There was silence for several seconds. No one expected such harsh words from Aiden, not even Allen. He sighed and rubbed his temples, glancing at Lenora through his blurred vision, realizing that Aiden was right. He wanted to laugh but held it in, not wanting to provoke the Kleins further.
