Obstacle Training... time warping
Making his way toward the Training room, his usual black headset was held in his hand as Derek walked to the training hall.
Daniel and Jake were in the flex room. Jake was busy building something, though it was just a holographic version, while Daniel, well the kid, had begun to learn the capabilities of his new shell, which meant he was in the virtual room.
Derek had seen Daniel running at top speed and it startled everyone in the room, even while teleporting he knew he could not keep up.
But like the real cheetah, he had problems with zig-zag roads, though his reaction was much better than night cheetahs, his speed reduced drastically.
The wide metal door opened and the always bright training hall was revealed, but the quiet hall was different today, raising his head, Derek found out the strange machine that circled the top of the hall was activated, giving off loud hums as loud sounds could be heard inside it.
