Deep grunts left the lips of a man who hung upside down, his sweat-drenched body a work of art, each move deepened the contours and emphasized the lines causing his chest to raise and his abs to tighten as his abdomen ripped with packs, sunk in.
With a deep grunt, Derek raised his torso and came down again with his head a few meters from the floor. His legs supported him as he hung on a rod crossed on the power jack.
His body glistened as Derek exhaled softly when he got down. Taking deep breaths, he raised his body again and his abs tightened. Each pack hardened as Derek forced his body up, despite his trembling state.
Both hands supported his head as he continued his activity. It had been just twenty minutes, but his hair had turned damp. It added more charm to the man focused on his training, but no one was here to take in such a view.
