.

"Yeah," said Izuku scratching his back, "It feels this quirk of mine had a will or consciousness of its own, it doesn't want to harm me, yet at the same time it also doesn't want anyone harming me alive, I can feel emotions," said Izuku.

"Emotions? How? How can quirks have emotions?" Asked Fuyumi.

"Well, even if I don't understand my quirk enough, I can feel my quirk's will, from how it's reacting, when I use my quirk, and how my quirk reacts in response to my emotions, the quirk may have been on autopilot till now, but I have been observing the quirk, learning about it, so that I can get better control over it." Said Izuku.

"Fascinating, you truly are a genius when it comes to quirks," said Fuyumi fascinated by Izuku's development even when the quirk has been on autopilot.

"How did you train your quirk? And why did those girls kiss you on your cheek?" Asked Fuyumi, as she applied some extra emphasis on the last part.

Izuku sensing the jealousy in Fuyumi's words found it cute, as he made a mental note to tease her later.

"I trained the basics from Kaina," said Izuku.

"Kaina? Who's she?" asked Fuyumi intently, listening to Izuku.

"She's the big one among the three girls, she's Kaina Tatsumi, you might know her as Lady Nagant," said Izuku.

"Lady Nagant, isn't she an SSS rank criminal who has a shoot-at-sight order on her head, and has been missing ever since she killed her superior," exclaimed Fuyumi.

"Yup that's her, she taught me the basics of my quirk, she was there to watch my match, and she's the woman who kissed me last," said Izuku helping her identify who among the three was Nagant, while also teasing her by saying the last one who kissed him.

Fuyumi had a weird feeling in her chest as she had her face twitching, seeing Izuku reminding her that the girls kissed his cheek as she thought, 'That's some way to help me identify Izuku kun,'

"What's an SSS rank criminal doing with you, training you, acting all lovey-dovey?" asked Fuyumi, jealousy oozing from her words.

"Well she isn't a criminal, she's a victim, someone who got betrayed by the organization she gave her all for, she's as broken as I am.

And not just her, but the other two girls as well, the one who wanted to wait is Maki, she has had the exactly same life as I have, the only difference is I was born quirkless, while she was born with one she couldn't control.

And lastly Momo, both of her parents were killed right in front of her eyes, by her own uncle for property, I acted as a support for them, likewise they did for me, to the point that now they love me, and I love them," Izuku expressed his feelings, without hiding anything.

"They are also people who keep me in line, so that I someday don't do something that I might regret later on, like becoming like those people I am purging," said Izuku.

Fuyumi had a complex look on her face, as she felt something precious to her was taken away from her, moments after it was found.

Fuyumi contemplated something for a while, as she said, "I want to help you as well,"

"I appreciate the gesture, Fuyumi san, but for me your safety is necessary, I can't risk you or your life in any way, I have given you enough trouble, not anymore, because of me, you haven't been yourself ever since my suicide incident, please rest now, and do tell little Emi that I am alright," said Izuku.

"Are you abandoning me?" asked Fuyumi with tears in her eyes as she felt like Izuku was trying to get rid of her.

"No Fuyumi, not at all, you were with me when no one was, I can never abandon you, I just want to make sure you are safe, that's it.

And that doesn't mean we would never meet again, we will meet whenever you want to, so please, please don't think I am abandoning you, I just want you to be safe." Said Izuku as he wiped the tears off her face, and patted her head.

Fuyumi just hugged him, tightly tears flowing continuously, as Fuyumi said, "No matter what you do, I'll always be with you on your side, and promise me you will meet with me and don't forget about me again, don't make me wait okay?"

Izuku caressing her head gently said, " I promise, I'll meet you again very soon, I won't make you wait, now cheer up," said Izuku as hugged Fuyumi tightly.

They both stayed in each other's embrace for a while, before Izuku brought her back, dropped her home, and headed to the hero tower, to tell the girls that things went well.
